Well, before I could plan anything, I broke a tooth last week. Luckily there was no pain but it had to be fixed. I called Dr. Rashall's office around 2:30. and they had me in at 3:15 getting X-rays and an exam. No lectures...just great care. I was told it was better than I had feared and only needed a filling instead of a crown. They got my care plan together. They couldn't get to it until May but said it would be fine. I was ok with it as I wasn't even an existing patient so how could I complain? I let them know I worked in town and was flexible if they had a cancellation. My insurance covered 100% that first visit, I was back the next day to get a temporary filling as the jagged tooth was bothering my tongue. They got me in within a couple, of hours and again, I paid nothing out of pocket. Today, at 2:20, they called with a cancellation and had me come in at 2:45. By 3:50, my tooth was fixed and I was back to work. There was no pain or discomfort at all during or after the procedure. I definitely have found my new dentist and cannot recommend him highly enough! I'm actually looking forward for them to schedule my full exam and getting on a regular care schedule with their hygienists. I never thought I'd say that.

Dr. Fatayer ended up being my attending dentist. I am extremely satisfied with his work and demeanor. I was a bit of a difficult case. I have a small mouth and the tooth had three roots; which were some what twisted. Even with that, to me, the procedure went smoothly. He showed me the x-rays and explained the entire procedure (while answering my questions) before he started and also kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Let's not forget the dental assistant and the support staff. For me, even if the doctor is amazing, I will not go back to him/her if the staff is off-putting. The assistant was very attentive to details and made sure I understood everything she was doing before, during, and after the procedure. More over, she had a positive attitude and seemed to genuinely care about my well being. I found Autumn, at the front desk, to be a positive, friendly and attentive person. She explained the pricing of the procedure and made sure my appointment was scheduled at my convenience. She also explained that they would be sending a copy of my file and x-rays, which the doctor would be reviewing and making any additional notes, to my general dentist (included in the price). A card, requesting a follow-up visit, will be sent to me in 6 months, as well (included in the price). That tells me that they care about their patients and the quality of their work. There are two other points I would like to touch on: Care Credit and cleanliness. They DO except Care Credit and the entire facility was extremely clean; everything looked brand new. In the event that I need an Endodontist again, I will definitely be returning here.

She was wonderful and…read moreunderstanding with my endless amount of questions about payments, but she printed everything out for me and was entirely patient with me! I'm very thankful for her! The dental assistant named Tasha was also absolutely wonderful and explained everything she was doing and everything the Endodontist was about to do. She helped me calm down from my anxiousness and comforted me through it all! I'm also really glad that she changed the size of the mouthpiece to keep my jaws open because at the dentist they gave me a big size that had my jaw hurting for a few days after. I didn't know you could change the size!! I'm very grateful she did that for me! She made me feel a lot calmer going in and I'm tremendously thankful for her actions. Dr. John did a wonderful job with my root canal and all my worries dissipated as he was explaining everything to me and during the procedure he would say "Pressure" or "Vibrations" and I'm really thankful for the heads-up! I was worried that something would go wrong during the procedure since my dentist wasn't able to, but I'm very happy that Dr. John took care of me!! Essentially, I had a wonderful time with them! To the point where I can't wait to see them again for my next root canal! Also, the laughing gas helped me calm tf down so much!! I really appreciate they told me about the levels of the gas, but I stayed on low since I felt the tingles on my toes and fingers lol.
