Because i didn't agree to all the extra services it was my first time there they kept changing my…read moreappointments one time they canceled my appointment because I was 3 minutes late I was told that the dentist needed the whole 2 hours for my service so finally after almost 3 months my appointment was at 12:00 then they pushed it to 1:00 I was there at 12:40 to make sure this was done after seating in the room for 30 minutes so remember the dentist needed the whole 2 hours and the way staff was speaking to staff it was racist and tasteless and the way I was spoke to didn't make me feel comfortable so I told kyle to refund my 200 he said it was dropped in the safe but don't worry you will get a refund link today and you will have your money in 2-3 days didn't happen so I called him this morning and asked for the corporate phone number he said he was told to tell me they don't have one then he offered to overnight my check after I agreed and 10 minutes later he said due to the holiday I want receive until wednesday today is friday last time I checked overnight should be saturday not wednesday after I get my money back they don't have to worry about me as a client but I will find the corporate phone number so I can see if they treat everybody like a brother over 2 weeks still no refund.

It did not fit well and he said wait for it to heal and he would adjust it. I went in and he shaved the tooth off and it still didn't fit. I went back and he was not there anymore so l saw a 2nd dentist and he said it didn't fit and he would do a new impression and they would redo it. I was going on vacation and he said fine just coming when you return. So l did. I waited 4 hours to see him. I get back there and they said he quit and l saw the 3rd dentist. He was a fast talker and said k had a temporary and it would cost another l think it was $1600 for a new one. I explained what l had been told and he was not interested. I eventually left. All this happened within 3-4 months. I sent a. Email to the home dentist office and explained it. Not even an answer. I would not take a cat in that place. They want your money upfront or you can finance. I paid. My mistake. This place is horrible. It is not clean and the management is horrible and that's why they can't keep a dentist. She was there at the office to greet me along with the other office girl Liset, who was super welcoming. I had Jatera as my dental assistant - she was very bubbly and friendly and made the whole process instantly less nerve-wracking (after all, being at the dentist isn't exactly the most fun). Dr. Mai then came in for my teeth cleaning - she was as sweet as can be, and super thorough while still being mindful of my comfort (whatever numbing stuff they use is a game changer!). She was extremely competent - Dr. Mai diagnosed and fixed an issue with an abrasion on my tooth that had been causing me discomfort for over a year before I even had to mention it to her! I was very impressed. I had to make a secondary appointment to fill in a nasty cavity, but it was every bit as pleasant as my first appointment - they were able to get me in the very next week, and my dental assistant that day, Summer, was very kind - we chatted about our shared bookworm tendencies and she even gave me some reading recommendations. I was once again in the care of Dr. Mai for my filling, and she was awesome once again. If you're looking for a great dentist, this is the place. I cannot recommend them enough!!

It is a one stop shop for modern dental care. Dr Tabrizi is kind, honest, and professional. Holly the hygienist went above and beyond. I came in expecting a routine cleaning, but she immediately recognized I needed deeper care. She performed laser scaling (think of a water pick on crack), so intense it required numbing My teeth have never felt this clean. This made all of my prior cleanings feel like a joke. They took us to the back gave my son an X-Ray. Waited 30 more minutes in the exam room for the dentist. After 30 minutes a lady came and and told us that they do not do sedation on kids under 14. So why wouldn't they tell us this from the get go. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE UNLESS THEY ARE 14 and over. They wasted 3 hours of my day, no apology or nothing and never once saw the dentist. They just collected my insurance and booted us out the door. Stay away.
