I paid over $50,000 for full mouth veneer treatment with this office. Within about three years, one…read morerestoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.

She was there at the office to greet me along with the other office girl Liset, who was super welcoming. I had Jatera as my dental assistant - she was very bubbly and friendly and made the whole process instantly less nerve-wracking (after all, being at the dentist isn't exactly the most fun). Dr. Mai then came in for my teeth cleaning - she was as sweet as can be, and super thorough while still being mindful of my comfort (whatever numbing stuff they use is a game changer!). She was extremely competent - Dr. Mai diagnosed and fixed an issue with an abrasion on my tooth that had been causing me discomfort for over a year before I even had to mention it to her! I was very impressed. I had to make a secondary appointment to fill in a nasty cavity, but it was every bit as pleasant as my first appointment - they were able to get me in the very next week, and my dental assistant that day, Summer, was very kind - we chatted about our shared bookworm tendencies and she even gave me some reading recommendations. I've been going to Dr. Logan my whole life but I never had to get a crown done until recently. Dr…read more Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. Not only would I recommend Dr. Logan to a friend, I would honestly feel like they were making a mistake if they went anywhere else.
