I had a good experience my first visit, so I decided to keeping coming and I also take my 2 year old son and I have no complaints. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

I go back a month or so later. 2nd dentist. I was leaving the next day for vacation and he understood the tooth was awful. He told me to come back when l returned from vacation and he would take a new impression and have a new tooth made. So l did return to the office. Dentist #3 was there. 3 dentists now in 4 months. The 3rd dentist gave me a new printout for the cost of a new one. He said the flipper was no good and temporary and l couldn't eat with it. I had for 4 months. He would not do a new impression without me paying $1600 for a new one. He didn't care what the 2nd dentist said. In addition l waited almost 4 hours to see him along with a lot of others. I contacted the home office and received no reply. I tried to report them to the BBB but they aren't a member. Convenient. They know their work is sub standard. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a sham. I paid for their service and then they would not replace the tooth that did not fit.

Do NOT take your children here I would also NOT advise going here as an adult either!…read moreI went in to have a cavity filled by Dr. T which led to me having to have the tooth extracted on 2/14/2024 because of his negligent treatment. Dr. T built the tooth up to high I told him my bite was off right after he finished and he said I needed to wait and come back when I was not numb. (He did not take a 2nd look nor did he even consider checking my bite in fact I even told Kacie the finance manager and she reiterated what he said. I called the next day to let them know I was having sensitivity to hot and cold which keep in mind I was not experiencing before having work done on tooth #30 (the only reason I had work done was because I could visibly see the cavity and wanted to prevent further damage). They scheduled me to come in to take a look at the tooth on 2/14/2024 I was seen by Dr. Lee who told me the tooth needed to be extracted because root canals aren't a guaranteed fix. So I let her remove the tooth from there things got worse. I started experiencing excruciating pain. I called and let them know and they scheduled me another appointment I went in and was dismissed by Dr. T and told to go home and rest that the pain was normal after extraction. (I've had extractions before this pain was not normal) By Friday 2/16/2024 the pain had gotten worse I went back and was told everything looked fine again by Dr. T (which was a complete lie I actually had developed dry socket) I wasn't given any type of medication for the pain nor was I given an antibiotic in fact I was told it wasn't necessary instead I was told to take tylenol and ibuprofen. Over the weekend 2/17/2024 & 2/18/2024 the pain became unbearable. Monday 2/19/2024 I called the office and demanded answers and antibiotics. I was told to come back in on 2/21/2024 by this time the pain had spread across the whole right side of my jaw, toward my right ear and across the top of my right upper jaw followed by a fowl smell and taste in my mouth. Dr. T confirmed that I had developed dry socket and an infection at that point but still did not prescribe antibiotics because "he wasn't the dr that extracted the tooth". So I had to wait for Dr. Lee to call in antibiotics which took 2 more days. Dr. T. attempted to pack the socket but clearly had no idea what he was doing as his assistant had to pack it for him. However by the time I got home the packing had fallen out so of course I called them and spoke with Kacie once again only to be told "that wasn't possible". I told her I took pictures and videos and would gladly send them over for proof. She gave me her cell and I sent those over. With that being said I received a call from her and was told "I hate to even ask you this but do you have any gauze at home that you could bite on until we can get you in on Wednesday"? Which was 2 more additional days. When I went back I saw Dr. Lee and she was blown away by how bad the socket looked and that I still hadn't been prescribed an antibiotic. Dr. Lee immediately ordered an antibiotic. She then irrigated the sight and packed it correctly which relieved me of pain almost immediately. I was finally able to rest and then more issues started to occur. As I was healing I started developing what appeared to be an abscess which became rather uncomfortable. I made another appointment saw Dr. T for what seems like the 100th time. Only to be told the swelling would go down over time (again I was dismissed). Eventually I started to develop bone spurs a total of 5 different ones some small and some large. I called and informed Kacie of this just for documentation purposes. One of the spurs had come out of the abscessed pocket and shockingly once I removed it myself because I refused to give these people anymore of my time the swelling went down and my mouth started to heal. Fast forward to today 3/26/2024 my mouth still isn't fully healed but I'm on my way to recovery. Additional review will be posted on behalf of my child's horrible ortho experience.

Do NOT use Dr. T for braces he is NOT a board certified Orthodontist he "practices" ortho!…read moreI have a child that had braces put on by Dr. T in October of 2023 which has turned into a complete nightmare. Here we are 5 months into her 12 month phase and my child has been complaining for months of being in pain and what do you know she was dismissed multiple times by Dr. T and his staff mainly Anita (don't let her work on your children) after missing multiple days of school and many sleepless nights due to pain I decided it was best to get a 2nd opinion. Sure enough my mom instincts were spot on. My child endured unnecessary pain and suffering for absolutely no other reason than PURE NEGLIGENCE by the had of Dr. T! Long story short her expanders and post on her bracket were embedded into the roof of her mouth and the gums. I had begged and pleaded with Dr. T on multiple occasions to make things right and to help my child and he failed her! Not only that but Dr. T failed me and so many others. I had pay additional fees to have an actual orthodontist remove all of his work because it was so poorly done and they refused to reimburse me for having the appliances taken off by another provider because "Dr. T didn't reccomend removal". Of course not how else are they going to keep things hush hush? Please for the love of God do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Go somewhere else, spend the extra money. It's not worth your health or your child's. Dr. T. is a complete crook and only cares about how much and how quickly he can make money off of you and/ or your insurance. Dr. T. doesn't care about you or your children. Do your research people, post on Facebook and ask for legit reviews. You will quickly find out just how horrible this establishment is.
