After dealing with my sensitive teeth for so long, enough was enough! I worked in the area and I figured sitting in the office all day with pain was not the solution. I called the office and the schedule coordinator happily assisted me and had me come in the same day! What a relief that they were able to fit me in, makes me feel like they really do care about our health! Once I saw the doctor I started to get real nervous because unfortunately I never had great experiences in the past. Dr. Vuong, also known as Dr. Patrick because I could not pronounce his name to save my life, was a SWEET HEART. He was so humorous and knowledgable, I truly felt like I could trust him. I love meeting doctors that don't intimidate you but instead get on your average brain level and talk to you in non-huge-scary-doctor-words. He consulted my pain issue and magically fixed it after he gave me my six month cleaning. What a coincidence that my teeth would give me issues just around when I was due for my cleaning! Overall I had such a pleasant experience and Dr. Patrick was just right on the money, literally, perfect. Dentist visits aren't cheap, but the front desk really works with you to make sure that you are comfortable with how much you spend and just prioritizing what needs to be done. This dental service is absolute trash. We paid a small fortune for my daughters braces. She wore them for almost 3 years. They took them off and then notified that she would need a root canal. It took them two weeks for them to give her her final retainer. By that time, the bottom teeth had completely shifted but they insisted that the retainer would push them back into place. They did not. Now, 5 years later, we are going to have to have braces AGAIN or get Invisalign. Pay attention to the low rated reviews. There is a reason for them. They are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. read more

If you are going for a basic cleaning, this place is fine. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. However, I feel like they are looking to get as much money out of you as possible. They told me I had cavities that needed to be filled and old fillings that were failing and needed to be replaced. I held off on getting the cavities filled and opted to replace my fillings. I have never regretted anything so much! The fillings hurt my teeth and it took MONTHS for me to be able to chew on one side. I even went back to address these issues. The dentist replaced (redid) the filling but it didn't help. I went to get a second opinion at a different dentist. I was told I did NOT have any new cavities. New dentist also said unless an old filling is cracked or crumbling then he would never replace them. It's just a risk that he would not recommend. I do not recommend that you get any major work done here! read more

Very bad dental place work on my tooth amounted to 2 broken drills stuck in my tooth had to go to a specialist and spend more money... Trinity refused to refund me. We drove from Richmond (!!!) to this office for my husband's wisdom teeth extraction. It was put off long enough so when he finally decided to get it taken care of, I had no problem driving to see Dr. Sheikh, a dentist we both trust. My hubby was adequately medicated so he never had to work up his nerves beforehand, he didn't once complain of pain, and doesn't remember the procedure at all. I used to live in the area and went there because of a toothache. The office staff is very friendly and they did not make me wait long. I went as an emergency patient and appreciate them taking me right away. The doctor simply wrote a prescription for an antibiotic and some pain killers. Their staff and doctors understand the frustrations that come with a typical trip to the dentist and they make a point to support you on all fronts; dental or otherwise. In a typical outing, I find myself in a special kind of anxiety when battling health issues I wasn't aware of and the frustrations we've come to expect from health offices. Dental services are no exception and on my trip to Trinity Dental, literally everything that could go wrong did. Thankfully, the wonderful staff and doctors made a point to help me on every turn. A relative out in northeast Houston recommended this place to me a few months ago. I had put off my annual dental check-ups for years because I'm stubborn but I felt one of my crowns a bit loose and they were likely overdue for review. I made an appointment with Judith over the phone and Nene called the day before with a reminder, which was great because, stubbornly, I had forgotten. Trinity Dental was located in a commercial lot, surrounded by familiar franchises like Kwik Kar, Walmart, AutoZone, etc. This would be considerably advantageous if you wanted other services or your family needed a distraction while you were being serviced. I arrived no more than 10 or 15 minutes early and couldn't remember who I met initially but they greeted me kindly and were actually expecting me. I was given the impression that they were very well prepared for my appointment, which it was a welcomed surprised as I was expecting to sit in the lobby well past my appointment time. In most of my dental visits, I go from waiting in the lobby past my time to waiting on chair, by myself and largely ignored for about 15 or 20 minutes. Trinity Dental was still guilty of making me wait 15 minutes but their back-office assistants, Maya and Ellie, made a point to check up on me every few moments, stick around for nice conversation, and reassure me that the doctor was on his way. You would be surprised how little things like that could make the time go by and, really, quell my frustrations. Dr. Vuong is a young doctor but seemed very knowledgeable. He noted my loose crown before I got the chance to tell him so he may be more experienced than I thought. We discussed everything he saw and he mentioned quite a few problems, which I half expected because I hadn't been to the dentist in so long and I also anticipated a bit of upsell. His analysis was thorough and he was honest in his suggestions, I felt he was more concerned about the future of my dental health and less about making a quick turnaround, as I am accustomed to. The best part of the trip was how they handled a pretty ugly problem. My company had recently changed providers and I had forgotten to update them. Considering the amount of work I had done without making sure I was covered led to quickly escalating stress levels. Luckily, the back-office assured me that it happens all the time and helped me recover my information without any fuss. I'm glad they were experienced in these sort of situations and knew how to handle themselves, the insurance company, and most importantly, me. All in all, it was a terrible experience made easy thanks to the Trinity Dental staff. All parties know how aggravating going to the dentist can be and Trinity handles the situation very well. We had to change dentist because of change of insurance, and we were very unlucky to get services of Dr. Vu (Trinity Dental, Crosby, TX) It was the worst cleaning ever for my wife, it could be hardly called cleaning, and Dr Vu did it herself because she doesn't have a trained dental hygienist. She suggested a lot of expensive services that other dentists did not consider necessary. Instead of referrals she scheduled an appointment with dental surgeon in her own office and got $25 deposit. The name of surgeon was never provided (her resume says Dr. Vu is a dental surgeon herself, but her office is general dentistry). When we came at appointed time (4 pm) we were told that there was no appointment. Later we discovered that at 2:30 the same day they sent email telling that appointment is at 3 pm, and when nobody came, they just cancelled it. Never coming back again. Hope they will refund the deposit. read more

I started going to this dentist in 2013 when I moved to Texas. When I started going here the Dentist was Dr. Ameen. He was awesome! He was kind, efficient, and told you exactly what needed to be fixed. (Note I have only had one cavity in my entire life, filled by dr ameen). I made appointments, signed in, and was seen right away. This week my fiancé and I had an appointment (April 2015) and we are in the waiting room for a total of one hour. I think no big deal. I get back and it took 30 minutes before I finally got my cleaning. Then a new dentist comes in for my exam and tells me I need 6 fillings, and one crown. I immediately said WHAT NO. He attempted to show me and explain to be what needed to be done and it was completely ridiculous. I asked if dr ameen could take a look because he is who I usually see, and he told me dr ameen no longer works there. So when I leave I compare my treatment plan to my fiances. They are EXACTLY the same. $1,500 of work. Same teeth have the same cavities, same tooth needs a crown, and then we knew something was up. So we eventually went and got a second opinion and it turns out I have NO cavities, and my fiancé has one. If that is not a scam I do not know what one is. I am sad that this happened because we very much enjoyed Dr. Ameen. Please beware getting scammed and always get a second opinion! read more
