They put in a bone graft that I didn't even want. Then she when I asked if they could give anything for pain they lied straight to my face and said dentist in Texas cannot give pain medication. It only takes a simple Google search to know this is not true. So I was sent him told to take ibuprofen and have been literally in tears with severe pain from the second the numbing wore off. I could not sleep. Can't even lay down. Can't eat anything at all even soup. I understand that Thayer tooth was seriously stuck in there but there was no reason whatsoever to lie to my face and leave me in severe pain. Never again.

Other than that, this is the best practice my husband and I have ever been to, hands down. From the office staff to the dental hygienists to the dentist himself, they are all fantastic. The receptionist, Susan is friendly and warm and makes you feel like family every time you walk in. We don't feel awkward coming here and she really makes this a painless experience. Nobody likes coming to the dentist but this isn't so bad. I've also found that they don't charge as much as other practices. Our other dentist in Deer Park wanted almost 7,000$ for 7 teeth removed, a full set of dentures and the other costs included while Baytown Family only asked for 4,000$.
