Apparently they are changing systems and they didn't update the new one with my son's appointment. The hygienist left for the day and that was it. Nothing they could do but reschedule. Not even remorseful that I took time off from my job to do this appointment. Super inconsiderate, and the front desk lady has been cold and snotty like that every time. I called back after leaving told her to cancel the appointment and that I will find another dentist. Do not go there, was a waste of time and my hours for work I missed. That woman up front is the first impression of that place, I stayed because of the techs. But her negligence of doing her job and being cold is what drove me out. And will drive out other clients. That office needs better from staff.

Marilyn, Dr. Joe's spouse, is super awesome; and Dr. Sutton's dental assistant, Juanita, is funny, sweet, and a lovely individual. They all make me feel comfortable. They CARE about their patients and it's just a good environment to be in. His prices are reasonable; they do take insurance; the clinic is spotless; and while I'm not an expert on dental equipment, I'd have to guess that they have pretty up to date equipment. Dr. Sutton has an awesome sense of humor and he cracks me up (in a good way). He is very honest about your tooth situation and gives you information that is in regular people language. He makes sure that you understand your treatment options and then works tirelessly to make sure that you have good, quality care. Did I mention that I love Dr. Sutton? :) I HIGHLY recommend him as your dentist if you're seeking a new dentist in the Crosby, Highlands, or Baytown areas.
