I was first greeted by a warm smile from Carolina, who checked me in and verified my information. I waited for about 10mins in the lobby, then I was brought back by one of the surgical assistants, by the name of Unique! She took my blood pressure, made me feel comfortable, and answered all the questions I had! Shortly afterwards, Dr. Bhagyam came in to the room, and addressed my situation! He was professional, yet had it all simplified! He was awesome! After my consultation....I was moved to another room to get everything started for my procedure. This is where I met the other surgical assistants, Kathleen , Grecia, and Lara!! Meeting the entire staff on an office visit is not only rare, but gave me SO much peace of mind!!
