We were upset that our original request was not fulfilled but other costly work not requested was. We now both are being billed for work the insurance will not pay for. I sent a text and called the main office number and left a voicemail. Monday morning, almost 48 hours after surgery someone teplied to my text I left on the main number. she asked if we still needed assistance. are you serious??? why would I be calling and texting if we didn't need assistance. funny thing, I checked the CVS app again and the order for antibiotic capsules have been received. almost 48 hours later!

He has been compassionate and is very concerned that I was never in pain. He is the best dentist I've ever had in my 65 years of life.
