The dentist and hygienist were excellent. But they said I owed $250 do instead of saying wait for the insurance to pay I paid it. Then they texted me I had a $50 credit so I said msil me a check. They said we can only apply it to your next bill. Several months later they said "We don't take Humana insurance anymore!" I asked for my $50 but they ignored my request and refused to give my money back. Do not pay them until insurance has paid or they will keep your money. read more

I have seen alot of dentists in my 53 years but this is the absolute WORST! I had an appointment through the VA but the dental clinic said no. After I said I will never come back they lied and said they just had a cancellation, but had me sit there for 2 HOURS! after 2 hours they said they couldn't see me unless I give them the names of previous dentists in the past which has NOTHING to do with my current visit. They were totally playing games. As a disabled combat veteran I am disgusted how they treat people and treat veterans. read more

On 2/12/2025 I visited Trinity Dental in Porter, Texas. During the dental hygienist inspection of my teeth she recommended that I do a deep cleaning of two teeth. After the general, surface cleaning was finished, a representative came to me with a charge of what the deep cleaning would be. I stated that I did not want to do a deep cleaning of my teeth. The rep stated that if I elected not to have the procedure done, I would not be able to have a cleaning done in the future. I said you mean I have to find a new dentist and she said yes. Upon signing the forms for the general cleaning procedure, I asked again about the above and the answer again was that I could not make another appointment without a deep cleaning procedure. This decision seems to be a threat and is a way for Trinity Dental to have additional charges and more profit for their practice. I am now looking for a new dentist who takes care of his patients. Trinity Dental Centers - Porter I read some concerning reviews but have to say my experience was completely different. I am a new patient visiting he regular dental group, not the specialist. The front desk folks were great, verification of my insurance was fast and efficient. They were friendly and welcoming. Then a very through set of X-rays with Jennifer,it was my first visit,so this was expected. Then the dreaded cleaning. I was very pleased, they use the electric cleaning process and it makes for a fast and very good cleaning. I will be going back and I'm happy to find a dentist that is so good and close. read more

One treats people how they truly feel about themselves. Sad that "Others" deem themselves to be better by the color of their skin instead of the content of their character. On November 11, 2024, this Dentist went from 0 to 100 because he received the wrong order. He tranformed into a "Cold One". The assistant was so on edge after that, even seeming afraid and she half numbed my mouth with the gel, leaving me to feel the needle as he was putting in the medication to do the oral surgery (dental implant). He was so aggravated that he pulled the needle out all three times while walking away. He had no regard whatsoever to my human life. It was as though he didn't see a human being only my melanin skin. I started to pray out loud for God to save me. He responded by saying I've been doing this for 20 years. When he left the room I called my daughter and said I will not make it out of here alive. She said leave! I got up went to the front and asked for a refund. His staff came across as though they were use to him becoming unhinged to the point of justifying & giving excuses for his callous behavior. I was given a refund and I quickly got out of there. This was a horrific experience. I value my life and half bake "Others" can't change that. read more

Appointment time was at 3:00 for a brief consultation. We were an hour late getting to be seen. No one came to explain the reason for the wait or even apologize. When I went to ask what the delay was, I was told "we got a little behind". An hour is not a little behind. This place has ZERO respect for you or your time!!! Don't use them!! Ridiculous!!! There's so many other dental offices in town to deal with this blatant disrespect!!! I won't be back!!!! read more

Dental care is outstanding but the business office is extremely incompetent and somewhat condescending. None of the billable procedures were pre-authorized but when I called the insurance company nearly all were. I am having to pay nearly $500 out of pocket and then submit a claim to the dental insurance company. When I asked employee to resubmit claim for pre-authorization she said that she would have to wait on the phone and that would take time. Excuse me, but that is your job. read more

I've been waiting for three months to get my dental work started. I had an absceesed tooth this past weekend. I called Monday morning to have them check it and get me an antibiotic for the infection and something for the horrible pain I was in. My face was swollen....... They did nothing! Nothing nothing nothing! The office workers were cold and extremely rude!!!! So I found another dentist that took me in immediately and got me taken care of. What a blessing! The best dental visit I've had is right here. Staff is beyond hospitable. Strangely looking forward to my next cavity.

I do not recommend this place. My son had oral surgery at this place. When I booked the appointment I asked would he be sedated they answered yes. I checked him in for his appointment I asked again would he be sedated for the procedure they said yes he would be. Only for my son to go to the back and not get sedated. THEY DO NOT CONSIDER PATIENT COMFORT AT THIS PLACE. They did not do pain control after either he wasn't given any pain medication. read more
