I would like to start by giving a special thank you to Dr. Charbel Saba for the incredible care,…read moreprofessionalism, and compassion he showed throughout Daniel's dental journey. When I first came to Echeverri Dental Center, I had many concerns. I had already seen three different dentists who did not feel comfortable performing Daniel's dental treatment under anesthesia in their own clinics and recommended that Daniel have the procedure done under general anesthesia in a hospital setting. That recommendation led me to Dr. Saba. From the very beginning, Dr. Saba made me feel confident and comfortable. He met with me twice before the procedure, took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything, and gave me the reassurance I needed to know that Daniel was in the right hands. Daniel had his dental surgery at Texas Children's Hospital on May 13th, and everything went successfully. Before the surgery, during the procedure, and throughout his recovery, Dr. Saba continued to provide support, reassurance, and excellent care. As a mother, the most important thing is knowing your child is safe, and Dr. Saba truly gave me that peace of mind. I also want to give a special thank you to Alicia for all the amazing work she did behind the scenes coordinating everything with Texas Children's Hospital and making sure the entire process went smoothly. A big thank you as well to Gloria and Elizabeth, RDA, Dr. Saba's assistants, for their kindness, patience, support, and dedication throughout Daniel's journey. Thank you Dr. Saba, Alicia, Gloria, Elizabeth, and the entire team for your professionalism, compassion, and for treating Daniel with so much care. We are truly grateful for everything you did for our family. I highly recommend this office!

I cannot emphasize how strongly I advise against seeking dental care at Echeveri Dental.  My…read morehusband went in to get a chipped tooth fixed and ended up with a botched root can and swollen face.   Complications: My husband had to deal with a painful infection with swelling, all due to the incompetence displayed by the attending dentist who advised him that this sort of 'swelling' was normal.  It was not! Misleading Consultation: Despite my husbands limited English proficiency, he was coerced by the dentist that he needed a root canal, presenting it as a 'normal and simple" procedure.  Poor Execution: The dentist failed to properly perform the root canal, leaving metal remnants in my husband's gums which led to serious complications.  Financial Burden: Correcting this mistake has already cost us $3000 to have the root canal retreated by a competent medical professional, and the medical ordeal is far from over

I have been to several dentists over the years, and had a horrible experience with this dentist. I…read moreread the reviews and I honestly don't know how anyone could rate this guy as 4-5 stars. He is just not good. I knew I needed a lot of work, and he proceeded to do five extractions in one afternoon. He struggled with the removals and chafed and cut the inside of my mouth. After the anesthetic wore off, this was nearly as painful as the extractions. My mouth was terribly sore. But the kicker was that I have never been to a dentist who could or would not provide something to provide potent pain relief after what amounted to serious dental surgery. This guy could not offer anything but Ibuprofen, which was laughable. I had a follow-up appointment set for one week later, but cancelled it. I was still in pain. I will be going to a competent dentist who can do the work and prescribe the appropriate medications. Part of good and effective medical treatment is ensuring patients don't suffer post-op pain. Failure to deal with this issue means you are only doing half your job as a doctor. Avoid this guy at all costs. It's not worth suffering because he can't or won't dispense proper meds.

FURTHER, after paying the significant sum out of pocket (and aligned with documented insurance claims information), I was told that I owe another relatively significant amount due to no coverage of one tooth which does NOT align with the documented insurance claims, EOB, and info on the insurance website--more than one claim for that one tooth was approved with no OOP to insured. Further told "it's a you problem." Well, according to the insurance company's information on their website and what has been provided to me, it is NOT a me problem, it's a PDA problem, along with many other systemic problems that have deteriorated their service over the past year or so. It's pretty alarming when you have patients who have stuck with you for 30 years and are now deciding to jump ship, especially for an essentially commoditized service.

I made an appointment to have it looked at and repaired and I was told when I arrived that a Dr. Vera would be my dentist. I was taken to a chair where the person who started with me was a technician named Miguel. He said that I he would do the repair and it was no problem. The tooth set at an awkward angle but I was so happy to get it restored I was charge $125.00 and was told it could last forever. It failed that night and the screw broke again. I returned a week later to a new technician. She seemed very niveous and she tried to restore it. Same problem with the angle. After about an hour this Dr. Vera stepped and told me if I really wanted to fix it there would be a cost of $3000.00. They presented me with a bill and I left explaining I would have to think about that. No warranty cause they said at that time Dr. Hanna had retired and Dr. V they call him now owned the practice. I have been fighting to get my medical records released to me and given to my new dentist but many emails and phone calls and no records. I will have to go the State Board way and have a missing tooth for a long time. The new dentist needs the size of the precise screw dimensions to replace the tooth.
