Everyone is very professional and the practice is absolutely spotless. Even though we've moved about 30 minutes away from this practice, we still make the drive to come here. Dr. Kumar is also wonderful, he truly cares about his patients and really spends time with you (even for a general cleaning). Definitely the best dentist we've had! But she took my call and had me laughing in no time, which really helped because I was in so much pain. A little backstory, my braces were removed in 2021. A year later, my permanent retainer was moving my teeth. My orthodontist took full blame and put braces on the bottom of my teeth to correct them. The process was finished in April. Well, the left side of my head and face became very painful. The orthodontist said the retainer mold was wrong and replaced that... Fast forward, I moved to Texas, and now I'm at the doctor's because my face is swollen, and on to the Berkeley Eye Center. I'll spare you the rest. So now, I have the kindest woman named Sherri on the phone, who I consider a friend now. She told me to come on in, she'll send the paperwork through email, and she'll see me at two. She didn't stop there; once I got there and finished the exam, I thought I had to come back for them to put the proper braces on. Nope, Sherri said we can do the braces today, and they did! I walked out. Dishonest crooks, money hungry. The procedures are painful. I am 82, soon to be 83.
