Dr. Mafla since the first visit has been awesome in caring, educating, and telling a joke or two. The whole staff loves to teach and are patient with you. She would not let me give her name. She said she's been going there for 10 years I spoke with the lady name, Penelope very condescending, I had a tooth that was starting to bother me and I wanted to get in as quick as I could. She said they did not let patients come in for just getting a tooth looked at I had to book an appointment for a cleaning I said well I am starting to get a toothache. I just need to come in to get my tooth looked at she refused to let me have that kind of appointment. Of course I went to a different dental office Dr. Landry's office sold me the same day. I was telling my friend of my treatment, and she plans to change the dental offices as well.

The staff are all friendly, professional and excellent at their jobs. The office is beautiful and makes you feel at home right away. They have so many little touches that really add to the experience. There is a mini-fridge of water bottles and there are freshly baked cookies in the front lobby. My kids love Creekwood dental because Dr. Smith and his staff go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable, to explain everything so that they know what to expect, and to make the whole experience a positive one. In addition to getting a goodie bag of dental hygiene items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss (which they let the kids select), the kids get to pick out a sticker after their cleaning and get a token to go put in a machine for a prize. The hygienist also lets the kids pick their flavor of toothpaste when they get their cleaning. My daughter often get bubble gum flavor. Kids love choices :) When my daughter leaves Creekwood Dental she is skipping out like she's leaving a birthday party with her cookie, water bottle, goodie bag, sticker and prize. She can't ever wait to go back! In fact, between appointments she often asks when she can go back to the dentist. I love having my appointments as well. I get a babysitter for my kids and I go and lay back in the chair and relax and I feel like I've come in for a spa visit! It is such an enjoyable and relaxing experience! I had my exam and cleaning last month. The front office staff is extremely professional, friendly and making an appointment was easy. The dental practice is very nice and welcoming (and the restroom is amazing). The hygienist was friendly and gentle and did an amazing job at the cleaning. The dentist did a very thorough exam (so much better than the last practice I was going to) Today I went in to get 3 fillings Not only did she explain step by step but she also made sure I was at ease the entire time. I do have to go for a crown and not as nervous about it. The prices are not steep at all either
