The staff are all friendly, professional and excellent at their jobs. The office is beautiful and makes you feel at home right away. They have so many little touches that really add to the experience. There is a mini-fridge of water bottles and there are freshly baked cookies in the front lobby. My kids love Creekwood dental because Dr. Smith and his staff go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable, to explain everything so that they know what to expect, and to make the whole experience a positive one. In addition to getting a goodie bag of dental hygiene items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss (which they let the kids select), the kids get to pick out a sticker after their cleaning and get a token to go put in a machine for a prize. The hygienist also lets the kids pick their flavor of toothpaste when they get their cleaning. My daughter often get bubble gum flavor. Kids love choices :) When my daughter leaves Creekwood Dental she is skipping out like she's leaving a birthday party with her cookie, water bottle, goodie bag, sticker and prize. She can't ever wait to go back! In fact, between appointments she often asks when she can go back to the dentist. I love having my appointments as well. I get a babysitter for my kids and I go and lay back in the chair and relax and I feel like I've come in for a spa visit! It is such an enjoyable and relaxing experience! I trust Dr. Smith and his work. He is honest and an excellent dentist, I would recommend Creekwood Dental and Dr. Paul Smith to anyone.

They had insurance in advance and never bothered to communicate they were out of network. I would not recommend working with this company since they have deceptive buissness and billing practices. She would not let me give her name. She said she's been going there for 10 years I spoke with the lady name, Penelope very condescending, I had a tooth that was starting to bother me and I wanted to get in as quick as I could. She said they did not let patients come in for just getting a tooth looked at I had to book an appointment for a cleaning I said well I am starting to get a toothache. I just need to come in to get my tooth looked at she refused to let me have that kind of appointment. Of course I went to a different dental office Dr. Landry's office sold me the same day. I was telling my friend of my treatment, and she plans to change the dental offices as well.

I was referred to Dr. Ho by North Houston Endodontists. While I was really thrown off by the…read morereally outdated office and Dr. Ho's young appearance, when Dr. Ho examined my teeth he came across very thorough and knowledgable and professional. He took his time, explaining everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable. Before he moved forward with the implant, he had me go back to the endodontist to confirm what he felt needed to be done, which gave me an added level of confidence. I gave them four stars, because, the x-ray record that they sent to the endodontist had someone else's image on it In addition to mine. Also, they forgot to give me the preop instructions telling me what to do before my tooth extraction (apparently I was supposed to take the antibiotic before hand); they forgot to send in a prescription for antibiotics ...this created additional confusion after the procedure, because they thought I didn't want to be on on antibiotics; they also forgot to give me the post op instructions. I had to ask for them. When I emailed the doctor to let him know about the confusion and asked him to call me. He never did...my guess is he never saw the email because it was intercepted by the front office staff who didn't want to get in trouble. Also, the dental assistant during for procedure had to take four x-rays in order to get one good one. So in my opinion, Dr. Ho is very good and thorough but his staff needs some retraining and by all means the office needs to be redone. It is ancient. At minimum the trash should be removed from the shrubs that are visible from the dental chair. A little attention to detail will go long way here and creating a better image for the business.
