They took them off and then notified that she would need a root canal. It took them two weeks for them to give her her final retainer. By that time, the bottom teeth had completely shifted but they insisted that the retainer would push them back into place. They did not. Now, 5 years later, we are going to have to have braces AGAIN or get Invisalign. Pay attention to the low rated reviews. There is a reason for them. They are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.

Avoid this place like the plague! I got a re-treatment done here (last year in July) plus another…read moretooth that he said needed a root canal which probably wasn't true. I paid about $2,300 for both procedures. Dr. Okoli has a heavy hand the shots I received literally took my breath away.. they were so painful and I have a high tolerance for pain. Then he kept going back and forth between patients while my mouth was open for over two hours. Fine I get it he's busy so I didn't complain hoping the job he did was well done. Well not even a month later I started having pain on my tooth and I went back within 4 months and he said it was due to grinding and he only got that idea because I mentioned it to him. He said everything looked fine so I left it at that. 3 more months passed and I'm still having issues well I go again and they say the same thing. I go back in July of this year and now they take a scan and he says there's infection so I would need a Apicoectomy on that tooth then proceeds to check my other healthy teeth saying I need two root canals on both my k9s! I have had no issues whatsoever with those teeth. Since I was having pain on the other root canal he did he tried to say it was my other teeth! At this point I got a second opinion and went to see an endodontist in the woodlands and she was honest and said an Apicoectomy would only cause damage to my sinus. It would be very risky and she only recommended a possible re-treatment but thinks that it's best to pull the tooth out completely since there was a lot of infection. I brought this up to Dr. Okoli and said that the treatment should be free or give part of my money back. Their excuse? It's been over a year since the treatment so they couldn't do anything about it.. mind you I've gone to their office twice way before the year and he kept saying it was fine. He waited until the year to do a proper scan to tell me there was infection and now wouldn't cover any damages he did to my tooth. Thanks to his terrible work I now need an extraction and implants. After he saw the report of what the other doctor recommended he refrained and said he wouldn't do treatment and to just get an extraction. He could care less about his patients all he sees is money. Go anywhere else but here save yourself the stress and money because this place is all after the fake reviews and your money. If you have issues with any of his work they'll gaslight you and will look the other way. I told them I would write a review and the very next day I received a letter stating they will drop me as a patient. I will hopefully steer people away from this business because that's all it is. No compassion and a patient is just a number here.

I visited this clinic on October 13th, 2025, for a dental implant consultation with Dr. Sean Kim…read more After the consultation, I requested a cost estimate for the implant procedure. The staff provided me with a cost sheet and asked me to sign it, assuring me that signing was not mandatory. I signed it and explained that I needed time to discuss the treatment and costs with my family. They agreed and scheduled a follow-up appointment for October 20th, 2025. On October 16th, I called to cancel my upcoming appointment -- four days before the scheduled date. However, I was told that cancellations are only accepted within 72 hours from the date I signed the form. Because I was outside of that window, they charged me $200 for the consultation and an additional $200 cancellation fee. This policy was never clearly explained to me during my initial visit, and I find it unfair and misleading. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Their business practices feel deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious or avoid this place altogether.

Aside from the interns/techs, their bedside manner is awful, and they do not explain anything they are doing beforehand. I've also never been to a dentist or doctor where the receptionist comes into the exam room while you are getting work done to have you sign random forms and charge you for God knows what. Since when is there a charge to "reserve" an appointment for a cleaning or cavity filling? And a cancellation fee, even if it is 7+ days in advance?
