That alone and providing that option was exceptional. I appreciated not having to pull my child out of school just to go to an appointment. But the warm welcome was felt from the moment we walked in until the very end after meeting with Dr. Claudette. They made my kids feel very comfortable with games, toys, conversation, and even prizes. Giving them a goodie bag and a personalized certificate for no cavities was such a reward. To me this shows that they truly care about their patients; they don't try to push anything extra on you and discuss any tips or suggestions. When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!
