    Great flight!

This was such a nice find! We were in town for a wedding and were exploring the town when we found Triptych Brewing. The beer was very good and they offer tasters for their beers so we were able to try a few; they were all very tasty and we really enjoyed them. The service was great as well and everyone was very friendly. There's tons of room here for groups here and they have games and pinball as well, which is always fun. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area!

Good place to get some quality beers. It kind of is hidden a ways but worth looking for so keep your eyes out. Triptych is a brewery located in Savoy. It's a ways from the UI chaos. Pretty nice for those just wanting to enjoy beer instead of chugging it like frat boys do Natty Ice, so go here. A bit out of the way from campus. It's not a bad thing for real. This is where to go to get local stuff. It wasn't busy. We got a few, including the Thiol Trip Tech. It's about $5 a pint. This one was a hazy IPA, bold but not overly hoppy though. Has no food. There's chips and pretzels for $1 or so. For sure would choose this over a frat bar. It has these beers available in bars but go here to get exclusives. They have lots here to try.

Triptych Brewing is one of the few local craft breweries in Champaign you must definitely check out. They have a great selection of beers and plenty of seating area. You can order a flight, which you can pick up to four 4oz selections. Luke's Still Here, Man... was one of my favs.

Stopped on a road trip. Good beer, good service, good atmosphere. Sat in the outside patio and enjoyed food from the La Paloma food truck. Really enjoyed the stop - if we find ourselves in the area again, we will stop back!

Amazing brewery and a great place to chill. I like this place because - 1. The beer is brewed locally and you can see the brewing tanks outside. 2. The owner likes to experiment with the beers so each time you go you can try something new! My sister loved the blueberry beer, yes a blueberry beer and it was delicious. 3. If you are real beer drinker not like the whiteclaw, bud light shit then they have some decent IPAs, Lagers too. Non-beer folks like this place too because they do different fruitier concoctions ! 4. Super friendly staff that will explain you the beer so you know exactly what you are getting and don't guess randomly based on cool beer names. 5. They have shuffle board and few other board games, chess.

    Generous flight-priced right.

I almost don't want to write a five-star review because I want to keep this place a secret. However, I know that it's popular, so I guess the cat is already out of the bag. Amazing beers, great selection. Super nice staff, great atmosphere. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and brought our own snacks (food trucks arrive in the evening). We went through two flights of beer (between the two of us) and walked out with a four-pack of AJ's Stout and a tee-shirt. We were already big fans of the beer, and now we are even bigger fans.

I'm not a fan of IPAs, but tried their Acid Meme IPA and actually liked it, so a visit to the brewery was in order. We made the trek down to Champaign to drop our son off at U of I this past weekend, so we popped in to Triptych for some sampling. It's a typical taproom type venue, relaxed atmosphere and lots of room.  We sat at the bar and ordered right away.  I believe you can bring in your own food, play games, read a book, or whatever, for as long as you wish.  I ordered a flight (four 4-oz samples), and an extra 4-oz sample.  For 5 samples, our bill was about $8.75.  Not bad at all.  I tried a hefeweizen, a wheat, a maple syrup/coffee stout, a peach sour and the candy cane milkshake IPA.  They were all so smooth and delicious - I was expecting to not like at least 1 of them, but nope, but they all met my approval. Our server was laid back and I didn't feel pressured to order quickly or pay out.  No one made me feel like a weirdo because of my choices (like other places!).  I recommend dropping in sometime.  They surely know what they are doing if they can get me to actually approve of 2 different IPAs!

If you like quality beer and a fun atmosphere, check out Triptych. The staff is cool and will serve you a cold beer in quick fashion. My current favorite Triptych IPA is O RLY!? And if you get hungry, have a pizza delivered or eat at one of the food trucks chilling outside. Triptych makes it easy to support a local business. Great product with great service.

A few menu items were already sold out, but the smoky BBQ smell hit us from almost a block away, which definitely built the anticipation. I ordered the burnt ends sandwich without the bun. The flavor was really good and smoky, but the portions felt a little small overall. The coleslaw came in a small sauce cup, which was disappointing. The green beans had great flavor, and the twice baked potato casserole was tasty too, just smaller than expected. Service was friendly and the food came out really fast, so it seemed like everything was prepped and ready to go. Overall, good BBQ flavor and worth checking out if you're in town, especially if you love smoky meats -- just don't expect huge portions. Plus you had to pay for extra sauce and didn't have an option to try the different flavors, which was a bummer.
