Pour Bros is a great way to get a sample of beers from around here and worldwide. Get as little or as much as you would like to get. The price varies. Coming here a few times it's like there's always something else you can get. It's got shit tons of beers along the wall you can fill up on your own. The first thing is to get a card so you can activate taps. Every beer is at a price. It's per ounce and it adds up. Best one we got of these was the Wake Brewery selection Frost Hammer. It's $0.80 an ounce, which is one of the more expensive ones. Can bring food in here. They also have free popcorn. Have to know there's no special events before going or you will have to pay a cover. It's located on University at Market. There's not really any food but you can bring in stuff.

Also prices are fairly good. They have a pretty okay selection but it gets limited sometimes. Beers are plentiful around here but fewer are carefully crafted. It's what makes this place actually special. This is also a much more relaxing atmosphere than chugging at some campus bar so you can actually enjoy the flavor too. A few styles to choose from. It's about $6 a pint. Best one we had of these was the Umlaut Alt. This is a German style altbier which is how beers were made before the lager style. Has notes of caramel, nuts, and toast and is complex yet easy. The other beers are great but often many aren't available because they have smaller batches of these. Great place to get local beers and more mature flavors. It's closed Mondays. This is located on Griggs close to the creek, and while there's no food, there's a few places close to get to by walking.

I live in California, but hate most sourdough bread, because that tang tastes spoiled. You don't have that weird taste with Cheese and Crackers sourdough bread- it's just delicious toasted buttered bread. It was the right texture and made it crunch. The crew appeared very hardworking and enjoyed their jobs. We were greeted kindly, and felt welcome. I use a walker, and was able to navigate the store, but note the space is kinda small.
