Positives: The 6 pm and on waterpark pass is a pretty good deal, I take my kids here a lot in the winter. The bowling alley is clean compared to most bowling alleys and they have lanes for super little kids. It's a fun way to spend the day, albeit very expensive. Cons: The arcade was a let down. I had the $7.50 arcade credit and most of the games I wanted to play were broken/not working. But able to take my money. The lady at the counter was helpful in refunding it but it was still annoying. We tried to play 2 player games but every time one of the games wasn't working so we had to do it separately which isn't as fun. Plus all the games are insanely expensive like $3-7 for maybe a 1-3 min game. We reloaded our wrist bands and it seemed all the games make it so you have to keep putting money on your wristband and can't quite play any game without doing that OR you just leave without using the full amount that you paid because there aren't any games that cost less than what's left on your wristband. A lot of additions and upgrades since 2017! We loved the VR experience. The bowling alley could use some maintenance because even a 300 bowler isn't that great here but whatever, there's other cool things here. We enjoyed the indoor putt putt golf. The arcade had a lot to offer for all ages. Didn't make it to the zip-line but the employees said it's worth trying out! Update: Vanessa from Triple Play finally contacted my wife today. What is frustrating is that her own message confirms exactly why this situation has been such a mess. She stated that their Sales Manager had a couple digits mixed up in Allison's phone number when he tried calling earlier in the week. That means Triple Play publicly claimed they attempted to reach out and had not received a response, while the real issue was that their own staff had the wrong number -- a phone number they had access to all along through the event planning process. So again, this was not simply "confusion between pass types." This was poor communication, poor follow-through, and poor handling of a group event involving children and families. First the arcade credit issue was not handled correctly at the event. Then the follow-up was mishandled. Then it was publicly framed as if we were not responding, when in reality they had mixed up the phone number. I do appreciate that Vanessa finally spoke with Allison and that they are now working on refunding the remaining arcade credit. That is what should have happened from the beginning. But the fact remains: our group spent over $2,000, the girls were let down in the moment, we had to pay the $225 ourselves to make it right for the kids, and the follow-up only happened after multiple public responses and updates. I am glad they are finally taking steps to correct part of it, but this entire situation still shows why I would strongly warn anyone planning a group event here to get every single detail in writing, verify every promise before arriving, and make sure you know exactly who is responsible if something goes wrong. read more

Triple Play gets the job done for a quick, local place to kill a few hours with your kids. They do a lot of things, but none of them terribly well, and it costs an arm and a leg. You're paying for the convience of something right in town rather than taking a trip to Silverwood or out to Silver Mountain. The amusements are scaled-down to fit in a commercial building and nothing is terribly thrilling. I think the age-range sweet spot is maybe 6 to 12, older kids would probably be a bit underwhelmed. Food is pretty affordable and what you'd expect (pizza, french fries, ice cream). Seating for grown ups is hard to come by and really uncomfortable so if you're bringing your kids out prepare to be bored with a sore ass and/or feet. I reccomend headphones and an audiobook. The arcade is insanely expensive IMO. Games start around $1-2 and range up to $7 for a single game. You can go through $20 per kid n half an hour easily. The indoor water park is a nice option in winter. It's $30 and you can stay all day. Come early to grab your beach chairs or they will be gone. I posted a video showing the size and scope. Not amazing but pretty decent. Adults can pay $5 rather than $30 if you're simply going to watch your kids, but this puts you up on barren balcony of sadness that looks like an afterthought / fire escape with really uncomfortable seating. read more

At first I thought it was a little expensive. But after 11 hours of fun there with my daughter and granddaughter, I have changed my mind. I would say we definitely received value for the money we spent! We stayed at the attached hotel (which did not impress me, see my separate review for them) so we hit the amusement park right at opening at 10am. We enjoyed the attractions and arcades until dinner time, then we went back to the room, changed clothes and hit the water park until about 9pm. My granddaughter was on sensory overload the entire day. Never a dull moment for her. The reason I deducted a star from what otherwise was a 5 star experience? Their pricing for children is unfair in my opinion. It is based on age (e.g. kids "X" and under pay less) when it should be based on height. My granddaughter is quite small for her age. Because of this, she was shut out of many of the attractions. Which I totally understand and agree with for safety. However....we had to pay full price for her even though she could not enjoy a quarter of the attractions. They really should consider changing their policy to "kids under 40 inches pay less" type pricing instead of basing it on age. Since height is really what determines what they can and cannot enjoy here. But, despite this set back, the three of us managed to have a GREAT day at this park. Would I go back there? Oh...heck ya! My son LOVES waterslides, and raptor reef made his dreams come true. No long waits in line. Just slide after slide. He's on the autism spectrum, so this place was perfect for him. Some parents don't watch over their children so it's rather unfortunate watching kids purposely attempt to break games, bang on things in a destructive manner, or try and Happy Gilmore the ball in a tiny indoor course. The ammount of kids that were ill mannered was sad. I saw quite a few parents watching in disgust and overheard many conversations that were almost verbatim to my thoughts. If you have smaller kids I don't recommend the weekends. It feels like you have been transported into The Lord Of The Flies. The staff running the laser tag on Saturday was incredible! It could be greatly improved by having staff members doing cleaning of things like stair handrails, bowling balls, indoor golf clubs, and more throughout the day like good fitness do with equipment. Be forewarned. The pricing for families attending birthday parties is not transparent. Expect to have parents attending parties to be charged full price for entrance to the waterpark even if not swimming. This was not explained during the reservation process or on the website. This was a significant extra cost that the families we invited to my son's 7th birthday were expected to pay without warning. As a host I took care of it, but that meant I had to sit out of the fun. Doesn't function well at all and secondly the food while not bad takes FOREVER to come. Two burgers and a pizza took 25 minutes with no line. I have seen this multiple times so that to me is just frustrating. Need to fix that. Otherwise place was fun for the kids. The workers there are usually super nice kids. Im sorry man but this is not it. The staff were fine but nothing crazy. The food area was awful though I felt at risk in this area. There were floating clumps in my soda right out of the machine, the pizza felt like a healthy hazard and I had to fight to move my feet on the sticky floors. We only did the water park and it was pretty fun! We went in the evening so it was a cheaper rate. Water slides were pretty fun. Was kind of annoying that the lifeguard running the slides was only letting tube down at a time so it made the line very long. Water felt clean. So this place surprised me in a good way . I saw a lot of mixed reviews here on yelp. I will say this, I think management has done a pretty good job of hiring upbeat staff with a good attitude 90% of what we experienced were very kind , respectful even cheerful staff.This is almost never our experience at these types family multi-fun/activity businesses. Usually the staff is not paid well and therefore they act accordingly, short with conversation no interest in helping ,no eye contact or they look stoned and completely detached lol . Now granted we did run into at least two employees that fit that description but 2 out of probably 15 we experienced isn't bad, although I'd rather see everybody happy at their job. But the First thing I didn't appreciate is that while they offer a great variety of activities we didn't necessarily want to do them all. Almost every other activity center I have been to you could pick 2 to 3 or more activities and pay for them for the entire day.This place seems to only offer packages where for example pick two activities but you could only do the activities twice not the whole day .And for what you paid for that little package might as well just buy the big package ,but it's expensive in general$$$. So kind of forcing you to pay more for the best package just to use the few activities that you actually want to do is a little off putting in my opinion and I don't appreciate it. I can say that if this was adjusted me and my family would frequent more often ,but because of this it will probably a once a year experience. Now let's talk about the arcade.Things I noticed almost everything worked, so good job guys! Something else I noticed that I've never seen before is each machine had a several second delay maybe as much as 5 to 10 seconds didn't really count but it delays in-between plays before you can play the game again. At first I found this to be obnoxious but then I also realized it kept one person from hogging the machine /game which makes sense and I appreciate. The other thing I noticed about the arcade was that the prices for some of the games were even under a dollar sometimes even 50-60cents I found this to be a delight as so many of arcades are extremely over priced for instance Dave & Buster's. I just get anxiety even thinking about taking my kid near the arcade and how much money and how quickly it's gone with nothing but tickets to show for it and that's if they win lol. I loved arcade when I was a kid so it was nice to see lower prices and frankly if they would all be under a dollar my family would look forward to it but most of the better games were still over a $1.00 :( So here is the thing that bothered me the most.This place had at lot of Carpet with the exception of the bowling alley and water park. With how much traffic this place gets honestly carpet shouldn't be anywhere!! Every area with carpet smelled like old carpet, or mildew, also the entire place was pretty stuffy the ventilation wasn't great and in some parts too hot(I hope they change their filters regularly and have a clean ventilation system). The attached water park we could not even use even though we paid for it because it was entirely enclosed and the chlorine smell is so strong we walked right back out the door. If their waterpark was outdoors we would attempt to use it but that mildew chlorine smell it's just rough!! It would be nice to see them update with an opening roof so it can be indoor or outdoor or at the very least pump out all of that awful chlorine or air . Secondly update get rid of the carpet!!!anyone with allergies should not have to deal with all of that carpet and everything sticking to it, its magnet for everything tracked in and anytime it's cleaned it probably just grows more bacteria from the icky shampooers. Not good for anybody's health to be breathing that .Not to mention carpet is a huge wasteful product that can never be properly cleaned it will always negatively affect the air quality and the environment.It's expensive to replace that and maintain and the smell it just doesn't make sense to me. Lot of really harsh lighting upstairs can be very overstimulating for someone that is sensitive, and downstairs of course is the arcade so lots of flashing neon lights down there.The food was subpar and overpriced but better than some and the staff was nice.The water bumper boats were out of service, and the go karts we're not impressive compared to other places I have been. They had a lot of rules and the carts did not go very fast it just was not fun for the adults so only did that once . The two activities we were most impressed with were the ax throwing we had never seen that before an activity center. The other was the high up obstacle course where you're attached to a harness . Well I really hope they at least get rid of the carpet I kind of dread going back there for that reason but I could handle it once a year ,overall better than the average. read more

This place is a must visit whenever I visit Spokane or Idaho. Its not necessarily the cheapest option for fun however - my kid loves this place. I like that it's not overly busy (or at least the last 3 visits that i've been). The options of play is great, the pool area is nice and spread out and has things for young babys to adults to enjoy. The arcade is a nice spot to take a quick break from swimming and the food options are pretty legit, its not gourmet by any means but very reasonably priced. They also have a bowling alley and a rope course and some laser tag options as well. We stayed there one night before which, honestly I wasn't a fan of. The rooms are quite out dated however the staff in the hotel and play area are all great. Overall - you can spend a lot of money here easily but you can also spend the entire day here and not get bored! Definitely will come back again! read more

Good place with great intentions. The evening pass in my opinion is worth it. Arcade does get expensive and it's your typical risk/reward type games which exist in every arcade I've been in within the last couple years. Laser tag, bumper cars and the golf courses were all good. The thing that bothered me most is as a family advertised environment, they speak about rules (and as I parent I appreciate this) they are not enforced. I was slammed into twice with obvious intention and not a word from the employees and my wife was as well. A bump is fine but it really was intentional. Not a big deal because no one was hurt but it would be easy to have your child hurt here. During mini golf outside, a group of boys were driving their hits and climbing on the volcano, while vaping. Other family ahead of us noticed this and kind of just moved on out. The energy from everyone was great. I'm just not certain the environment is as family friendly as they seem to advertise. When I brought up my concerns, the employee seemed nervous to enforce anything. Maybe friends? Oh well. I'm busy nights, there may be some long waits. No food was available when we went. We had a good time, just not sure the value and the advertisement is quite there. Maybe more training and push to uphold standards needs to be there. We'll probably be back. read more

Where do I even begin.... Only reason I'm giving three stars is because the staff is so nice. The indoor water park has a wave pool that is so cold who wants to go in there? Really we spent all this money to come inside and the wave pool isn't even heated. Big thumbs down. Secondly my daughter is almost 3 and couldn't go into the wave pool because she's not potty trained (you have to be 3 and over). Are you all aware that even some 3 year olds arent potty trained? My 2 year old was so upset, even though I was with her and she had floaties AND a swimming diaper on, that she couldn't go into the wave pool and it totally ruined the experience between that and the freezing wave pool. Secondly we went inside to play at the arcades and on at least 5 different occasions the machines ate our money. Watch your balance Everytime you swipe because it will make you swipe twice and your balance goes down. I didnt enjoy our experience here, it all felt bleh. THEN we were told they don't allow birthdays unless you book a party. Meaning.... My nephew loves this place, we take him every birthday. This place has a lot going on always super busy all year long. I like how they are constantly updating all the place, every time we go there I always see some new arcade machine or new food choices. The one thing im still waiting for is better food, I'm hoping they offer more vegan choices like a plant burger and sweet potato fries, maybe some smoothies, acai bowl? nah just kidding, that would be cool though. I also hope they update all the vending machines because they always break and dont accept cash, it took my sisters card one time but didnt even give us the drinks, we had to call the manager. The hotel is not bad for sleeping, I cant verify since we dont stay there overnight anymore but I'm pretty sure they are more clean now since last time we went there was bed bugs in our room. The breakfast buffet is pretty good wide variety of food, even a pancake machine. The Hotel is about 5 feet away from KFC as well if that tickles your fancy. read more

Love, love, LOVE this place! My husband and I (yes, two adults) came here for a fun day in the winter when we couldn't go to Silverwood. We got the 4 hour all inclusive pass, and it was well worth it. My husband had never played Laser tag so this was his first time trying it and he loved it. The drop tower was down when we went, but they decreased the price of the all inclusive pass to compensate for it, which made me happy. The Hologate was super cool. All of the staff were nice and helpful. The indoor bumper cars were kind of weird, the course was tiny, so I probably wouldn't get a single pass just to go on that. Great local place to take the kids when you have very long cold Winters! My fiance and I both enjoyed the inner tube slides and my 9 year old daughter finally learned to love them too! So that's a great memory she'll have. My son is almost 3, but not quite, but he doesn't like hanging out with "babies" (even if they are toddlers) so I wish they had more options for under 3 age bracket. He didn't understand why he couldn't use the wave pool, but hey, next year he'll be so excited to do it! Arcade was kinda spendy, but the bigger attractions like the ropes course made it worth it. Had a fun time trying the new climbing thing. The dude that works there was fun as hell. He was jumping all over the place making it look easy. I was like ok, I got this. ( I didn't.) As I went through the obstacles behind him I'm not gonna lie there was a few times I wondered if I would fall to my death due to something giving out because of my weight. I'm happy to say I didn't die as you may have caught on to already. Basically If your scared of heights and want a little cheap adrenaline rush or are 16- this is perfect! Though I thought I was gonna die and almost shit my pants on the rolling log at the end of the top I made it out alive and now have a semi cool experience to share. This place also offers many other activities outside of this one item. The bowling is pretty cool. Lanes are well kept, shoes don't smell like death and the lighting is for sure cool. They also have a snack bar that you can buy typical bowling ally food at. The rock wall and the laser tag are probably some of my favorite things there though. I mean who doesn't love that kinda shit? I felt like they allowed a good amount of time for the game to and the prices were definitely decent. With the rock wall I do wish it was higher. I talked to one of the employees to see if there's and future plans on expanding it and he said they are discussing it. Told him they need to turn a huge wall into one for climbing and he basically hinted that's the idea. They have games down stairs and a mini golf spot that's pretty fun too. Game wise I think they need to add bit more. I think company's often forget to market to adult needs too. After all we love games and let's face it we probably I mean hopefully make more money than a 10 year old. There was a few games that took my money but as soon as I said something there was no delay in reimbursement. The mini golf course is always a good time. They have black lights over it with neon colored floors and obstacles, so that's cool. All of the employees are friendly too and non of the other golfers on the course were dicks about our large party they simply just went in front of us then came back to the hole when we were done. 3 weeks after we lost our son we decided to take our other kids on a trip to the water park and drove 7 hours to stay in the hotel and have a nice weekend to help them to not feel so bad. My wife had just given birth and obviously couldn't do any swimming or even playing so When we purchased our package the staff told us she wouldn't need to buy a pass to just sit but when we got to the park the kids running the counter said no she needed to buy a pass. I obviously argued no we don't we already purchased our package and we were told not to. They harassed us and got the kid manager to come and also harass us till we gave in and purchased additional passes in an effort to just keep the peace and enjoy our stay with the kids. We noticed after though other parents sitting there who also hadn't purchased wrist bands but they singled out my wife. After this they continued to single out my 3 year old saying he couldnt swim with his brothers because of his size. So I stayed with my son to make sure he followed the rules despite lots of kids his same size not having adults around. I sat down on the ledge while he played infront of me and had the lifeguard come up again and ordered me to stay standing next to him the whole time or leave. I responded with I'm watching him you don't need to be a jerk about it and he ran off and complained to the manager. I shouldn't have called him a jerk but they were being ridiculous and singling us out. The kid manager came back and said he wouldn't tolerate anyone calling his staff names and we needed to leave so I went to find our older boys and while doing so the manager went and found my wife and told her she had to get out and our family was out of control. She tried to talk and he yelled at her telling her he didn't have to talk or explain anything to her she had been kicked out and must leave before he called the police. When I found her she was in tears and trying to find her way back to our room. We packed up our clothes and left with kids crying and my wife crying as we walked past the front desk I started to ask about checking out and they freaked out saying we don't have to talk to you just have to leave now, and a kid behind desk said just call the police they have to leave! We've never had any issues anywhere before or since and went to the park in Kellogg instead and have done so multiple times. I've waited almost 3 years to write this review but it needs to be said. The kids staff running the place doesn't know how to deal with people or any sort of confrontation and the place is nuts. read more

This place is the best thing CDA area has going for it. They are constantly updating and changing attractions which is awesome. It is super fun and the thing I love most about it is the specials. If you follow them on Facebook they have affordable options for those who love to play but are not made of money. Even the food is good here which for an amusement park is rare. My family and I went to tripleplay for 2 days for the first time last month and had a BLAST...for the first couple hours. Then I broke my hand at the bumper cars. Wasted hours at the er. And came back casted to halfway enjoy my trip:( The manager on site looked at my hand, had me fill out an accident report with him and then basically sent me on my way. Nobody asked how I was doing after the fact, no courtesy check, no call- not even a "I'm-so-sorry-this-happened-at-our-establishment-heres-a-free-pizza" don't get me wrong- I don't need a free pizza, I was just shocked that they didn't care or bother to make sure I was alright after I literally broke a bone. I wasted extra money paying for a day pass we didn't use because we spent our first night of vacation at the emergency room. We had a great time aside from that, and are even planning on coming back... once my hand heals. I recommend staying at the adjacent hotel because the package would be a good deal for anyone who stays in tact during their trip. read more

When our group was bowling we had to move lanes twice because of issues with the lanes but when we asked to be able to finish our game (since we had to restart twice) they told us our time was up and we couldn't finish because others were waiting.
