If I could give them zero stars I would. This business got new owners in August 2024. We've also been 3 times since the new owners. All 3 for birthday parties, one in August 2023, once in January 2024 and once in March 2024 and all 3 visits we have come home with either pink eye or hand foot and mouth, or this last time, March 2024 we got both pink eye and hand foot and mouth. My kids wear socks and I sanitize their hands multiple times as well as wash with soap multiple times during playing and after we leave. I don't believe that they sanitize this structure at all. Jokes on us for coming all 3 times that we have, but we will not be giving this business our time or money anymore.. Mind you, we went 5-7 times from April- July when we first moved here because they had discount Tuesdays, where it was half off on Tuesday, and we had never gotten anything from this place besides a stuffy nose which is common when taking toddlers to a play area.. but the fact that we've gotten pink eye and hand foot and mouth twice now in 6 months is unacceptable... The joke of the pricing at this business since the new owners have taken over in August 2020 is laughable. They just released their "summer savings" and it's $250 per child to go for ONE HOUR A DAY for a SINGLE MONTH. Who is the freaking economy can afford that, if they have more than one child... and that's just the LOWEST TEIR of their supposed "savings" this place is a disgusting joke and I wouldn't waste your money. read more

I've taken my boys to this place a couple times in the past. However, I won't be supporting a small business that blocks it's patrons on Facebook after simply commenting about the lack of cost effectiveness in their recently posted "summer months" deal. That is not a way to keep your business and customers nor is it a way you want to engage with the active members of your community. Take your customers advice and comments and look and do your research and improve your customer service and deals to be more cost effective for the parents who also have to pay extra during the summer months for daycare and sitters. Why would I want to pay $500 for two kids for ONE month for them to only get to play for 2 hours when I can go elsewhere and pay $550 for my two kids for ONE YEAR? And they can have unlimited hours during their one daily entry Monday-Friday. Parents in this economy do not have the luxury of spending that extra money per month for little return. read more

Best place EVER! My boys are 3 and 5 and love playing here. I would say it is great for kids 1-8.

This place is awesome. Our three year old loves it way more than the bounce house because there are so many more things to do and play with. And parents can join their kids in the fun. Excellent place to burn those kids out. read more

Me and my almost three-year-old have been going to soft play once a week for months. It's my favorite indoor play facility around. I love that its only one level high for the activity area unlike others we've been to that have so many tiers that it makes it hard to see your little one and also for shorter toddlers to get up all of the levels. This is perfect you can stand and watch your little one go through almost the whole upper area. Everything is toddler friendly. I wouldn't recommend this for older kids as it really is geared more for toddlers and littles and not for older school aged children in my personal opinion. We love it! Great bathrooms set up perfect for little ones. Plenty of places to sit and watch. Most of the time when we go in its not to busy and there is plenty of room to run around and even if it is fairly busy its nothing like other play places I've been to like the real-life church where you can literally barely walk inside its so packed. This has a good layout and makes it safe and easy to watch everything going on. My only personal three suggestions would be to move the ball pit out of the bottom of the slide area as many babies and smaller kids want to play in the ball pit, but you have to really pay attention if its busy and make sure no one is going to come down the slide and barrel your baby or little over. Second would be to switch the odd pretend water square out maybe for something more interactive in its place as I rarely see any little ones on it usually it's just to stand on for a few minutes or for moms to sit on. And lastly, we go so often I really wish they offered a monthly pass or punch card or some type of deal for going more often. Overall, this place is our favorite spot especially though the colder months where we can go and let some energy out. read more

I went to this place for the first time last week for some rainy day fun with my four year old and 8 month old. It was a lot of fun for the kids, and it wasn't overcrowded. Today we came back hoping for the same experience, and it was chaos. It turns out it was discount Tuesday. Maybe that's their busiest time. The climbing equipment has an 80 lbs weight limit unless assisting a toddler, and there were some BIG kids there (and parents not assisting toddlers). One of the big kids ran right into my 4 year old and knocked him over. I wanted to get my son a snack, but I saw nobody working at the counter for quite a while. My baby needed a diaper change, so I went to use the changing table. It's great they have one, but I saw no sanitizing wipes or anything to ensure it's kept sanitized between each use. It seems like they need to have someone monitor what's happening in the play area so that the little kids are not hurt by big kids. Maybe an age limit? Certain hours for certain age groups? Something needs to change there. read more

Soft play is a really great place to take your little ones! Been there twice now and have no complaints. I've taken my kids to places like jump for joy and get stressed out by older kids on crack afraid they're going to hurt my 2 toddlers and me picking up a felony charge for either beating up the parents on their cell phones or get caught pushing someone's kid down for knocking my kid over. Haven't had that problem at Soft Play. I pay $9 per kid and join my little's while they play. I am comfortable with my kids being there. My Son and Daughter really love Mary and her husband very much. (Owners) I know they really love kids and I know they love my kids. (My kids go to their daycare) (best daycare ever!) so yeah I know the owners on a professional level and have enough of a relationship to know their hearts towards children. Great place to take the kids on a Saturday or Sunday, safe environment, nice place to take a break and watch your kids burn off the energy they got from sneaking in the Girl Scout cookies you got plunked into buying at Walmart. This place is going to blow up and they're going to have to find a bigger building soon. read more

I honestly don't know how people rate this place a five star. I walked in and almost walked right out. I stayed and observed in the "lobby" for a good 35-40 minutes. There is no sanitation regulation. I don't even care about Covid but Geeze have some sort of strict protocol. And some more sanitizer throughout the place. It's a cesspool of germs. Over crowded. And it's absolutely pointless to have a no shoe policy if you allow shoe traffic to go through the same exact place people walk to get to the play area. (Big eye roll there). Put the shoe rack immediately behind one gate. Then maybe have another gate. Require EVERYONE to take their shoes off. I also saw two women completely barefoot. Not even wearing socks. Barf there. I never once saw anyone cleaning or wiping down any of the play area. There are too many different types of toys in one congested area. Also, how often is that ball pit cleaned? read more

Took my 2 year old son there just for something to that wouldn't have us outside in the middle of a 100° day. He loved it! There was a lot for him to do and I was glad to see that he was able to a majority of the stuff there. Definitely worth $9/child. Looks like it would be a cool place to have a toddler-aged party. Place and equipment seemed cleaned/sanitized. They even had a nursing room for moms with infants, which my wife used for our other son. Only complaints are the compressors running the inflatables seemed kind of loud and the sound system was just a stereo in the middle-ish area of the building that had to be blaring. Those two factors paired together made it difficult to hear much else inside the building. Overall We got a place like this in post falls and definitely plan on bringing my kids back.
