    Carousel before boarding.

Had a great time going on this with my wife. Was in great shape and a lot of fun for a Wed afternoon. Only $3 for a ride and if you wanted to do unlimited I think it was only $7. Nice that they did a military discount as well. Always appreciated.

What's there NOT to love? I grew up with a Looff Carrousel in my hometown. When I found this one I knew I had to drag my hubby here. We had SO much fun!!! They have a cute gift shop and you can buy snacks. I had the best time grabbing a ring and tossing it in the monkeys bucket. I missed but who cares!!! SO much fun! Don't miss it!

One of the coolest things to do in Spokane. Riverfront Park is a happening place to come to. They've made huge updates to the carousel area and our only complaint is that they no longer play the music on the actual carousel anymore probably due to preservation but it just sounds different. The kids can ride some that can't go up and down which is nice when they're freaking out.

What's better than a carousel next to a picturesque park next to a river? One where it only cost two dollars to ride! This carousel is a lovely addition to the park at all the family related activities that are available. It's got a great little view on to the river, and easy access to downtown. As previously stated, it's only two dollars to ride and while that pencils out to $120 or so per hour, it's definitely worth the joy on a three-year-old's face when he gets to ride on top of a giraffe that goes up-and-down while also in a circle! Just outside is The river walk, a number of bridges and an area with a water feature under which the kids can play. Read opportunity to do a carousel and then go run around outside! This whole area is a super cool spot and definitely a place we will be back to.

Easily the best carousel myself and my family has ridden! At $2.50 per ride or $5.50 for unlimited, it's almost a no brainer if you plan on riding more that twice to go for unlimited as you can go explore the park and come back for more fun. The carousel runs pretty fast - the lights and sounds are exciting and the floor to ceiling windows that out look to the outside makes a great view as you go round and round. My favorite part is there is also a game while playing - once the carousel gets up to speed there is an arm that comes down on one side that spits out little plastic rings, as you spin to it, you can lean out and grab it with your hand/finger and on the other side of the run is a canvas wall that you can toss the ring into as a fun little game to keep everyone engaged and laughing. Really a great treat and i wish every carousel had it!

Came here on a Sunday with my two nephews. I am super Duper excited that my younger nephew is now tall enough to ride on the carousel by himself. I was able to help with him up to put him on the horses. Of course he picked the tallest horses every single time which meant I got a good workout in because we bought the passes where are you can go on as many times as you want they went on at least 10 times. The people who work here are super Duper nice and I really really really like them. They were pleasant every time we got on and off all the carousel. I'm grateful Spokane has this downtown because it is a great spot to bring my nephews and they love it so so much. This time they also have a new/old elephant that cost $.10 to ride and my one nephew probably wrote that 3 to 4 times. He thought it was super cool. I plan to be here every time I am visiting and they also have a AAA discount which makes it a little more affordable too. Another thing that is really cool about the carousel as if you go at night it is lit up and the lights reflect on the mirrors above it.

Such enjoyable fun even as a big kid! Love the idea of getting dizzy???..NOT so much but it was fun! Seeing the little kids around me smiling faces was great! Feed the ducks popcorn after... It's great!

If your animal is on the outer most part of the carousel you can reach out and grab a ring and then throw it in the mouth of a goat.

Spokane was the nearest "big city" so it was where to go for drive-in movies, record stores (remember those?), fast food restaurants, concerts and of course, cruising Riverside Drive (remember cruising?) and grabbing a burger at Dick's Hamburgers. Now as an adult when I visit I still love Spokane, but for mostly different reasons. Some nostalgic and some because Spokane is still a cool city. I visit once every couple of years. My octogenarian parents still live in Spokane as does one brother and one sister. Spokane boasts a lot of history. There is a lot of old architecture and brick. Lots and lots of brick! Riverside Park downtown is a beautiful Spokane destination as is Manito Park and Botanical Gardens. Beautiful and fun Coeur 'd Alene, Idaho is just a short drive away. If four full seasons is your thing, Spokane has them. Hot dry summers, cold, leaf-turning colors autumns, cold and snowy winters, rainy springs. I've said a lot of nice things about Spokane, so why not five stars? Hey, if I thought that Spokane was a 5-star city I'd still live there, right? By the way, Dick's Hamburgers is still slinging burgers after all these years. For some reason they tasted a lot better as a 17 year-old than do as a 52 year old!

Telling me to call someone else because you're too lazy to drive by and ensure the builder posted permits is shameful. Talking down to me and saying, "got it?" doesn't earn any respect in your community. Yes, Ron, I "got it" - you can do as little as possible, may be as rude as you like and Brown's administration will allow it. Disgusting.
