The manager(Jay) stated he knew nothing about it and refused to honor it! He got hostile when we objected and says we could go outside and settle it! With my grandkids standing right there! To have someone like that managing anything is appalling! When you give a small person a little power it often goes to their head! No people skills and obviously poorly trained! We are pursuing this in several ways as what was done to us and in front of my gkids must be addressed so it doesn't ruin someone else's family day! To start off I have never known that kids could be dripped off at daycare and not cry when they go. My 2 year old granddaughter has never cried and willingly goes in on her own.
