Very disappointing experience. We brought our kids skating for the first time, and instead of being patient or supportive, staff yelled at them for falling. Kids are supposed to fall when they're learning. It completely ruined what should have been a fun family outing. The downtown location is far better and much more friendly. read more

Stepped on the grass with my skates but Carson gave me a cloth to wipe them off and dapped me up. Hope he gets tenured. Aspen was pretty fly too. We matched in our neon Bauer supremes. I suggest a dabble at your local outdoor rink 10/10 read more

Such a great addition to CDA! Having a winter birthday is tough sometimes, but CDA on Ice made it super fun! We had a big group of skaters and parents for my son's birthday and everything went really smooth. The tables were decorated so nicely that I didn't even use the decor I brought. What a fun family night. We rented an igloo for the adults to hang in while the kids skated and it was lovely. The kids had an absolute blast but the best part was the staff. Everyone was so amazing and helpful, someone even came out to help my daughter get her skates on. It was a slow night so it was perfect for us but I'd imagine it would get a little crazy with 100 other skaters. I would 1000 % recommend to anyone. It was just a perfect outing for my family who was visiting from out of state, perfect CDA magical night. read more

This was such a fun "winter activity" with out of town visitors and as families! We reserved an igloo which made it all the more fun & cozy too!! It's totally worth it to make the experience "extra"!! Andrea the owner was so wonderful and accommodating and the concessions were just the right amount!! The ice was very torn and they don't properly keep it up. The check in process is slow. Management of the place are rude in how they treat customers. They are the only place like this, so if you want to go ice skating in the park, then you have no choice. But for the price, I'd say your money can be better spent anywhere else. read more

So fun!! We didn't rent an igloo but paid for a 90-min session and had a blast! Awesome coloured lights under the ice and very cozy atmosphere. We arrived on a Thursday and were the only ones on the rank. I totally recommend this place for a fun experience! Wonderful service and great price :D I recommended wearing protective gear! I am originally from this area but now live in CA. I brought my kids here and met up with a few friends. I always remind my children to be polite and treat people with respect, which is how everyone in north Idaho had treated us on our trip (as expected).. until we went here. We rented and igloo and more skate tickets than I even needed just to be sure we had enough ahead of time. The facility was good, and while the person on skate pick up and return was really nice.. each encounter with the staff here otherwise was quite shocking. The tone and level of disrespect was not deserved nor appreciated, hence this review. If you plan to put a few hundred dollars into ice skating like we did here. I advise that you seek an alternative. Particularly if your group looks younger, which I think had something to do with it. You can't judge a book by its cover. Very unprofessional. read more

My previous review was written before we finally got to speak to a manager. We went down to the ice rink for one of the days we purchased to at least get some of what we paid for. Thankfully a manager was available to speak with who was able to refund the igloo and skating session we weren't able to use. While the manager was kind and understanding, the girl I spoke to previously on the phone was incredibly rude and unkind. The place itself is really cute. They have crumbl cookie and hot cocoa for sell. At night the rink lights up. The skating experience was really fun. I'm taking a star off though for the horrible customer service I experienced initially though. read more

Such a magical evening! It looked like something out of a Hallmark movie as we skated while snowflakes fell, enjoying the views of beautiful downtown Cda all around us!! The lights underneath the ice and the beautifully lit up and furnished igloos gave it such a warm, family friendly vibe and took it to a whole different level than any other ice rink we have been to. 10/10 recommend for all ages! read more

I would strongly recommend that you check the weather ahead of buying tickets online they do not give refunds at all. Even when it is raining so hard you can't see which is a safety hazard for skaters. Poor customer service they should give rainchecks not snarky emails. Wont be back ever. read more

Booked an igloo online for a few friends to enjoy during their first visit here! We were running late and staff were still very accommodating and kind. The igloo was amazing.
