Went here for my sons skate night. It was so crowded and there definitely is not enough seating space. I think part of that is because of the layout. My son had a blast though! The reason I am leaving a review is solely because of the gentleman who checked in our skates when we were leaving. He was so kind, so happy, and just genuine. I think any parent can agree that being at an elementary school skate night is... a lot, but he was so happy with the biggest smile and it was so infectious that when we left I was in a better mood than when I came. read more

I am from Louisiana and trying to keep skating alive! I bring my own Harlick Roller Skates made in California. For the past 10+ years my husband and I have made a goal to skate in each state at least one time. I was on a road trip and just settled into my hotel for the night. When I soon realized there is a skate rink open nearby. I attend on their adult night. It was very busy. We had a blast. The workers here were very nice. The large wood floor was smooth and shiny. The environment here is beyond amazing compared to another rink. The owners at this establishment seem to have things under control, they don't allow their employees to mistreat customers. Clean, organized and safe. Recently switched to this rink coming from another due to unsafe employees and sanitary issues. Hands down won't be returning to R.V. Pattisons is very family oriented and they take pride in their business. Employees are amazing so far. Take the longer drive and come to Pattisons. read more

I went in earlier today to buy roller durby skates and came out knowing more than when I went in. The customer service was great. The guys I met were polite. friendly, and knowledgeable about the durby world. I would recommend this place to a friend and looking forward till the next time I go back. read more

I started Bringing my daughter here a few months ago for something new to do. I hadn't skated since middle school and thought I'd try it out again. We fell in love with place right away. It's brought my daughter and I much closer and I've dropped about 15 pounds and improved my balance tremendously. Rude, unfriendly, overcharged, party host was nowhere to be found, they put the party room behind this very crowded public seating area so we spent most of the party time either in line for skate rentals or fighting our way in and out of the party room or looking for a little Walker assist things that people kept stealing. They kicked us out before my daughter even opened her presents. The owner was extremely extremely rude on the phone. This place is horrible terrible awful no good very bad and I highly highly recommend you don't go here. It might be okay if you're just there to roller skate but definitely don't book a party here unless you want to be unhappy and disappointed. I recently went to this rink to buy some new wheels, I forget the name of the person who helped me but he was fantastic and very professional. He was saying how he didn't gouge his prices in this roller skating frenzy the pandemic caused just so everyone could enjoy it. He had the exact wheels I saw online that I wanted and even put the new bearings in for me. This place is awesome and that man is awesome 10/10 this place will be my go to for gear and skating forever! read more

DONT GO HERE!! If I could give it no stars I would. We came for a birthday tonight & I have a 2 and 3 year old. I was out helping my TWO year old on the floor with shoes on. Wasn't in anybody's way , off to the side helping her. A rude ass worker comes by and tells me I can't be on the floor with shoes on. I explain she's TWO. How the hell is she going to skate by herself. He gives me a shrug and skates off while saying "she can skate but you can't be out here with shoes on" so a waste of time and money. I've never had a place tell me to send my TWO year old off without any help. Unsafe as hell if you ask me. Send her out there and hope she doesn't break her neck. 2 and under you should be able to walk around with them if your to the side. I wasn't hurting anybody or anything. I've been to many skating rinks and never once have they told any parents they can't be on the floor helping their two year old. We got a refund. The manager or owner was a smart ass and tried to Say "it's because it can cause a traffic jam and then every parent would want to be on the floor." BULLSHIT ! It's because you want me to pay extra for skates for myself , more money in your pockets. Cheap ass place just out there for the money. On top of it , it's so crowded there is no place to sit , the party rooms are the size of a bathroom. TERRIBLE read more

Me and my family have been coming here for many many years. The skating was fun and the kids enjoyed themselves however I would not recommend doing a birthday party here. It is not worth the money, they charged me for extra kids that weren't there. They didnt show me the bill before i gave them payment, I thought the bill was a little high but I didn't worry about it because I was in a hurry to get out of the room for the next party. Also the party hostess only showed at the end of party to get the bill paid. The Staff was friendly though and the facility was clean. But defiantly not worth booking a party. read more

Here's the deal and I'm gonna tell ya. I have been attending their Saturday skating lessons for nearly four months now and I am endlessly impressed with their services. The instructors are patient and willing to show you any of the skills you want to work on. They are also really great at answering questions and helping with skate maintenance. I was given my skates as a gift and they were not skate ready when I got them. They listed to my questions and help me get my skates rolling. They even helped me pick out a new set of wheels to go skating on rougher terrain outside. I also had an incident where my boot detached from the wheel truck and they fixed it for me right then and there when I brought them in! All in all they are a great local establishment who has taken really good care of me during my roller skating journey! Highly recommend visiting them if you need help with your equipment or if you just want to have a good time skating! read more

Not many roller skating rinks left in the U.S.A. and this one is stellar. This rink has been in the family for decades and provides the same wholesome fun since their doors opened. I started going to Pattison's years ago when it cost $.50 to get in. I recently revisited it and it felt like I was 9 years old again. The friendly staff and reasonable prices left my family with a very positive impression that it hasn't changed. I heard that some years ago they could have sold out to developers but decided to keep it open for the residents of greater Spokane to enjoy. I want to thank them for doing that and I look forward to my grandkids and someday great grandkids leaning to skate and having a ball there. read more

Great skating rink. Place is clean. They have mini walkers to help the kids learn to skate, air hockey table, and some coin-op ticket games to get prizes. I personally would like to see a pinball machine there. read more

my daughter booked a 2:30pm birthday party for my 4 year old granddaughter. they didnt tell her they close at 3:30 even when she checked in. she had to pay $130 for barely an hour of skating and even people who came at 3 they charged full price for without explaining anything. this is such a cold money hungry way to do business. we will never come here again. read more

Very clean and tidy, friendly staff, and I had fun (first time skating in, oh, gee, like 25 years) but I was surprised by the music. I went for Adult Skate on Sunday night, and I expected throw-back music, but it was almost entirely of the disco/R&B variety, with a little hip-hop thrown in toward the end of the night. I'm sorry, but it just doesn't feel like roller skating without a little Van Halen or Journey. Also, there seemed to be alot of teenagers there for "adult" skate... Just had my 11 year old daughter's birthday party and she had a blast with all her friends and our families. The host was there to assist us with anything we needed. Great place and it was fun. I have a few suggestions though. The glow party room where we were, I wish was a little bigger. It was way too crowded, and we even had people sitting outside the party room. I wish they allowed us to at least come 30 minutes before party started so that we can set up the room. I felt unprepared and rushed. And maybe more options with the birthday packages/ food options.
