They have a game this weekend…read moreand so far she has not had any practices, has not met her team, I do not know where the games are or the times, and she doesn't know how to play soccer. Yet they have a game in a few days? Now she has broken her foot and won't be able to play at all this season. They REFUSE to refund me my money. Of course it is not their fault that she is now injured and cannot play BUT she has not been to a single practice because they have been cancelled. We have not received any services from them and they refuse to give me my money back. I'm pissed to say the least...

This is extremely frustrating since we are both working parents with two toddlers and very busy and took lots of time to find these lessons. This company fails to understand that people need to sign up for classes ahead of time so this screwed us over since we could have signed our son up for swimming lessons instead but now it's too late. Thanks a lot for leaving us hanging and for the terrible treatment. We will NOT be trusting this company ever again.

However, whenever I figured out that they would pretty much be just running around a field. I sought out to get a refund and called the coordinator over 10 times trying to get a refund after the first "track meet". I never got a return of a call after leaving several voicemails, or even an email back from the three emails I sent. I wish that I would have known it would have been like this and I wouldn't have joined the program and lost out on $166. I enrolled my daughter and her cousin in the program so I lost out on money that I could have put towards a real track program. It just sucks.

Unprofessional and NOT Non-Profit…read more If you are looking to get your kids involved in a great soccer program - this one isn't it. I signed my son up for Spring 2018 soccer. At the first practice we met the coach - a parent volunteer. I realize many of these programs run with volunteer help - no problem. The problem was that this parent doesn't know how to play soccer, about drills or positions to help the kids play. My child was signed up for the U9/10 league. The practice ran at a U5/6 level on the first practice which I shrugged off as being the first practice. The second practice was no better. I started calling on Monday to Valley Youth Soccer to talk to someone in their office. Needless to say, I've still never spoken to someone on the phone. After 3 days of 4+ calls, I left a message and sent an email. The following evening I got a reply. By then, I had signed my son up with another leage to ensure we could get him on a team as time was of the essense. I requested a refund in my email as my son would not be playing in this league. It's stated that it's a nonprofit - however, since no one actually answers the phones and emails aren't too terribly important - it makes one wonder. I was told there are no refunds, no exceptions and that all they could do would be to offer credit to play again another time (NO WAY!) I replied back requesting refund/exception as really - as a nonprofit they'll just keep your money and refuse? If they couldn't provide a refund, I requested that they send me a receipt as a non-profit donation and to direct the money I paid ($53.56) toward a child in need in the program. As professional as these folks are, it's been over a week with no response. I haven't bothered calling on the phone as I already know it's just a message machine. If you want your kids to have fun and maybe not actually learn anything about soccer - this is your league. All the other leagues in the area provide some training for the coaches to ensure your kids will play at the appropriate skill level. Parents Beware!

Refs need to be prepared for games like our kids are. This really gets to me, so far this year panthers are in the top. We are playing them right now and at half time thier coaches speech really just upset me. Panthers are winning at the moment, but the coaches sat there and told their kids if they didn't get up and quit being lazy they were going to regret it all next week. This is what I don't understand if your team is already winning and ahead why do you got to make them be such a dick to begin with. The league really needs to be a part of the huddles and the speeches the coaches are giving to all the teams. Our coach is actually really good about giving speeches and about being fair to everybody. So far Panthers are not. I guess being threatened to run or you're going to be in trouble if you're not winning by a great amount for the Panthers seems a little weird doesn't it? This isn't the NFL it's 8th grade football. Only reason I signed my son up this year was because he wanted to play with his friends. Or I would not ever come back to this league. Even in 6th grade we have nothing but issues with referees and other teams playing dirty it's not just the Panthers but today I have seen why they are number one if you have a coach / dad like that I can see why

For the select team families that were denied any real compensation, I urge you to reach out and email and call Danae Heuett (Executive Director) and demand compensation.
