Pretty standard bowling alley in Spokane. Not in the best area and definitely hasn't gone through any renovations or updates but that's sort of the charm of going bowling, right? We aren't regular bowlers so not sure how standard their pricing is but a weekend afternoon was $55 for two adults and two kids to play two games. Parking lot is big with plenty of space. Wanted to give thanks to the cook Anthony who just started working on the 6th of September. Never had service like this anywhere. We had a large group of people bowling, drinking was involved he took care us. Made sure we all paced ourselves gave us water and food. His attitude was definitely a breath of fresh air. He said he loves taking care of people and he did just that. Wish there were more people like Anthony in this crazy world. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you for taking care of us. This bowling alley is so cheap! Even with it being cheap though, not once did I ever see any of the lanes crash or not return balls like most lanes do. The lanes are well kept and great for a group party. Do NOT order food here. The guy that runs the food counter is a jerk and obviously burnt out on serving mindless teenagers and drunks everyday that he just doesn't provide any customer service at all. He confused my husband about his order because he was ordering a burger and I wanted an order of onion rings, so the guy thought he asked for a burger with a side of half onion rings half fries. I went back there to order onion rings and not complain because it was just some communication error, but then I found out why. I asked for a "thing" of onion rings, because I didn't know if it was a plate or a bucket or something and the guy replied "yeah, that's what they come in, a thing". That pissed me off there so I told him about how he confused my husband and gave us the wrong order to begin with. He then said it was our fault. Anyways, I decided to let it go and just order my onion rings and go back to bowling. He asked me what sauce I wanted, and I asked what kinds did they have. He replied "you know, all the generic types" then started rambling off common sauces as if I was an idiot. Everything he said was with a sarcastic tone and completely uncalled for. While he was putting my order into the cash register, he started talking to us about some girl that asked for a water cup and how stupid she was that she got the cup without getting water. Everything about this was wrong. You don't make fun of other customers in front of other customers. You don't make a customer feel as if they are an idiot because you feel like you deal with idiots everyday. You don't make snide and sarcastic comments when someone asks a legitimate question. This guy seriously needs to work somewhere else because this is not the place for him to be working and people out there trying to have a good time don't deserve to be treated like crap. read more

This place takes me back to my younger days when bowling alleys were nicer because they were busier. First, the customer service is pretty great. Very friendly, very prompt, and quite accurate. The food is nothing fancy, but it is pretty good and reasonably priced compared to a lot of places. The lanes themselves are also in good shape as well as the sitting area. They also have tons of great specials. Sunday morning you get 3 games and breakfast for 9.99. It is hard to get just breakfast for that these days, so great value. This is just a great place for some family fun, and I can't wait to get back here soon. read more

Classic bowling alley. Exceptionally clean facility and very nice people working there. We've been there all hours day, night, weekends, etc and always enjoyed ourselves. Never had a problem with staff or customers. Everyone seems to be there just having a good time. Just a throwback to the bowling alleys of the past. Not much beats throwing a ball down the alley for an hour to improve your mood. Seems like I always leave in a better place than when I arrived. read more

I met Steve in the Bowling Pro shop. he took me out and got a lane and watched me bowl. he figured out both my balls were not drilled correctly and redrilled them. he worked with me on how to approach and release the ball for about a hour and a half. he said he would like to sell me a new ball but would rather I practice and improve with what so have now. no one had ever taken time like did. another pro was in the shop who also provided tips. I am going to practice their method. could not ask for a better experience. read more

Great facility - AMAZING staff. We had a company team building event at this facility. We could not have asked for a better company to do business with. They went out of their way to insure that all our needs were met and were so nice, cordial, and accommodating. Not to mention that the prices could not be beat for bowling & the food and drinks were great. We drove into the parking lot at about 10:30 on a Monday,and the place appeared to be deserted. Then some odd looking fellow who was sitting on the ground in front of the place started walking toward us. My wife and daughter thought he and the place looked sketchy, so we drove away. Don't take your young kiddos here especially if they have behavioral or cognitive issues. We were at a party that had a bunch of families come. We had 2 lanes one for all the adults and one for my son and I to play on. The guy working behind the counter added 3 kids to my sons game while he was playing stating there was not enough lanes and they needed to be added to my sons game. My son has behavioral issues that we are currently working on. Other children usually over stimulate him causing more bad behaviors. I tried to explain this but was cut off and told they would be added. So we packed up and left. Upon leaving we noticed 3 lanes open on the other side of the place and several lanes being unused. We go here to watch friends who are playing in leagues. Decent beer selections, food was surprisingly good. Yet only one guy working the kitchen means he may miss something occasionally but otherwise is very friendly and helpful. One of their lanes dinged up a personal (not a house ball) ball during a league match, they closed the lane after the game and haven't put league games on it since. Best ran bowling alley in the area. Owned by a family that gets the needs of both league bowlers and casual bowlers alike. Good food and beer selection, and good prices for bowling. They also have a lot of tournaments for interested bowlers, as well as cosmic bowling at night for people interested in coming in to have a good time on a weekend night. read more
