They have an awesome pool with classes or open swim. And I've noticed every September they drain the pool and get a good cleaning. The towel service when you check in is so nice you honestly take it for granted. They have really new equipment for cardio machines so smooth on my joints as opposed to other gyms where you can definitely feel I did 30 minutes of cardio. Here I can be on it for an hour and no pain on my joints. They offer a variety of different cardio classes and you can walk outside on the trails. BUT I did notice it was extremely hot in the cardio area even with the fan on! I think the hardest for me is trying to find a parking spot if you come at peak times you literally have to wait there's nowhere to park. My kids definitely enjoyed coming here for a variety of different classes all the staff members are very friendly with them and feel welcome! Happy two found a gym like this. Tried to cancel my membership in January, the front desk girl did not know how to accomplish that…read moreand after 30 min of waiting for her manager, I left. returned 19 February to cancel before they assessed a annual fee, their manager EMELY could not locate the forms nor get the cancelation in the computer but said that stopping the auto pay would effectively solve the problem and there would be no more payments required as my membership would end 1 May. Now comes 20 March and I am getting emails and calls for an annual fee o $55.00!! through back and forth conversation they threatened to just turn it over to collections if I didn't pay it.. Long story short they are slimy and don't take their work that you will be canceled unless you get it in writing!!! The Gym itself, though well appointed with equipment is NOT well maintained. There were several pieces of equipment tat were out of service or broken nearly every time I was there. The steam room primarily would be out of service ALOT!... Showers missing heads and the overall cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired. I wanted to join a gym as I was preparing to have a total knee replacement and wanted the Aquatic areas in addition to weight/machine areas. Had I not paid for my entire year up front I would have left this facility much earlier and went to the YMCA North!

I have two little ones (Age 1 1/2 & 2 1/2 ) who have grown up at home during the Pandemic. Needless to say they are a little shy, and anxious when it comes to new things and new people. Taking them to the YMCA child watch for the first time was extremely nerve wracking, but we were met with the most kind, patient, and warm greetings ever. Each and every one of the care providers talked warmly to the kids, redirecting gently when needed, and reassuring the nervous kids with kindness and compassion. I would 100% recommend taking advantage of the complimentary 2 hour child watch here. It gave me such ease seeing how well my kiddos were being cared for. 5 stars for sure!
