The building was Very dim when we went also this place was very short staff.The bouncy house are too big for 2 year olds.

Not a bad place to have your kids work out their energy on a cold, rainy day! Bounce houses and play areas are fun and left my kids exhausted and sweaty after an hour of play. I was scared to use the bathroom based on a past review but luckily I avoided it this trip. Would definitely return as you can't beat the entertainment for $11 an hour. Took a star off for cleanliness-kids left tired, hungry and with dirty knees- the signs of a good time but also a sign of dirty surfaces. read more

Pretty great place! Prices are awesome. Love how they have a play structure and inflatables and areas for babies even. It did feel a little crowded compared to other indoor play places I've been, but it was still great. Lots of couches for seating for the parents. read more

The new remodel of the play area is great and is clean, but the bathrooms are in desperate need of a cleaning. The toilets were disgusting and the whole bathroom reeked of urine. The sink was also dirty and it appears it hasn't been cleaned in sometime. Recommend for the play area but please clean the bathrooms! read more

Totally not worth the price when it comes to a birthday party. $237 for a semi private party that was said to include plastic wear, tablecloth, clean up and invitations. Never received the invitations, no big deal! But the plastic wear was generic paper plates, napkins and cups. The private party room was a good size but had plain white paper table cloths. It seems like for the cost it could have been more festive. The party room wasnt dirty but definitely wasn't clean. And the bathrooms were disgusting. Probably a great place to bring a toddler for an afternoon but for a party I'm sure there's a better deal out there. read more

We had a 2 year old birthday party and everything was great up until the end. We were gathering our things and everyone started to have an itchy throat and none of us knew why. As I was paying up, I asked the girl at the front counter why is it that we are all having trouble breathing? Her response, "I turned on the fogging machine to disinfect the equipment." It was very unpleasant as we had 17 kids there, most ranging from 2 to 5. An adult from that party went to the emergency room a couple of days later due to complications. Next time turn on the machine after the guests have gone home please. read more

Went here for a birthday party and came away impressed. Hands down the best facility of its sort I've been to. First, its clean inside. The importance of this aspect cannot be over-stated. Most bounce places I have been to are at least a little grimey, a little funky smelling, a little skin-crawly. Here, carpets, walls, eqiupment, tables chairs and even the raftered ceiling are spic and span. Next, the equipment is in good repair. No frayed cushions, no duct tape or bungee cord DIY repairs, no tattered webbing etc. This 250 lb. Beef Eater crawled up over around and through damn near everything and was impressed with the integrity and upkeep of equipment and surfaces. The noise level is quite bearable. Many places operate in warehouse settings with as many bounce structures as possible jammed in with all their respective engines roaring. Here there's a reasonable mix of inflated devices and hard structures / play areas keeping the sound down. There are separate designated toddler areas that are well-kept, fun and safe for the 2 and under set. Service was very friendly and they ran with enough staff to ensure a good experience. The birthday room is bare bones but tidy and functional. They have a large wooden "throne" in the corner from which the birthday child may reign and open his/her offerings. Prices seem a tad high but you get what you pay for and IMO it would be well worth it. If you're in the market for a birthday party you could hardly do much better. read more

I took my two sons ages 3 and 4 here on a rainy afternoon and it was just what they needed to burn all of there energy off. When we arrived we were created by the friendly owners and paid. Our kiddos spent the entire time going from one jump house to the next and they loved all of the cars that were available. This play area sparked there imaginations and was the perfect solution to a rainy day. read more

Just visiting from California, and had a blast here! Much cleaner than the ones that we are used to in So-Cal, and doesn't have that musty smell that is all too typical. Owners are really nice and accommodating, I can tell that customer service comes easy for them. Prices are great, we're used to paying more for what you get here. We'd love to visit again, next time we are up to visit the family. read more

The kids and I love this place. We recently moved from California where we had numerous options for indoor play areas. In the Spokane area there really wasn't much. The owner(s) were nice, don't get me wrong. I just think it's overly expensive ($200 for play time+room--2 hours total). However, they don't provide paper plates, cutlery, etc. Maybe I'm asking too much? I don't know, but for Spokane wages, it's too much money. Then, when they ran my card it had a spot for a "tip". What? You feel obligated to leave something, but they aren't providing me any thing that hasn't already been absorbed into the overall fee. We won't be back. read more

We had a joint birthday party here. I felt the facility was clean, organized, and the kids had so much fun!! The people working were so nice and friendly and always had a smile on their face. I felt the price was spot on for the private birthday party. I really loved that they had infant activity centers and a separate toddler area in addition to 6 blow up activities and a huge "McDonald's"(ish) play area (but waaaay more awesome). We will for sure come back here over summer vacation. read more

Had my sons birthday party here. It was great for the kids, but I didn't quite understand why they have the additional charge for having extra kids there (you can have up to 15 kids). We just have a large family with LOTS of kids. We paid for a private party, and brought all of our own stuff, so we paid almost 50$ extra just to have a few extra kids in the building, that was already rented out by us. Otherwise it was great. Meh... I've been to play gyms that are way better than this one. This place charges by the hour. Seems kind of lame to me. The equipment is nice, but not worth the drive to get there for only an hour. Plus, they say no food. Ummmm. I'm not dumping out my $4.00 coffee so I can go in there. These play gyms should be just as much for the parents, as they are for the kids. read more

Just discovered Jump and Bounce this spring and love it! My 2 year old runs around like crazy and I am able to sit and chat with a friend while he burns off energy. They only charge for the child which is wonderful! Very clean and reasonably priced! My favorite place to make a play date indoors. read more

The absolute worst experience ever do not book a party here the owner is a hateful woman who greets every guest with animosity and will make your guests feel bad for being there we had 1 momof 4 who was late and was told "do you know when the party started?"she almost didnt come in because of the way she was talked to unbelievable. The facilities were nice in the jump area but the party rooms are not set up equally one room is set with ballons and decorated but the other one has not been decorated at all. For a business that works with children and specialises in parties they seem to resent children and their parents. I lnow every person who came to my sons birthday willnot go back again even after we confronted with the poor treatment at the end the owner never said a word no sorry nothing never again beware of this establishment. read more

Love this place! I drive the 30+min to go here since there is no orher place around. It is very clean and the owners are so nice and friendly. The punch card is a great deal and I still think it is reasonably priced. It is priced by the hour and you can do as many hours you would like. They offer free coffee for the adults! I've been to a lot of birthday parties here and my kids always have a ton of fun. When I decided to throw a party for my son's 5th birthday, he wanted to go here. Still, I wanted to look around to make sure that a new place wouldn't work better. I couldn't find a better price anywhere for any other birthday packages. They were so nice and the party room was clean and decorated with balloons. My son loved the birthday throne. We had some party guest show up late, so they gave us a little more time to bounce, which I really appreciated. I now know why this is such a popular place for parties. read more

I love this place. It is very inexpensive with like 6 or so bouncy houses. But also has some Mcdonald's like toys (tubes with slides) and a play area for very small kids, and babies. If you are renting the place out for a birthday party like I did, you get a big party room with a giant king/ queen chair for them to open presents on and they have a refrigerator/ freezer in there. Also the ladies that were working were right at the door greeting all of our guests and making sure none of the kids were running outside without parents and making sure nobody was coming inside that wasn't a part of the party since we rented the place out. It is for two hours and they don't include food or plates, utensils ect....although i really wish they would at least include plates and all that jazz. Luckily i brought sub sandwiches and cupcakes so they weren't absolutely necessary, but I can understand how it could be a hassle not knowing. Overall I had a great experience and my daughter and all of her friends loved it. It was very clean and had friendly staff. 5 stars, good job guys. read more
