The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained - from the equipment to the changing rooms to the viewing areas. They offer a variety of classes, which provide something for everyone, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. We also love how they structure their classes in terms of age groupings and skill levels. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help out and answer any questions. They ensure our kids feel safe while they're learning new skills. And they make sure that everyone is having fun while pushing themselves to reach their goals. You'll be paying teenagers to "coach" your children. Some are great (friendly and caring-- but still not professionals), some not so much. The owner doesn't have a set or stringent outline for training. This is basically just an overpriced playdate. She's now throwing your children under the bus to make sure she'll still be able to generate revenue. Inslee has called for remasking as of today, 8/23- but that doesn't apply to children exercising. Nadine has decided to go "above and beyond" in compliance in order to avoid getting closed or losing money. She, in her infinite medical wisdom and against the advice of all agencies, is going to have your children touching their masks/faces every 30 seconds or so by having them pulling their masks up and down throughout practice. Her guidelines ignore the recommendation to wash each and every time a face mask is touched and instead tells your kids to pull them down when they're on the mat and then pull it back up as they finish. I guess she's hoping for lawsuits by imposing medical decisions outside of (already tyrannical) orders. Covid aside, it's also unsanitary and a little gross. read more

Review of birthday party ammemities: The facilities here are impressive. For birthday parties, you're able to move from room to room as a group, each area hosting an array of equipment and fun stuff to play on. The sheer size of the building is massive, and every area is crammed full of thoughtful and unique obstacles, mats, bouncy things, jumpy things, swinging ropes and bars, pads and so forth. Out of the four or five places I've been to like this, Spokane Gymnastics is far and away the best. Leagues better than your typical "bounce and play" set-up for example. read more

My son had a new teacher almost every class, they were all nice but it made every other day feel like day one. Watching classes as a parent is difficult because they put several classes into one area and move from room to room often. We were told to enroll in ninja classes for kids who have a harder time paying attention or staying still, unfortunately it felt like most of the class was spent with the teacher trying and failing to get the students to listen, and giving way too much instruction all at once to a group of 4-5 year olds, the title "ninja class" felt more like a money grab since they required an expensive tshirt to participate (which my son loves, but still.) I thought there would be something extra out of the ninja class but it really was just a beginner gymnastics. I thought a lot of these things were normal for a gymnastics center, and then I found a much more reasonably priced one with a better setup and professionals teaching. Now my kid is making progress and having fun. 2 stars because the staff was kind enough, I just wouldn't recommend this center to anyone who wants to sit and watch comfortably or is not looking to spend too much money. read more

This is a beautiful gym with a horrible owner. We had a very bad experience here with my daughter. Because my daughter was moving up levels so fast she was accused of practicing at 2 gyms and then was kicked off of the team for that reason. It was sad and the owner was so mean to my daughter, she put us down and told us we were lying. It was a very weird experience. I reported them to USAG. I have to say that the Spokane area doesn't have the best gymnastic programs, the gym she went to next was even worse. read more

We had our first lesson and loved it! They are cleaning like mad in between groups of kids and everyone, including the coaches are wearing masks. I can't imagine doing such a physical activity and having cotton cover my face. They have their COVID adjustments in place and are doing a great job. read more

Tried the adult class. "Class" is probably a poor word to use, because there was absolutely no instruction. At most, she gave us suggestions about what skills we might work on. But, she gave no explanations for how to do anything, and no feedback for improvement for instruction. read more

I was worried at first about COVID safety measures and if they would really be ensuring the kids and coaches were wearing masks, they do! I was so happy that everyone was wearing their masks', washing hands and distancing. It is refreshing to see a business hold the safety of people a priority. The coaches we tried were all very sweet and kind, but didn't actually teach our son (level 1) much. They didn't correct him or really explain well what he was supposed to do and then just let the class play around. We were never able to try out a coach who actually had a gymnastics background aside from when they were kids or not at all. If you want to pay to have your child have fun on gymnastics equipment this place is fine, but if you want skills and discipline, I wouldn't recommend it. It might be different for the more competitive levels, but the level 1 classes were not impressive. read more

Love this place! Have been taking my kids here for a little over a year and they both love it. We have had a few different coaches and they have all been great. I myself have even taken an adult class that was pretty fun as well. My husband and I will probably start doing the open gym a couple of nights a month. read more

Our 3yo and 2yo absolutely love the Parkour and PE Tots classes! The coaches are wonderful with the children, even my very active son. The environment is bright, children and family friendly and the staff is wonderful. We love the programs here and are so excited to be a part of it! I have tried to sign my 3 children up for classes for the past 3 sessions. Each time it is very hard to accommodate my schedule, as I am a fulltime working mother, and my children as 2 of them are of school age. I thought I would call and give it another try. My youngest child was the only one I was able to get a time spot for. I called to verify that the online information was up to date. The girl I spoke with at the front desk stated to me. "There are 4 people on the wait list ahead of your daughter so I highly doubt she will be able to have a spot in this class". I understand scheduling, having only so many children per class. But I feel this company does NOT have any flexibility or try to work with customers who are not current members. It gave me the feeling that they are so "busy" that my business was not important. When I had mentioned to the girl that I have been trying to multiple sessions to get my children in classes all she had to say was yes Im sorry we are full. I said ok I will take my business else where then. As to my surprise her response was "ok that sounds good" WOW! read more

If you do not seek out the "good" coaches your child will not learn very much at this gym. My child has been in level one for several years and still can not do a cartwheel, and this is not due to lack of effort. It's the instruction she has received (or lack thereof). The owner, Nadine, is extremely defensive and does not care to hear your concerns. Instead, she will encourage you to seek out other gyms. She is a difficult personality to work with. read more

Both of my girls attend Spokane Gymnastics and have had wonderful experiences! The staff are always helpful and friendly, whether in person or on the phone.
