This is a very excellent but expensive experience. The water park was great for my 9 and 7 and 2 year old. The prices costed an arm and a leg. Lots of nice experiences around like, Walmart, and Killer Burger! Front desk a little confusing but was able to make it work! Peace out !

Fun as usual. This time we went on a Saturday and boy oh boy was it slammed. I think maybe extra security or staff would help. Some parents don't watch over their children so it's rather unfortunate watching kids purposely attempt to break games, bang on things in a destructive manner, or try and Happy Gilmore the ball in a tiny indoor course. The ammount of kids that were ill mannered was sad. I saw quite a few parents watching in disgust and overheard many conversations that were almost verbatim to my thoughts. If you have smaller kids I don't recommend the weekends. It feels like you have been transported into The Lord Of The Flies. The staff running the laser tag on Saturday was incredible! They made the game way more fun.

Be forewarned. The pricing for families attending birthday parties is not transparent. Expect to have parents attending parties to be charged full price for entrance to the waterpark even if not swimming. This was not explained during the reservation process or on the website. This was a significant extra cost that the families we invited to my son's 7th birthday were expected to pay without warning. As a host I took care of it, but that meant I had to sit out of the fun. Very unpleasant experience. This may not be an issue for older kids, but for the 6-8 year olds that were attending it was a real issue.

The $50 all-day indoor pass was 100% worth every penny. The employee up on the rope course was awesome. He was following my daughter all around helping her out, dude was a beast of an employee! They loved the Nebula drop, arcade, XD interscti movie, Lazer Maze, Lazer tag, min golf, mining sluice, pretty much everything! The ticket exchange lady was really nice to the kids too!

They have you watch Axe throwing Safety prep tutorial video. Must be 18 or over and it's $12 for 30min

Wow total waste of money. My kids had a terrible time. One hurt themselves and we couldn't even a refund for the bowling. Dissatisfied

Man oh man is this a tough review to write…read more First of all, I want to be clear, there is nothing else in the Northwest to even compare Silverwood to. So, with that regard, it is without question the best amusement park within several hundred miles in any direction. It also has a water park, which again, is kind of peerless for the area. So, if we're just comparing this to other amusement parks in the inland and Pacific Northwest, Silverwood gets five stars. However, when you compare it to other amusement parks in the country, and look at the actual experience itself, it does come up a little short. Now, don't get me wrong, it's still a great time, still a great place to spend a day or weekend with your family. The biggest problem with Silverwood is the running of the rides themselves. Not that the rides malfunction, but the staff members who are coordinating and operating the rides, could across the board do a better job. First of all, all of the lines move ridiculously slow. You will be waiting in line for an unreasonable amount of time, even on not busy days. Second, and I know the park is mostly staffed with high school students on summer break, but the staff members often don't seem like they know what they're doing. On my last visit to the park there were several instances of staff members being unclear about what we were doing. About how to get into the trams. About whether or not we could store our backpacks. Which, especially after waiting in line for too long, doesn't lead to a great experience. But, overall we all had fun and it was a really nice day.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Fun for ALL ages, rides and water. Actually safe to leave stuff out, attentive life…read moreguards, reasonable prices, and plentiful clean bathrooms. Our favorite part was the little people water slides. Thank you Silverwood for a fantastic weekend that included three generations and eleven people! How often is that going to happen lol!

Okay so .... This place has come a long way since we were here in 2017. Other than the low quality…read moreshower head, new upgrades and improvements on the rooms! So much better! New furniture, wall decor, lighting, bed/headboard, nightstands, TV frame with TV mount. I admit I was reluctant to come back here but I'm so glad I booked it. Also, the continental breakfast didn't disappoint. My favorite thing was the pancake maker. You press a button and 2 small fresh pancakes are created within 12-15 seconds. You set your plate down under the machine and they both land on your plate. It was a little entertaining lol. There is a water fountain that's located near the dining room. It also offers a filtered water refill system. We didn't have to keep buying bottled water! This saved us time and money. Don't count on the elevator to be quick to get to you. I guess my impatience became a factor. So the stairs became my friend. It's not like there were too many stairs to climb. Anyhoo, if you're considering visiting, I would recommend!

Not worst place I stayed but far from the best. Maids did a poor job cleaning from previous…read moretenants (trash left behind), no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, parking is horrible (expect a hike) They claim to have a water park but the truth is that the water park and the resort are two separate businesses. You cannot get access to the park when paying for your room - you have to go next-door and pay like anybody else coming in off the street (they do give you a $10 discount coupon, however) Looking back, I could have just saved by staying at a cheaper / smaller place and visited the water park separately
