They completely set up, clean, break down and take away the bounce house for your allotted time. I had requested the earliest delivery time because of the start time of our party and Erica made it happen without any problem. The incompetent bastard didn't reverse charges, but proceeded to double charge me and then said it was fixed. Fortunately it had a 110 plug you could run an extension cord to. But the plug only had one prong on the receptacle, unusable. We took a battery out of our truck, wired it in and completed our task. on the way back to drop off the POS we crossed a railroad track and the bump caused one of the stabilizers to fall off. When I returned it, the counter guy was rude and unapologetic. I told them the issues I had and got no response. As I was leaving the yard crew was hooking the lift up to another customers truck, un serviced and broken, beware of a to z rentals......
