I have used Event Rents for multiple events I have planned, my own wedding, birthday parties and they have always followed through. Delivery, consistency, and quality is truly the name of the game with these guys. I love that the staff have all been there for quite a long time. They all work well together and the selection of items that they have - is incredible. Anything that you need for an event they have it handled. Delivery is so easy - coordinating pick up and drop off times as well as adding on last minute items is always a breeze. I would recommend them for any rental needs for sure.

The employee at t and r assured us that once we paid the $80 delivery fee that they would go through our rental venue to take care of deliver and pick up. When we arrived at our rental hall waiting for us were crates of plates we did not order. I had too much to do setting up a service for 200 to count each individual piece ordered. I was told all we would be responsible for was scraping the dishes and leaving them in the kitchen for pick up, which we did. TWO WEEKS LATER... I received a call from Pat at T and R rentals stating that 4 forks were missing. Ummmm..... Well, I told her here is the contact at the rental hall that your employee agreed to go through as per our agreement. Well, she says, that is not my job!! Well, I said, I paid you $80 for that job. How can I possibly protect myself from this $35.00 charge for four forks? How many people have my rented goods gone through in 2 weeks? She then suggested that I pay her more to call the rental facility... I ALREADY PAID YOU FOR THAT SERVICE!! During a heated exchange with this horrible woman she suggested that it couldn't possibly be a counting error on their part their delivery man is minister (remember the boxes of extra plates delivered) It seems very poor business practice to fail to do your job and then blame your customer 2 weeks later.

On Friday afternoon at 3:15 went to pick up the 40 white chairs we had ordered at another place, A to Z rentals. When we arrived the white chairs were filthy. They had dust dirt ALL over them. Could not believe that they would try to rent those to use for a wedding. Seriously. Why were they not cleaned for us, did they think we would want those? I immediately got on the phone to find another place LAST minute. I called Entertainment Warehouse and told them my situation. They were kind and accommodating and unbelievably had 40 clean white chairs. They were closing in 30 minutes so went right over and picked up the chairs. Highly recommend this place. To anyone considering wedding coordination/planning - look no further!! We cannot emphasize how…read moreamazing Sam and her team were for our wedding. We truly could not have had the day flow so smoothly without her. We hired her as a day-of wedding coordinator, but we really felt she went above and beyond the "day-of" title. Leading up to the wedding, she went out of her way to reach out to vendors and start a clear line of communciation with everyone. She made us feel supported throughout the entire process - no question was too small or silly for her and she thought of every little detail. We trusted her opinions completely in our decision-making because it was evident that she was experienced and knowledgeable about wedding planning. She is also extremely responsive and consistently will text back within minutes. The day before the wedding, she coordinated our rehearsal and it was such a relief to have someone with obvious wedding experience walking us through the steps of the ceremony. She was patient and clear with all our family members questions and coordinated all communication and needs with the venue. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I found ourselves saying "thank goodness we have Sam" multiple times. She thought of every small detail throughout the day and was ALWAYS available to us. There are many MANY examples of how she made our day run smoothly, but I will list just a few here. She thought to build a small moment of time alone after our ceremony with snacks and drinks waiting for us so we could fully enjoy and soak in the moment. She also focused on making sure me and my husband were eating and drinking water throughout the day, and even magically appeared on the dance floor with water (and straws) for us! At one point on the dance floor, I got tired of my heels and sat to take them off - Sam was immediately at my side to take my shoes and put them in our hotel room for later so I didn't lose track of them. She also was protective of us and our experience throughout the day and wasn't afraid to speak up for us if anything came up (or in our experience, gently usher guests away if we weren't able to eat because we had so many guests wanting to greet us!) Sam really made our day so much lighter by fielding any and all questions from family and friends so that we could just enjoy the day. She also coordinated our vendor team and advocated for them and made sure that they all knew the plan for the day. Her involvement allowed me and my husband to focus on experiencing the day and spending time with our loved ones. Her team also did a wonderful job with setup of our decor and everything looked gorgeous. Overall, our wedding day went better than we could have ever imagined and we credit so much of that to Sam and her team! We would absolutely 100% hire her again and highly highly recommend her to any couple planning a wedding!

Went to the sun rental on the palouse highway to rent a carpet stretcher for a job and they would…read morerent me one with an id card they required a driver's license. So we went to HOME DEPOT and rented a brand new stretcher that's a lot better quality stretcher for a much better price so thanks sun rental for being a piece of shit and sending your business somewhere else. I'll be more than happy to spread the word to every one I know to avoid renting your old broke down missing pieces bull shit equipment and direct them to a much .ore professional rental place like HOME DEPOT where they can find LOWER PRICES and nice new professionally maintained equipment that has everything they need without having any issues or the need to come back and exchange something because it doesn't work or doesn't have all the parts to it. The last time my boss rented a stretcher from sun rental we had to bring it back because it was missing half the parts to it and the other one they had was also missing a bunch of pieces. We had to combine the two and still had to jimmy rig the piece of shit in order to stretch any carpet. Best part about that story they didn't give any discount and made us pay the full price and didnt offer to compensate us for our time or gas having to drive across town to try and exchange it for one that worked which ended up costing us half a day. So I'm very thankful you douche bags wouldnt rent to us and forced us to find a much much better and cheaper priced rental service. You suck!!! Keep on sucking please and thank you. We all have to be good at something!!
