Their staff…read moreis solid in terms of delivering and communication and they have been such a consistent company for quite a long time in Spokane. The warehouse of inventory is HUGE! I have used Event Rents for multiple events I have planned, my own wedding, birthday parties and they have always followed through. Delivery, consistency, and quality is truly the name of the game with these guys. I love that the staff have all been there for quite a long time. They all work well together and the selection of items that they have - is incredible. Anything that you need for an event they have it handled. Delivery is so easy - coordinating pick up and drop off times as well as adding on last minute items is always a breeze. I would recommend them for any rental needs for sure.

They made the whole process very smooth and easy, which I greatly appreciated (since I had never rented anything for an event before and being the bride is quite stressful). We were able to get tables, chairs, table clothes, plates, napkins, glasses, cutlery, a dance floor, a beautiful bar, a CO2 beer dispenser, a tent (in case it rained, which it did), and many other things with ease. Julie was very quick at responding to all of my emails, answering questions and updating the rental list almost instantly. She was one of the most efficient and friendliest people I worked with throughout the whole wedding planning process! I never had to ask her anything twice. At the end, Julie was out on vacation but still tried to keep checking last emails at the airport! Quincy corresponded with me the last few days before the wedding, which I was nervous about at first (switching to someone else just before the wedding), but he was also fantastic and made that transition super simple. Event Rents is very professional, has amazing customer service, is clearly experienced, and has its operation pipeline perfected. They truly made our wedding look amazing and everything I had hope for. They have pretty much anything you need. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent anything for upcoming events!

The employee at t and r assured us that once we paid the $80 delivery fee that they would go through our rental venue to take care of deliver and pick up. When we arrived at our rental hall waiting for us were crates of plates we did not order. I had too much to do setting up a service for 200 to count each individual piece ordered. I was told all we would be responsible for was scraping the dishes and leaving them in the kitchen for pick up, which we did. TWO WEEKS LATER... I received a call from Pat at T and R rentals stating that 4 forks were missing. Ummmm..... Well, I told her here is the contact at the rental hall that your employee agreed to go through as per our agreement. Well, she says, that is not my job!! Well, I said, I paid you $80 for that job. How can I possibly protect myself from this $35.00 charge for four forks? How many people have my rented goods gone through in 2 weeks? She then suggested that I pay her more to call the rental facility... I ALREADY PAID YOU FOR THAT SERVICE!! During a heated exchange with this horrible woman she suggested that it couldn't possibly be a counting error on their part their delivery man is minister (remember the boxes of extra plates delivered) It seems very poor business practice to fail to do your job and then blame your customer 2 weeks later.

I was in a wedding over the weekend. Quite a few times someone went to speak, including myself,…read moreduring the ceremony, the microphone would cut out. I am fairly certain that there is video footage of that. The DJ incorrectly announced the bride and groom, then to my face blamed the coordinator, K****** (not disclosing her name as some one else was blamed after that. When I requested that we start the cake as guests were leaving. He said that the bride and groom were having an intense discussion. What he failed to mention is that his company upset the newlyweds requesting money on the spot while also expecting them to participate in the dance, ignoring the cake request. I would certainly tread with caution if you choose to use this company. Request a veteran DJ and interview the staff running your event. Especially after seeing the response from the owner. That is not professionalism. Especially when there was admittance of error on the DJ's part. I did not deal with the videographer. But I do know that he made the couple upset on top of the other imperfections. Have your coordinator ensure all equipment is working properly and make sure you're scheduled events are in proper order with them. Also make sure to provide a script for announcements. This would mitigate confusion. I would like to note, some are under the impression that my reviews are being deleted. Some are under the impression that due to the owner's response on another page, my review was disregarded as I was not the bride. However, as stated, I was IN the wedding. I spoke during the ceremony, their videographer has me recorded in purple trying to say a poem, however the mic/speakers were not working. This was real. No apologies were given. No attempt to restore the hurt. Own up to you/your companies actions. The bride and groom asked not to coordinate their own wedding. I stepped in to intervene on their behalf, with permission, once this company announced the bride and groom's last name incorrectly. This was done after a meeting to correctly introduce the newlyweds prior to the wedding. I am asking that you make it right. Stop trying to cover up the pain that your company caused.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my fiancé and I had to cancel our wedding. We had…read moreinitially moved our wedding from April to September, but then were unable to move forward with the wedding in September, as there is a global military travel ban and my fiancé is unable to come home. With all of that being said, Complete came highly recommended by the Glover mansion and I can see why. From the moment that we scheduled with them to all of the postponements, they were super understanding and very easy to work with. Chris was super respectful and easy to talk to. Also - he was very easy to get a hold of! I highly recommend you use Complete Wedding + Events if you're looking for a very professional, thorough, understanding, and well trusted team/DJ. Bummed we couldn't use them!!
