We used a coupon for $20 extra in credits, we purchased another $50 on top of that to start off to see how we liked it. During our visit there was a few birthday parties going on, kids screaming and running around. Most of the games we played seemed to be sticky or greasy on the controls. Unfortunately, several games that we wanted to play (power roll, coin pushers) were either broken or jammed. Also, each play was pretty expensive compared to other arcades we've played at. The only staff I saw was at their respective counters, none were seen walking the floor checking on things, or cleaning. The tickets we did win, there was nothing much in their prize area we wanted (too many junky toys and candy), so we gave the credits to a nearby kid. We enjoy seeing an arcade prize area tailored towards kids and adults. Unless they change it up, I highly doubt we will be back.

Delivery, consistency, and quality is truly the name of the game with these guys. I love that the staff have all been there for quite a long time. They all work well together and the selection of items that they have - is incredible. Anything that you need for an event they have it handled. When we were looking for wedding coordinators, we had reached out to 4 in the Spokane area. Within 24 hours, Jessica had responded and given me price quotes. Two other companies I never heard from, and one got back to me a week later. Since we lived so far away, we knew communication by email was key, and Jessica was on top of it. Jessica was always quick with email turnaround times, and she was always available for a phone call or meeting when we were in town. She gave us a very reasonable price quote, so we hired her for point of contact and day of coordinating services. Jessica was so organized, calm, and friendly throughout the entire process! She put together an itinerary, receipt, etc, and I didn't have to organize anything on my wedding day. She also worked with various other family members of mine, who were each trying to coordinate some aspect of my wedding. When I first reached out to Soiree, I didn't think I wanted or needed a coordinator, but looking back, it is hands down the best money we spent! I cannot recommend the Soiree team enough. For the bridal shower, Jessica's partner, Ali, came up to my mom's house, set up the entire living room with decorations, and coordinated the caterers. It went off without a hitch and was fantastic! Overall, I cannot recommend Soiree enough, not only because of their amazing work, but because of their constant and consistent professionalism. They came at 7:30am to drop off and set up, then back by 7:30 to load and take away. I don't know why or how I have not used them in the past, but I will 100% use again and again. I have 4 kids and they enjoyed the Jump house and the HUGE 19' slide so much; they were on the darn things from the time they were set up to them taking them down. The company is very well priced and soooooo easy to work with. Alot of the communication was on text, which for me, a busy mom of 4 kids who owns a business was amazing. The only reason being is that it's the only outdoor mini course in Spokane. I overheard a staff member tell another patron that they are on the highest setting for limited payout. We probably tried one that contained various Sonic characters around 30 times, and still wasn't on payout. Prize Counter - pretty sad looking and only tailored to kids, which I get, but a lot of arcades now tend to have a mixture that would lure adults. If we do come back, it would only be for the outside mini golf, but I would rather drive 40 minutes to go to Triple Plays outside mini golf, along with a decent arcade.

Another bonus point: I called Kim to see if she could get us one of their pies for my Wife and I's first year anniversary as a surprise- not only did she get us a pie but she handmade a cobbler too! She then decorated the venue with lights and a single table and chairs for my Wife and I to sit and enjoy some champagne and pie.
