They didn't charge me for the damage and were genuinely concerned about my injury. Their service was fast, and they even went above and beyond by offering to find another store with a drill in stock so I could finish my project. I've opted to wait until I heal up, but I will absolutely be coming back to Sun Rental for all my future needs. Truly a top-notch, customer-first local business.

I have used Event Rents for multiple events I have planned, my own wedding, birthday parties and they have always followed through. Delivery, consistency, and quality is truly the name of the game with these guys. I love that the staff have all been there for quite a long time. They all work well together and the selection of items that they have - is incredible. Anything that you need for an event they have it handled. The owners brought it out, set it up and then came back later in the day and took it down and packed it up. They were very friendly and explained all aspects of the rental at all stages so that we knew exactly what to expect and all safety procedures. They provided information quickly, were professional and friendly. The rates are reasonable and competitive with other party rental companies in the area. They completely set up, clean, break down and take away the bounce house for your allotted time. They also send out text messages alerting you 30 minutes prior to their arrival times which is a great courtesy. I had requested the earliest delivery time because of the start time of our party and Erica made it happen without any problem. The staff that came for set up and break down were super friendly and respectful of our property. Highly recommend this business and would use them again without a doubt!
