They all work well together and the selection of items that they have - is incredible. Anything that you need for an event they have it handled. They made the whole process very smooth and easy, which I greatly appreciated (since I had never rented anything for an event before and being the bride is quite stressful). We were able to get tables, chairs, table clothes, plates, napkins, glasses, cutlery, a dance floor, a beautiful bar, a CO2 beer dispenser, a tent (in case it rained, which it did), and many other things with ease. Julie was very quick at responding to all of my emails, answering questions and updating the rental list almost instantly. She was one of the most efficient and friendliest people I worked with throughout the whole wedding planning process! I never had to ask her anything twice. At the end, Julie was out on vacation but still tried to keep checking last emails at the airport! Quincy corresponded with me the last few days before the wedding, which I was nervous about at first (switching to someone else just before the wedding), but he was also fantastic and made that transition super simple. Well I Rented from these folks it was a good experience! I ordered everything online it was really…read moreeasy and convenient and was able to get everything that I needed to pick up. At pick up I arrived with my truck the two guys that loaded my truck added the tables and chairs to my vehicle. They made a mistake and miscounted by over 40 chairs. (That was a win in my favor). The chairs were really clean and it looked that they had been wiped down, the table cloths were dry cleaned and nicely pressed, unfortunately the tables were falling apart, there were nails and screws that were coming out of them. Luckily I brought a power drill with me and was able to go thru the tables and fix the majority of their them. At drop off they helped with the removal of the chairs and tables from my truck. Overall a pleasant experience. I would use them again!

On Friday afternoon at 3:15 went to pick up the 40 white chairs we had ordered at another place, A to Z rentals. When we arrived the white chairs were filthy. They had dust dirt ALL over them. Could not believe that they would try to rent those to use for a wedding. Seriously. Why were they not cleaned for us, did they think we would want those? I immediately got on the phone to find another place LAST minute. I called Entertainment Warehouse and told them my situation. They were kind and accommodating and unbelievably had 40 clean white chairs. They were closing in 30 minutes so went right over and picked up the chairs. Highly recommend this place. They have always been very accommodating, professional and gone above and beyond the call of duty. Quick note: be wary of the negative feedback. I generally look at how many times folks have left a review and then it is usually only negative feedback. I can tell you that is the case for these guys. Fantastic customer service and good SAFE equipment, and years of experience in the rental industry. They are thieves and DO NOT. One employee will tell you something and the manager does not back them. I manager stated he would never want to be an owner because doesn't like dealing with renters. I will never use this company again and I WILL be letting other companies not to use them also.
