The interaction with the delivery person was unprofessional as she put down another employees work on my garland in front of several people present... it was very awkward and lacked customer service. Also, my balloons were the wrong colors after consulting with Haley twice to confirm the design. No credit has been offered for any inconvenience and I do not recommend.
