He goes above and beyond and has helped in anyway possible, communicating with the insurance company on our behalf trying to help us get our claims covered and gives us updates. He is always there when I need him and answers with an immediate text or a phone call. Even if his company finished reroofing our house today he said he will continue to help us with trying to get our claims settled and to recover the expense. Jeherard also helped us with our solar and that REALLY lessened the stress with the project and everything going on. HHR's crew were prompt, very hard working and left the area around our house cleaner than it was prior to the reroof. We are loving our new roof and they did a REALLY good job. He also took the time to send photos and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. I had reached out to nine different roofers over a few days. Only one other responded by text on Monday, and another didn't call back until four days later. Rocky's responsiveness and professionalism really stood out. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks.
