Teresa was very easy and friendly to deal with in the office. She knows her stuff and has a good sense of humor to boot! Jim came out to do the work and was friendly, very knowable and easy to work with. It was a muddy mess, and there were risers added to the tanks which made the pump swap-out much more difficult. He did everything in stride, never complained, was efficient and did a great job. I work in construction so I can honestly say he did it right. When he was all done, he still had some room on the truck so he pumped out the solids tank at our accessory building as well. Their pricing was very fair and upfront. Not the cheapest quote I got, but they also didn't nickel and dime and showed up when they said so I didn't have to take a full day off work. In addition the pump they supplied is of very high quality, and well respected as a pump with a reputation for long service life. Thanks guys, you are well deserving of receiving this review!

By the end of the first day, we were able to use the system. After the inspection, which went flawlessly, they filled in the tank. Denny came out the next day with a dump truck full of topsoil, He did a final grade on the tank area, then spread the new dirt, and seeded it with a high-quality grass seed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since he finished, and the grass in coming in great. Their price was fair, and we were continually advised of the progress during the install. I give them the highest rating possible. You will not be disappointed.

A year or so ago I ran over one of those green lids on the mound with my mower. I have been reaching out to the owner for a month and a half trying to figure out where to buy one. When the kid was done he mentioned to me "I broke one of the bolts off so you will have to replace it yourself." I said you're supposed to do that and he told me: "Nope. We don't carry any bolts." I ran down stairs to the bathroom to see what kind of mess he left me and there to my amazement is the toilet sitting on the tile, the tank lid on the sink, bathroom rugs piled in a corner and the opening where the toilet sits wide open with the old wax ring still around the opening!! He also washed his filthy hands in our sink and didn't bother to clean it up! I ran upstairs, but he was already gone. Now, I didn't request this service to be done, the buyer of our house did but they expected ME to buy new bolts, wax ring and reseat it myself!!! I WAS LIVID!! This is THE WORST OUTFIT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! They tore apart our bathroom and then left it that way for me to fix and clean up! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY! They expected a 69 year old man to clean up and reseat the damn toilet himself, after THEY took it off!! If I could leave pictures of the freaking mess, I would. I still cannot believe that they did this and then just walked away! Oh and by the way, they wanted me to sign a WAIVER because they re NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY MIGHT INFLICT! I just sit here in amazement that a company like this exists!! UPDATE: I JUST TALKED TO JOE, THE OWNER OF DRAIN BUSTERS AND HE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING!! HE SYMPATHIZED WITH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH AND SAID HE WILL RETRAIN WHOEVER WAS OUT HERE. I WOULD USE DRAIN BUSTERS AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE HE LISTENED TO ME AND DID NOT MAKE ANY EXCUSES.
