We called Norblom Plumbing due to a broken outdoor water pipe. Due to how a previous owner…read moreoriginally ran the pipe it was in a very hard to reach and maintain crawlspace under the house. Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. He was right on time in his time window, was very friendly, took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was in and out in a few hours. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a professional to help with a plumbing issue.

Roto-Rooter has always been available, responsive and able to resolve our issues quickly and…read moreprofessionally. This time, John was at our home within 90 minutes of our call to the company. He cleaned out 30 feet of our kitchen piping that had caused both sinks to back up and stop draining (okay, I put too much of the wrong stuff in the garbage disposal the night before). Problem solved in about an hour. Then I asked him to check the laundry room drain that had been intermittently slightly backing up. Again, problem solved! Reasonable price and half off the second repair. Good value! I learned a few valuable lessons about garbage disposals and pipes from John today. He's very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. Roto-Rooter is definitely our go-to when we have plumbing issues, or just for maintenance. Thanks!

I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick, inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I know who to call when the need arises again.
