Teresa was very easy and friendly to deal with in the office. She knows her stuff and has a good sense of humor to boot! Jim came out to do the work and was friendly, very knowable and easy to work with. It was a muddy mess, and there were risers added to the tanks which made the pump swap-out much more difficult. He did everything in stride, never complained, was efficient and did a great job. I work in construction so I can honestly say he did it right. When he was all done, he still had some room on the truck so he pumped out the solids tank at our accessory building as well. Their pricing was very fair and upfront. Not the cheapest quote I got, but they also didn't nickel and dime and showed up when they said so I didn't have to take a full day off work. In addition the pump they supplied is of very high quality, and well respected as a pump with a reputation for long service life. Thanks guys, you are well deserving of receiving this review!

Needed an inspection and certification for a home sale and called Duane's after using them for…read morepumping before. The person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was friendly and responsive. Jim (the owner) came out and did the pumping and tank inspection. The tanks didn't have an inspection manhole so Jim had to dig and install two. Totally unexpected, Jim had most of what he needed and had the rest delivered immediately to get the job done, all within about 2 hours! Unfortunately I've only used them for this pump and inspection and one previous pump but I highly recommend the new buyer (and anyone else reading this) to trust a very critical piece of you home to them. From start to finish, it was a 100% positive experience!

By the end of the first day, we were able to use the system. After the inspection, which went flawlessly, they filled in the tank. Denny came out the next day with a dump truck full of topsoil, He did a final grade on the tank area, then spread the new dirt, and seeded it with a high-quality grass seed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since he finished, and the grass in coming in great. Their price was fair, and we were continually advised of the progress during the install. Speaking with the very pleasant office manager was enough to seal the deal right there. I was getting frustrated with so many of the other septic companies. For weeks I had been calling and leaving messages with the others. Seeking a return call, a price quote....wise shopper stuff. I finally called the city because i could not get anyone to call me back and they provided me with a list of more companies that provided the septic pumping service. Then I made another dozen call with no prevail? I mean what the heck! Didn't they want my money? Then I talked to a few people....How RUDE, short and generally hard to talk to with interruptions. Is working with waste that bad of a job that some places feel they don't need to return a call...Is their life so toxic that they have to be rude on the phone or even their message on the answering service.
