So we happened to call Ende Septic, llc, out of Rogers Minnesota, because their website indicated that they do 24/7 work. They promptly got in touch with us and troubleshot the problem via text and said they would have someone arrive the next morning between 8:30-9:00am. The next morning the technician arrived promptly at 8:30 and he was professional, knowledgeable, and nice! He found and fixed the problem (float switch) quickly and put things back better than he found them. It is such a breath of fresh air to get service like that. We will DEFINITELY be using them as our septic company next time we need routine service or if an emergency arises again. And this is NOT a paid or promotional review. I want people to know when there is a great company out there and these guys exhibit this!

I had an appointment quickly, and the gentleman came out on Friday morning. I had been given a 9 - 11 window. Since I was working from home, I wasn't too concerned. I showed him the washer in the basement and gave him as much detail as I could on what was happening. Not long after leaving him to his work, he came back up to let me know that a part was needed to repair the machine and that the cost would be $75. I was happy to hear that it wasn't going to cost me a lot to get the machine fixed or learn that I'd have to replace it. He left to get the part and had everything done a short time afterward. The total cost of the visit was $190 (there is a visit fee separate from any parts that might be needed). He ran the machine before leaving to ensure that everything was working as it should. I was quite happy to get caught up on my laundry over the weekend. If/when the dryer starts to fail, Anderson will be my first and only call. They are easy to work with, don't keep you waiting all day for them to arrive, and quickly suss out and fix any problems they find. Everything was explained in understandable terms, as well.

After recently having another HVAC company inspect our system, we discovered significant rust, standing water, and damage inside the furnace. We were also given documented concerns regarding the condensate drainage/setup. We contacted Anderson (being hung up on twice) and provided photos, invoices, and the other HVAC company's findings. Anderson denied responsibility, and we have been extremely disappointed with how our concerns were handled. We are now having to replace our furnace and AC at significant expense. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to do their research before hiring Anderson Mechanical. I personally would not use this company again or recommend them to friends or family.

Jim came out to do the work and was friendly, very knowable and easy to work with. It was a muddy mess, and there were risers added to the tanks which made the pump swap-out much more difficult. He did everything in stride, never complained, was efficient and did a great job. I work in construction so I can honestly say he did it right. When he was all done, he still had some room on the truck so he pumped out the solids tank at our accessory building as well. Their pricing was very fair and upfront. Not the cheapest quote I got, but they also didn't nickel and dime and showed up when they said so I didn't have to take a full day off work. In addition the pump they supplied is of very high quality, and well respected as a pump with a reputation for long service life. Thanks guys, you are well deserving of receiving this review!

Because the pictures were not real clear they asked if they could send someone out today "free of charge " to just double check. The second well was dug back in 1994. Nick was at our house in about 45 minutes. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. Everyone told us it was no problem to check it out for us. We will definitely use them if we have any problems with the well in the future.
