Very informative and helpful. Shout out Johnathon. Gave me great advice and actually cares

Did a great job on cleaning bathroom drain. Definitely recommended. Prompt and on time.

Highly recommend this company over the larger ones. I feel like I either got scammed or the other company had poor equipment to get rid of tree roots growing through the main line. Never will I call Roto rooters. Their hours might not be 24 hours but as the owner said to me it'll be worth the wait. And it was. Thanks for taking care of our root problem and your honest with work. We need more small family owned companies like you that know what you are doing and do a good job at honest fair rate. read more

We had a great experience with American Sewer! We had a backup late afternoon on a Saturday and they came and fixed our issue. It ended up that we needed all the roots cleaned out in our main line to the street and they were detailed and meticulous in making sure it got done correctly. Would recommend them and they will be our first call in the future! read more

I have used American Sewer 3 times now for snaking 3 different drains at my property and I will continue to use them. They are prompt, accurate, friendly, and get the job done the first time. I am very pleased with their services and I highly recommend. read more

Adam from American Sewer came out to my home, he did a great job, hardworking, and the cost to fix my sink drain and floor drain was $300, that is what I expected to pay. Glad it worked out. read more

I was so very impressed by Americans were they came out very quickly and assessed our problem and no upfront fee just for assessing that is a huge deal! They are very friendly prompt courteous professional and they also threw in a replacement P-trap on top of taking out two of our lines and we're fast and efficient I can't speak more highly of them. Their service and fees far outweigh any of the competition in fact, I don't believe the others are competition for these people. Great, small, family run business! I highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!!! read more

Called to have main sewage line rooted out after moving into new house. They came out same day. Very nice, very clean, very informative and thorough. Aaron was great. Explained a lot and showed us the camera view of the entire main sewage line. Recommend for sure! read more

Our aging house had a floor drain backup in the basement, and I ended up calling them on a Friday afternoon. They were one of the few places willing to give an estimate over the phone (common problem, takes an hour, here's what it costs). Other places wanted to send a person out for an estimate, and one was even going to charge me for it. Np thank you. So, we talked through things, and they said they wanted to save me some money and not ping me with the weekend surcharge. Well, we still had one bathroom that wasn't backing up the drain every time we flushed, so we were willing to tough things out until Monday to save a few bucks. Kudos to American Sewer for not rabidly jumping on the chance to gouge us for some weekend work. Monday rolled around and the guy showed up promptly after lunch as promised. He was very courteous and respectful of our home, and he got straight to work. Diagnosis? A clog right at the main cleanout. Easy peasy. And as long as he was there and had the equipment, he asked if I wanted him to put the camera down the sewer line to check for roots or other problems. It may or may not have been entire necessary as we've never had problems, but with an older home it's something a homeowner should know. Every single step of the way, he was very clear about what he was doing, why he was doing it, and he very clearly explained any service that would cost extra. At no point was I ever in the dark as to what the bill would be. Sure enough, that old cast iron pipe had roots growing in. So we went ahead with the rooter to break them up, and in the process the sewer pipe partially collapsed. Like, the roots had broken through, and the only thing still holding the pipe together was the roots that had to be removed because they were obstructing the pipe. It was unfortunate but bound to happen considering the shape that the pipe was in, and I suppose it's better that it collapsed while we had the scope there to see the damage from the inside. In the end, I was satisfied with the service. Had it not been for the pipe collapsing, it would have been a routine in and out job for a fair price. I was given not one but three references from them for replacing that pipe, and they advised that I still check around for a better deal anyway. The owner even gave a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied with the service. American Sewer was the right choice to make. Fair price, clear estimate over the phone, and the job was done in a timely manner. I hope to never need them again (don't ask me about cleaning up my basement floor), but I won't hesitate to calm if I need their services. read more

I have used their service 3 times. They are prompt, have reasonable pricing, and offer clear explanations/description of work. Once I had another company give me quote. They gave me a big project description that included breaking up the floor and costing over 2k. I paid their trip charge and have these guys come the next day. They fixed the problem for under 200. read more

Great job Called ahead Came on time Got it cleared Cleaned up Good price read more

American Sewer are the only guys we use!! We have old pipes, they get slow and they clog; when that happens American Sewer to the rescue. We have had the owner Jonathon out a couple times and this time Rob was our guy. He was fantastic, was on time (actually early) and was quick and professional. Rob also gave me some good advice on how to avoid having to call them back out the next time. If your pipes are backing up these are the guys to call. read more

My experience with American Sewer was nothing short of amazing. In fixing a drain issue, our tech ran into some complications which resulted in what could have been potential water damage to my basement. American Sewer wasted no time in getting everything cleaned up and making everything right, and then set about finishing the original proposed repairs. After my experience, I could not be happier with this company's performance and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done right and make the customer happy. Thanks Jonathan and team. You will always get my recommendation if ever i know of anyone in need of your services. If anyone is considering who to call for this type of service, you have your answer in American Sewer. read more

These guys are amazing! We had a clog in our basement drain on a Saturday. and Donald came out at 11:00 am to unclog it. Unfortunately we couldn't find the drain clean out. Jonathan came out to help. Our drain was not cooperating and by 7:00 pm it looked like all was lost, but we found the drain. These two men refused to give up and came back Monday to finish the job. A total of 10 hours and they were done. Their prices are great and they were dedicated to our family. I highly recommend this company! read more

Our main sewer line was backed up on a weekend and they were still able to come out ($100 charge for weekends ). Even though the plumber was late, he did call to let us know which meant alot. They upheld their quote & the total came out to what they said it would be. They did a great job & would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional. read more

We called American Sewer after another company botched our clogged drain in the basement. American Sewer was very knowledgeable, courteous, and quoted us a great price (no hidden fees). They even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend. Hopefully, we wont need a plumber anytime soon, but if we do, these are the guys we'll call! read more

These guys were great. My wife found them on Angie's List. John was friendly, and did a really great job clearing our blocked sewer main. They were also very affordable. I would definitely call them again. read more

Excellent !! I called several places late afternoon and these guys were still able to come out that day. Rob came and did an excellent job. Courteous, professional and efficient, what more can you ask for. They were also cheaper by far from the four other places I called. Rob went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier, I will definitely be using American Sewer again, and would say to you don't waste your time, just call these guys. read more

Dave was fantastic. Very nice, on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend American Sewer, great service!

We called for blockage in my parents garbage disposal. (I didn't know that you should NEVER put uncooked carrots in the garbage disposal.) We tried to take care of this ourselves without success. We found American Sewer by their 5-Star rating on Yelp. We called late afternoon and Dave came out to my parents house the next morning on November 23rd. He snaked the kitchen drain. He also sealed a small leak we didn't even know we had. The job was done in less than an hour for $100.00. Dave was very professional and polite. My parents will definitely contact American Sewer again if needed. We highly recommend this company! read more

I called American Sewer to set up an appointment for an emergency basement drain backup. They immediately scheduled an appointment and were at my home within 3 hours (called on the way as well). Fixing the clog, scoping the line and getting some additional (free) helpful tips and hints all took only about 30 minutes. It was $200-$100 to remove the clog and $100 to scope (well worth the piece of mind). They were very prompt, courteous and I will definitely use them again. read more
