I contacted the owner, Tariq, through craigslist to set up a test drive and he was able meet at a time that fit with my busy schedule. By the time I arrived, he had the truck detailed inside and out with a full tank of gas and ready for a test drive. He had no problem with me driving it for a LONG time. I even got lost while joy riding and needed to call him for directions back. Before purchasing the vehicle I wanted to take the truck for a pre-purchase inspection at Lambs Tire and Automotive and he told me that he would wait for me and provided directions there even though it was already past their closing time. He even said "I would rather you take it to get inspected so you are satisfied with the vehicle you're buying." The inspection revealed some issues that are normal for the trucks age such as worn ball joints and bad alignment. Tariq had no issues adjusting the price and meeting all of my demands, including buying new headrests that weren't on the vehicle. After filling out the paperwork, which only took about 30 minutes, I was on the road and driving an awesome F250. If you are reading this and are in the market for a great used vehicle at a reasonable price at a dealership with people who put honesty and service first, Texas Sport Cars is the place to go!!

After we paid CASH for it, Mark, waived a "month to month"…read morewarranty in front of us, with our crying baby in our arms, late in the evening... and assured us that the warranty was basically "if you pay it this month, you have a warranty, if you decide not to pay it, you no longer have warranty, that simple..." I have always been slightly leary of these guys, but he seemed so very honest. Sadly, not the case. Shortly afterward, we determined that there wasn't a need for this extended warranty and called to speak to a woman named HILDA. I believe her to be the "bookkeeper" or something. I told her then that the warranty was not something we were interested in any longer and asked if we needed to do anything... nope, she was going to make a note on our file and all was good. About a month later, I get a phone call from Ms. Hilda and guess what, she's curious about where the money for the warranty is this month. So I, ever so politely, reminded her that we'd spoken only the month before about this. She claimed to not remember the conversation, but said again she would make this note and even apologized. I thought we were good. Then again, about a month later, a man, not sure of his name, called and was EXTREMELY rude, at least, until I explained, FOR A THIRD TIME, what had occurred previously. He assured me HE would take care of the situation right there and then, and I never heard from them again. My phone numbers had not changed - my address had not changed. Not a single call or mailing was received. That was 2 years ago now. Last month, we decided that it was time to see if we could sell the car and get something else. At that point and time, sad as it is, we were actually considering getting another one from these people. But, upon reviewing our title, we noticed FALCON MOTORS was listed as a lein holder on a vehicle we PAID CASH FOR! This part was, of course, our error, as we'd never thought we needed to review a title when we'd purchsed it OUTRIGHT. So, figuring this to be a simple mistake, I call them. This woman, apparently the wife of the owner, Mark, she says her name is Janie, answers and tells me all she'd need to do is sign the back of the title and we'd be good to go... We come into the dealership office, title in hand and SURPRISE. She pulls out this file and claims we owe her $1200!! AMAZING, right? We are completely taken aback at this point, call Mark, the owner, over and remind him of our conversation to which he says, "Yep, that's what I said, but she's the one you need to talk to!" She then proceeds to tell us that because SHE paid our MONTH TO MONTH warranty IN FULL when we purchased our car - we OWED HER THAT MONEY! Are you kidding? When her husband looks at her like she's lost her mind, she then says she'll contact the warranty company for a refund and upon getting her refund, she'll sign our title and our names are cleared in their accounts. She even calls me 10-15 minutes after we leave to tell me how she's taking care of it and has just faxed the written request for a refund to them, etc. and as soon as she heard back from them, she'd let me know. 2 weeks have gone by and today I get a phone call from Ms. Janie. She says the warranty company has refunded SOME of the money, but not all, so I need to go ahead and come in to clear up the remaining $700 we owe! I tell her that's not how this is going to work, that we didn't sign any paperwork to this matter and so, she HANGS UP ON ME! I call back and, attempting to be as calm as one can be, considering, and again try to explain that 1, we didn't sign anything stating that we were bound to a contract with the warranty, 2, that her communication skills with me were not acceptable - and so, she HANGS UP AGAIN! I call back and she tells me that I am a child and need to understand that when I have bills they need to be paid and that I needed to have my lawyer contact her or not call her back - this from someone who wants money from me? Really? Seriously? And who is the child here? Okay, so I ignore that and asked her to provide me with a fax copy of the documents she claims I signed, as well as the Dealer License Number and name of the person on the license. She tells me she's not telling me or providing me with anything and THEN tells me if I call again she will call the cops on me. Now, let me be clear - we all have EVERY RIGHT to request this information - in fact, we SHOULD, what is her reasoning for threatening me with the cops? I informed this crude woman that I was going to post on Yelp and Google, file a complaint with the BBB and would be in contact with the Motor Vehicles Enforcement Branch in regards to their business practices and her only response is, "I'm sure you are that KIND OF person!" Nice, huh? Warning, warning, warning! DO NOT BUY FROM FALCON MOTORS! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

When someone maliciously drained the oil from my car one night as it sat on my driveway causing the engine to freeze up just a mile from my home, these caring and concerned people suspended our payments for THREE MONTHS so we could spend that money putting a new engine in the car. They even recently wrote a letter for us to a mortgage company stating that we make all of our payments on time just to help us buy a home. They are the most honest and just people I've ever done business with. If you want integrity, Falcon Motors is your car dealer.

Red Lion Motors is down a dirt rd on the owners property in Leander off RM 1431. Greg Potts is a master mechanic and taught Auto repair at ACC for twenty years. He is thoughtful and deliberate , uses the net for complete updates on every aspect of repair. My first visit was simply for an oil change. Greg sold me on the benefits of synthetic motor oil and I am glad that he did. My Silverado had one valve that would be noisy for the first few minutes of start up but that noise has gone away. The motor also runs a few degrees cooler since the change. There is no fancy waiting room here but you will feel confident that you and your vehicle are being well cared for.

Had some windows made by this company, had a man come out who's name started with a K cussing and…read morethrowing stuff cause he was struggling with some specialty shaped window measurements and things falling. That should of been my first sign to maybe look else where, second was told windows would be made in 10-14 days took an extra week ok a little more understandable, then when dropped off was asked for payment while my partner was taking care of this issue. Third issue is they were rude when dropping off windows saying they knew how to do their job, when we never questioned that just wanted answers so if our customer had questions we could answer them. Well turns out one window wasn't made while we had two windows extra that didn't march any size of window that was ordered. Called they looked for it and then called to have it remade best thing they did it was rushed but since it was rushed the glass was scratched, so the replacement window wasn't trying to be rushed again to possibly show up at the end of the week great but for sure Monday ok. Well it is Tuesday still no window and they haven't gotten it either and now I won't get it until Wednesday when the weather will be starting at 35 degrees. At this point I'm asking about some kind of reimbursement cause this has already delayed the project I have going on for days let alone the week extra to get started. Go in circles with the owner who makes these decisions is out of the office, the women who makes these calls isn't in, I have to take this up with the manufacturer, the owner of the company will have to get back to you on that. Yet no one has gotten back to me about it. I've dealt with a warehouse person possible the manager who doesn't like when you have. Questions about their answer or more the one question because it's nothing they can do, or it's not their fault. Told me the people who talk to about getting a reimbursement would have to be the manufacturer but then changed it to the owner of the company. Told me to call and hung up, did t give a number didn't ask if I needed or had any other questions very poor customer service. I call the office to speak to Terry I'm on hold for 5-10 mins the. Jim gets on the phone says Terry is in meeting he can call me when he gets out that was around 11:30 I had to call back around 2:40 to follow up and they said he left out of the office for personal reasons. So again I'm not having my issues resolved. I haven't gotten questions answered in the best of light and seems when you have more then one question more then just one staff member doesn't like it. I will not be working with them again and hope others will chose a company that values everyone's times. After popping the hood me & my fiancé find its nothing but ELECTRICAL TAPE everywhere. The engine isn't even properly placed in & my v6 engine is running off of 3 intakes connected instead of 6!!!! They tell me they are backed up all week with cars and will try to fit me in & I'm supposed to be without a car for who knows how long!!!!! Again, NOT EVEN A FULL MONTH of having this car. Seems they sell you junk & then it's your problem to deal with. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Yuck.
