Not helpful at all. They wouldn't even come out to look. I ended up buying the part and fixing it myself. But I wanted them to come out and inspect the whole window. read more

Trinity Window Services has replaced two large wood sliding door panels for us. Each time, they called to confirm in advance, arrived on time, communicated well, and did a beautiful job with the installation. They also checked on our other doors and adjusted a few things so they would open more smoothly for no charge. Brad and his team are kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough about these guys! My windows work perfectly now and I am so impressed with the way they work and walk the talk. The company is responsive and offers wonderful service. Not many people have the knowledge they have. They go above and beyond. Excellent +++ read more

Chris did a beautiful job on fixing my Andersen door and lock without being overcharged or scammed. Trinity window services is a legitimate company. Please make sure you are careful when selecting a company because there are many door lock repair fakes out there that will take your money and not complete the repairs needed. read more

Non response. Don't communicate internally so problem doesn't get solved. Rude telephone staff setting up the appointments. read more

These folks were such a pleasure to work with on a Marvin screen door installation. They were flexible and responsive, adapting to and communicating supply chain issues and working with my schedule. They offered to take the existing doors off their frames so I could paint the interior doorframe, which had gone unpainted, which I really appreciated. After installing the screen door, Brad and Colin went the extra mile and fixed some folding window handles as well as our misaligned back door! Truly phenomenal service. While I hope I don't need help with my windows in the future, if I do, I know who to call! read more

Trinity repaired two old windows in my home. When they realized that I had been sent the incorrect parts for my window, they didn't charge me for the home visit. They returned for the repair with the correct part, which inspired me to hire them to repair another problem window. All the work was done well, they cleaned up afterwards, and they always arrived on time. Their prices were very reasonable. I give them my highest recommendation. read more

After another company did not show up, I called Trinity and made a new appointment. Chris showed up over half an hour early. He readjusted our patio door (it wasn't locking), talking me through what he was doing and showing me the best way to lock it. Now it works great! read more

I often read Yelp reviews when I need help, but I rarely write one, kinda selfish on my part. I'm so happy about the way I was treated at Trinity that I'm grabbing this opportunity to my recent experience to fellow Yelp readers. Unlike many companies that talk about their customer service, Trinity simply took my inquiry call, listened to my description of my window problem, scheduled a future visit to my house, arrived as scheduled, analyzed the problem, told me the solution and a cost estimate. After the visit I received a detailed quote, a time est for parts acquisition, and after acceptance, a choice of installation dates. They were so knowledgeable while at my house that they were happy to answer my questions about what had caused the problems with ours, and the fixes. Our windows happened to be Marvin, and because they seemed to know every detail about each window, I asked if that was the only brand they service. Their reply was that they handle all major brands. This is the kind of company I want to deal with--one that provides extraordinary customer service and apparently just thinks that is normal. Thank you Trinity! read more

Brad and Mike did an outstanding job installing 7 wood clad Marvin Windows in our home. They are very pleasant and professional. With years of experience they knew exactly how to complete the job. They offered us a number of hints on how to maintain our windows. We were particularly pleased that they scheduled our project only a week after we first contacted them. We highly recommend Brad and Mike. We also recommend Golden State Lumber in San Francisco. Tim, Jesse and Elizabeth helped us tremendously. read more

Trinity has been out to my home twice for door repairs (they didn't install them.) Every time they are on time and very efficient. What looks like a big job to me with several parts are installed in minutes. Wonderful service and very qualified installer and assistant! read more

I had an excellent experience with Trinity Window Services. I highly recommend them to anyone for window repair. I had two french casement windows that would not close properly and a french door with a broken spindle (All Marvin products). I called around to get help and very few window companies do repair. Trinity might be one of just a few. They were able diagnose my issues using just photos and were able to get me an estimate. Their estimate as a result came back to me the fastest and they were also able to fit me into their schedule the soonest. The estimate was very reasonable. Others tried to charge me 5x as much. When Brad came, he was courteous, respectful, and super nice. He wore shoe covers and a mask at our request. After a brief look, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done very quickly. I was impressed. Trinity is my go to for window repair. read more

We needed to fix a couple of Andersen windows that were old and had broken fixtures/locks. After some self effort to resolve, I realized I needed to call a professional. Team Trinity was extremely responsive, and they were on site within a day to do the estimate. We got the windows fixed shortly thereafter, even though we had to change the schedule couple of times due to our work conflicts. They even adjusted some of our French doors as well. There was one piece missing, and instead of any delay, they came back at 9am the next day to finish the job. I couldn't be happier with their work! (This was a home project we should have done a long time ago...) Highly recommended!!!! read more

Great work done quickly at a very fair price

I would not recommend Trinity window service. The other reviews here about poor customer service are spot-on. They were happy to evaluate my windows for repair or replacement (for a fee, which I promptly paid) and even provided a quote. However since then I've called or emailed them 8-10 times over 2 months to engage them for work, and they haven't responded. Trinity window service are unreliable. read more

Trinity window services has been servicing our Andersen sliding doors for almost 4 years. We had Brad here today for the replacement of one of the door panels . Andersen sent us the panel, and we wanted Trinity to make the installation. Brad did a remarkable job of replacing the panel, and as usual we couldn't be more satisfied! I would not want anyone else but Trinity working on our doors! They are professional, always on time, and never have a problem! They know the products inside and out, and make the job look easy, which it is not. It is a pleasure to work with Trinity! read more

This is Mike T (from SJ, NOT Daly City -- there are a lot of 'Mikes' of a Certain Age :-D). I called Trinity & Desiree to help me address some issues we were having with our 10YO Andersen Windows which were no longer working as smoothly as when originally installed, specifically the 'crank out' ones. I explained the situation, my timing needs, what I thought may be the issue... Sent them pictures. They were AMZAINGLY responsive. Used the pics, got the parts, came out a day earlier than originally committed (they understood I was going to be out of town & and a service visit the following week would be difficult for us to somehow accommodate.). Addressed every single aspect of concern, fixed the primary issue for my call (and refunded a material cost that was found to be unneeded), and then proceeded to give me a brief tutorial as to how I could better maintain them to work more smoothly (I'm an engineer, but at the time of installation wasn't told Jack-S about any of it). Brad was VERY helpful, professional, and just a nice guy to chat with. Trinity is the BEST in my book :-) read more

My kitchen bay window started leaking during the big storms. They had a busy schedule and I was able to get an appointment in two weeks which was worth the wait. They were able to fix the leak without pulling out the whole window which would of been a lot of labor with the hassle of removing my window shutter frame to access the window for removal. read more

Our kitchen window fell out and was hanging by 1 hinge! Desiree in the office took painstaking care to get the appointment scheduled as soon as possible given how insanely busy these guys are (only 4 in cali that do what they do and they do it best). Trinity's Brad and Chris stopped in and fixed the issue within an hour. Parts in truck window secure. They also inspected several other windows in our home and made some recommendations for fixes. Pleasant, reliable, affordable, amazingly talented at what they do. WOW. I am so grateful for their help. Thank you to Trinity Windows and Brad and Chris for making our kitchen window secure again. God Bless America and capitalism. For it took over two years to find an honest old fashion wooden window repair business like Trinity from Moss Beach, Ca to repair four large windows. After contacting every major window company in San Mateo county to come out for an estimate we were dismissed the windows were to old, unrepairable and quoted an estimate for new replacement at a exorbitant price of $1800.00 per unit! Until one honest estimator refered us to Trinity Window Service. He confirmed our windows were repairable and at a fair price..... and all major window companies want to sell you new windows not repair them. To our rescue came Brad and Desarae of Trinity Window Service. The quality of service was beyond 5-Stars. Honestly is their first priority as to the exact time of the appointments in wait time for ordered custom parts to the precise repair installation by a professional team. They are one of the last of old world craftsman and will go beyond today's standards to make sure you are a satisfied customer. read more

Our preschooler broke a double-paned window the day before a scheduled move. Another shop quoted us $1800 and three weeks to either repair or completely replace the entire window. Trinity was able to order a replacement and install within about ten days, and for about $450. Brad was great--friendly, professional, and even took time to fix another broken window mechanism for us at no extra cost during his visit. Highly recommended! read more

Been having a problem, with my Andersen sliding patio door. The track is falling apart on the left side. I contacted Trinity Window Services for help, sent pictures to show them my problem. The track that it slides on is just falling apart, making my door difficult to close. They told me it was the frame of the door, something they cannot work on. Desiree said, it must be removed, and then the Sill can be replaced. Sorry, they couldn't help, I have been pushed away, and swept away, instead of helping me. I then asked her for the name of a contractor to do this for me. Desiree said she would talk to a few people and she will let me know. Well, this didn't happen. I contacted two licensed contractors to help me. They both told me it was an Anderson Window problem. Both of the contractors I contacted did not know each other. I am so not happy about the way I was treated by Trinity Windows, I wanted to share with others. My contractor is contacting them and I hope this issue will be fixed, and they might help me. Meantime, all I can do is pray for a positive result, and a nice sliding patio door. My door is only 8 years old, and I do have an ocean front. Anderson is top rated window, and I had put my trust in them. Now??? Not so sure. Have to see... read more

Sometimes I'm slow to get the hint, like with this outfit. What a waste of time and effort. Thankfully they've never set foot in my house. Just dealing with them over a six week period, always by telephone messages, never live, has convinced me that they use this method to scope the job one has and then they cherry pick the ones they deign to accept. It was after Desiree told me to take photos of my problem door and then never returned any of my calls that I got it. My jobs too small and they could give a fig about it. So, wanna get fleeced? This is the place for you. Otherwise avoid like the plague. read more

Trinity Windows / Brad Turner in Moss Beach are the best I can speak to locally. We had issues with our Andersen Slider, Brad assisted us in getting a warranty replacements and delivery was to his shop. Brad and team recently installed siding doors for us and did a great job. read more

I've read some of the reviews about the slow turnaround times via communication but I think most reviewers are missing the point that they need to provide this company the data on the window (Model and manufacture dates) so they can bring the proper parts to the job site. Some are forgetting that some windows like my Anderson Windows have a 10 year warranty so sometimes, the service calls are covered. I had one window that has off it's latch system and they fixed it quickly within two weeks of communication being initiated. The second window had a bad crank to open it and it was replaced right away. They showed up on time, Brad was very nice. He gave me a call ahead of time to confirm he was on his way and was at my home prior to my appointment time which is appreciated. read more

Trinity windows has given us many years of wonderful service. We had some issues with several Anderson doors and windows that were installed by an previous contractor. They have been able to resolve problems quickly and reasonably. Brad, his son, and all of their employees have been very helpful and concerned that the job be done to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to others and certainly use them again for any projects in the future. These guys really do go above and beyond. - Cristine Mckeon and The Whittlesey Family read more

I've known Brad for 12+ years after meeting when he was with a Redwood City window company. Glad to reconnect with him several years later when our Anderson door latch needed to be replaced. We had a problem with the handles on our Marvin French doors but since they were long out of warranty, Marvin sent us the new spindles and three recommendations for local service. Trinity Windows not only replied quickly to what is really a very small job, but put us on their list to do the repair the next time they were near Oakland. They narrowed the arrival time window down to an hour, then checked that morning to see if they could arrive a little earlier. The team of two were able to fix the door handles quickly, tell us what went wrong and how to avoid the problem again, and checked all of our other Marvin windows to make sure they were operating and locking properly. They were a pleasure to work with. read more

Brad has been servicing our Marvin windows for over ten years now. He has installed and replaced screens (after our dog knocked a couple out). He has also fixed our Marvin doors. One of our windows would not open. Brad was scheduled to come over today at 3:30 but he called this morning at 9:00am and said he was in the neighborhood and could he come over now. When was the last time a contractor arrived early for you? Through the years Brad has warned me about possible repair needs and advised me when a repair would suffice. And I have not experienced any of the communication issues other reviewers have. I highly recommend Trinity. read more

Trinity eventually came out to do the job. The gentleman who did the job was nice, professional, and did great quality work. It feels difficult to fully endorse a business that gave so little effort in communicating and/or following up, but all is well that ends well and hopefully the unanswered calls and e-mails were a one-off experience and they have improved their business practices. read more

Trinity windows is a miracle. We've had problems with our bay windows ever since they were put in. We put a new Andersen bay window during our remodeling project in 2003. Ever since then, the right bay window was always sticking to where we could not crank the casement window open. In 2011, we replaced the bay window with a new set of Andersen bay windows and still had the same sticking problem. The window installer called the experts at Trinity Windows for their expertise with Andersen windows. Brad came out looked at the windows and how they were sticking, made the smallest adjustment and ever since then, I love opening my windows with such ease.....no sticking, just an easy glide to open up. Thank you Brad for your expertise in fixing the sticking Andersen windows. We've had to deal with this problem for years, not knowing that it was such an easy fix! Thanks again! read more

Brad was terrific and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his company for replacement of Marvin windows.

When you need windows replaced or serviced, this is THE company to call. They recently replaced more than 30 Marvin windows and French doors in our SF home that had rotted out due to manufacturing defects. The project was multi-months in preparation, and several days in execution. Brad is "the man" - he leads a very courteous, careful, skilled, hard-working and ethical team. Trinity coordinated and communicated well with our painter and with Marvin Company - and with us. Recommended without reservation. read more

I wrote my first review of Trinity Windows in 2017. I had occasion to request their services once again when another of my windows lost its seal. This was a bigger project, and initially the glass ordered was too thick and needed to be reordered. Throughout all of that, Brad was most pleasant to work with and apologetic for causing delays. There was no need for that because it was an honest mistake. I really appreciate their responsible work ethic and follow through on appointments and showing up when they said they would. Great company, very nice people. read more

I had several Anderson doors on my house that required replacement due to a known issue with them. Anderson said the would with me on the price and the install was assigned to Trinity Window Services. Brad Turner, the owner, first came out for the inspection of all the issues and worked with Anderson to get everything ordered in the correct configurations (and at the pricing which was about as good as could be). He is extremely knowledgable of Anderson and all their previous and current products. And, he is a really good guy, on top of that. After a few weeks, the doors were delivered to Trinity, and they came out to install them today. Brad and his son John (another really good guy) did a superb job installing the doors, as it was complicated process (I watched a good portion of it). In a nutshell, Trinity has really good people and it seems like they know just about everything Anderson. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of window service. read more

We needed help with our Jeld-Wen french doors that wouldn't close. They are out of warranty for labor, so I checked out Yelp and called Trinity.
