I asked for a soft, faded balayage and instead got the most blotchy, choppy, uneven mess you can imagine. It was nothing like what I asked for--TEASY balayage, not zebra stripes! Now, the examination itself was great, too. I had Amy Irwin and she was just great. Very thorough, polite and professional, patient, tells you what she's about to do, looking at and evaluating things and answering your questions on the fly, absolutely excellent bedside manner. Honestly, just the ideal examination experience. But then you add how great the staff is, and I love the location in my case, it's close to my house, easy parking in the lot, the office environment is great.
