This is a place that I frequent often. But yesterday the massage I received just..wasn't good. There was zero pressure throughout. And for it being a full body massage, she never did my neck, shoulders, or arms. I left still in the same pain I came in with. I should have spoken up, but didn't. This was the worst foot massage EVER! I had called for an appointment and asked for an hour but when I showed up, the woman who was amazing before was busy, so I had the gentleman. He was so horrible! I had to ask him to use more pressure several times, but never did. I can get a better foot massage by rubbing my feet on my carpet. I absolutely love this place! I have been to many foot reflexology places and this is my go to. I usually call since setting an appointment makes the experience much smoother. Also, they have busy spurts that makes the appointment a good idea. I have done walk in too and not had any problems. The foot reflexology part involves lounging in these super comfortable chairs with a foot soak. Then there is the massage at the end. I usually do the 90 minutes and it's so relaxing. The space is open and relaxing with many rows of chairs and a massage area. It's just a small town business that is comfortable and welcoming. I will say that Chinese foot reflexology and massage is a lot different than traditional massage. It's more like a deep massage. read more

Good massage. Very relaxing. Jacky was my therapist and he was kind and good at a relaxing massage. I chose the 90 minute of back for 60 minutes and 30 reflexology. I went to cubicle area. It open with windows which was a bit weird since I was nude on the table. I really didn't care but others walk by and look in. That's weird. Then I was told to get dressed and come out to front room for foot work. Why not just roll over and do it there? So.... here's the bad part. I was showed a brochure that said $60. When all was done I gave $60 cash and a $10 tip. Jacky told me massage was $70. I showed him the brochure , "oh they raise price" he said. What? During my massage? He showed me the brochure first, and I pointed to what I wanted and the price. It was clear. I guess not!! I'm mixed about returning. It was a good massage. But i did not like the open cubicle. My friend and I decided to go here to get our feet pampered, though mostly because my friend found out I had never gone to a feet reflexology place before. When we opened the door, the employees were already with other customers. One of them asked if we had an appointment, we didn't, but told us to wait on the couch. We sat down and waited for someone who was available to take us. The place feels more empty than not as it had rows of chairs and two walls making two rooms in the back. The lights were off and there was music playing to create a soothing environment. At the front counter, there was a sign asking people to not talk, so I busied myself on my phone instead of talking with my friend. It did not take long for two employees to walk up to us, ready to go. We walked over to the front counter to discuss what exactly we wanted and we decided to try out the 60 minute service that did reflexology on our feet for 40 minutes and 20 minutes for head/shoulder. We sat in the reclining chairs and maybe I'm just not the right height, but it was uncomfortable for me, so I had to keep shifting to try and angle my feet and back to fit. The lady began working on me while the guy working on my friend. The reflexology was not too bad. There were moments when it felt weird, like when the lady kept jerking my feet to one side over and over again and I was not sure why, but overall, it was not too bad. Then we got up and walked over to the walled room to have our head/shoulder massages. That was where I just did not like it at all. The lady kept going over parts of my shoulders that just hurt instead of felt good, like she was trying to move my shoulderblades around instead of working on the muscles there. I did not even get the after feel-good ache either. My friend really enjoyed it and wants to go back to the same guy he had, so maybe it was just the lady that I had, but I do not think I would go back here. This place is AMAZING!!! Definitely the best $35 I have spent in a long time. I had passed by this storefront several times over the past year, and felt intrigued by the reflexology sign. I finally had time to stop in this past Saturday. Heavenly Feet is spacious, the lighting is kept low, and relaxing instrumental music is played over their sound system. There are several small rows of luxurious recliners, and some partially enclosed rooms towards the back. The store is immaculate. I looked at the brochure, and the woman who greeted me pointed to a 60 minute reflexology treatment listed for $35. I said ok, and followed her to a recliner (there is a bit of a language barrier). She set my belongings next to me, fully reclined my chair, and placed an herbal eye mask over my eyes. A gentleman had brought over a plastic lined basin filled with a perfectly hot herbal solution and put my feet in it. First, my face and head were massaged for a few minutes, and then the man started the reflexology. I was worried that I would have problems with my feet being so ticklish, but no. Just wonderful sensations from the reflexology, the kind of massage you never want to end. He worked from my feet up to my calves, using techniques I haven't experienced in other massages I've had, and I've had a lot! After what felt like maybe 45 minutes, they gently removed my mask, and I was sad it was over... but no! They led me to a partitioned room with two massage tables! I lied face down, and proceeded to have the best massage I've probably had in my life. They work around your clothing and still use some sort of a massage oil, but they somehow keep it from getting on your clothes. The whole experience was dream-like. At one point there were two pairs of hands on me! My head was massaged more, and my back was rubbed and massaged to complete happiness. I could even feel my spine realigning! I usually pay extra for deep pressure, but this topped almost every deep pressure massage I've ever had. The reflexology/massage seemed to go on forever, every time I thought they were finished they started something new. It was magical. They brought me water at the end, and led me back to the front. They do accept credit cards. If I could afford to go every day, I would. Truly a wonderful place to have in Tucson. My body still feels amazing two days later! Ps. A small slice of Chinatown has arrived in Tucson. This is the type of business where it is best to just walk in. Some of the staff speak very little English, so you might have to just point out what service you desire on the menu. Wendy happens to be my favorite therapist. What I am rating is the one hour foot reflexology service. You sit in a recliner and they start with about a 10 minute herbal foot soak. The water is hot so it takes me a minute to fully submerge. They do line the basin with a plastic bag that is changed with each person. While your feet soak, the masseur will work on your neck, shoulders and face. When it comes time to have the foot massage, a small pillow is placed over your eyes and you are reclined. I have a job where I am on my feet for very long periods of time. They find all sorts of deep tender spots and they will work along those little fibers and tendons. Towards the end they do some percussion and range of motion movements. My feet feel great after and I'm set for a week of work. An hour is $35 and it is well worth it. I'm not sure if they take credit cards. read more

This is typically my go to place for massages. They accept walk ins and MOST of the staff do a great job. I've been to this location over 15 times in the past two years, and will be back. I do want to caution you however, that there is one particular staff member who is rude, and does a terrible job. I've stopped a massage 10 minutes in and had to change staff. For $35 you get 60 minutes of heaven! Have seen this place on many occasions when in this shopping plaza but never stopped in. After an extremely stressful week it was the perfect way to end a long week and start relaxing for the weekend. I tried the 60 minute foot reflexology treatment. In this treatment they start by massaging your scalp and face while your feet soak in warm/hot water. Then they do the reflexology portion of the treatment. Lastly you get to experience a massage where they move you to the massage table. Drew was my therapist and he was able to loosen my back up! He was stretching and moving my arms in different positions while targeting muscles. It was fantastic!! My back had not felt that loose in a long time. Also remember the more knots you have and the more pain you have before you go in there, you need to drink triple the amount of water you would on a regular day, if they relieve 90 percent of your knots and pain. If you don't get that water down you, you're going to regret it. Knots in your muscles, are buildups of toxins, and when those knots are released so are the toxins.... if you don't drink enough water, right after a deep deep tissue massage, you're going to feel it the next day and the day after, possibly 3 days. The foot massage was great and they were very friendly. I was skeptical about going just because I have never gotten a foot massage before. Now that I have gone, I do not regret it at all. It was very relaxing and the music they played was so soothing, I almost fell asleep. I paid the $35 for a 60 minute foot massage and that is what I got and more. While I was seated in the chair I was given a foot, head, neck, and back massage. At the end of my session I was taken to the massage table for a full back massage. We've gone to this location several times, yet each and every time it just keeps getting worse. We called ahead for an appointment and when we arrived, it was clear that the 3 other customers had at least another 20 to 30 mins left. Which would have made out 4pm closer to 4:30/4:45pm. I came here on vacation and my friend treated me to a 60 min head and shoulder massage. We were prepared for a relaxing experience, but we had NO idea that the name really is true- you leave feeling like a cloud in Heaven. We had a late appointment; the two gentlemen were waiting, had everything ready and even greeted us at the door. It started on time and a towel was draped over our laps during the entire massage (which was good because they lift your legs during certain points, and it was very professional). The reflexology aspect was my favorite- I could feel him working out spots on my feet I didn't even know existed. The music was so relaxing. OH and it starts with a quick scalp and jaw massage which literally made me feel like butter about 2 seconds into it. So good. I would actually love to just get an hour long scalp massage if they offered it. The shoulder massage is more of a chiropractic adjustment mixed with massage, and if you are sore or sensitive to touch, ask for lighter pressure. It hurt at the time, but walking out it left me completely worked out and not sore at all. DEFINITELY come here, even if just for the foot massage. I showed him on my phone that I did call a day in advance. He asked me to come back another time. I told him NO I made an appointment and traveled from far to get there. Then someone told him to let us stay and to call for help from the Swan store. The man was rude and had no obvious customer skills. But we waited anyways for the workers from Swan store to arrive. I was very happy with Jason who did my massage he is from Swan location and did a great job. I always go to the Swan location and never had this kind of trouble. I have been to many massage parlors throughout Tucson, including those at local resorts and this by far is the best. For $35 you get an hour of deep tissue foot, leg. neck, arm and thigh massage than they have you get on the massage bed while the little Asian lady gets on top of you and rubs every possible knot out of you. I love this place. I've been here 5 or 6 times and every time I get a really great, deep therapeutic massage (I request the same therapist always). I usually make an appointment in advance, although I know they do take walk-ins. I always receive kind and courteous service. I have been here before and it was wonderful. In fact, I have sent numerous friends and family. However, it has been about a year since I was last there. Today, I took another friend because we have both been going through some serious rough patches and needed the de-stressing and relaxation this business promises. From the get-go, my person had a bad attitude, shoving my feet into the water bucket that was placed too close to the chair and too far to the left, so that I was quite twisted. Then the phone began to ring and he would stop working on me to answer the phone. Massage is a cumulative experience and this, plus his carrying on whispered conversations with his co-workers while working on me was extremely distracting and rude. Also, I have very sensitive legs which he completely disregarded despite my pulling away. He was like a truck driver when he worked on my back (in between phone calls) and that, too, was extremely painful. I finally got up and called it quits. Despite all this, he insisted on getting paid, telling me that, if I wanted a real massage experience, I should go to a spa and spend $100 or more. And I was not to expect that here. If that is the case, then why would one go for massage? To feel worse, as I do? Instead of feeling relaxed and better, my body feels like it's been in a war zone. read more

We have been to this place twice now. The first time was Ok, I liked it however, my wife did not. The service provider that took care of her obviously did not want to be there working (she felt she interrupted his reading that he was doing when we arrived). The second time, we were in the area and stopped by 20 minutes before closing. We were told to call tomorrow. I called at about 12 PM (noon) and had difficulty conveying to the service provider on the other end that there was two of us looking to get massages. Finally, after a lot of moments of dead air in the phone call, I was told 3 PM to which I said I will be there around 3 PM then. We arrived at 2:40PM. A service provider (he was wearing glasses, no one else was) told us 4 PM. I said I called and was told 3 PM. He retorted you didn't say you come 3 but after. I did not. Then 3 other women walked in saying they had a 3 PM appointments. I again stated that I was told to come at 3 PM. He again told me 4. I was not going to wait another hour as we hired a babysitter for this time (we have a 8 month old). The customers who were just finishing told me as they left, they did the same thing to them. The fellow in the glasses was rude and does not know how to treat customers. I liked the way they preformed the first time but I could not wait for another hour for a 1 hour massage. I'm pretty sure that my wife will never go back. We are business owners in Tucson and we would never dream of treating our customers in this manner ever. read more
