The most amazing therapeutic massage studio! They have a variety of massage therapists depending upon your needs and medical issues. I generally incorporate cupping and aroma therapy and walk out so relaxed even though Dana works so hard at relaxing the compression in my neck. I have lasting mobility and I'm pain free. You really can't go wrong with any of the therapists. The studio is spotless and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. read more

This was my first visit to Novum and won't be my last! Joey was incredible! He has great intuition when it comes to knowing the right amount of pressure in each area. I am beyond happy and Joey made this visit extremely satisfying!! read more

I reported the inappropriate behavior and sexual assault against me by a massage therapist employed by Novum to the owner of the massage business, a woman whose nameI cant rememberat the moment, who promised to 1. Refund all my money back on my credit card, 2. Fire that massage therapist, 3. Report her to the Arizona state licensing board. And 4. She said that the Pima County Sherriff would be contacting me after she made a police report. It's been 1 week, and the owner has not made any attempt to contact my credit card company. I have no proof that the owner has done ANYTHING that she promised to do or claimed that she had already done. So I feel that her word can no longer be trusted. read more

Andrea is AMAZING! I cycle over 100 miles a week and Andrea has worked her 'magic' to remove all my aches and pains, legs, neck, back. Huge improvements in recovery time and am able to ride 60milers without tightness or discomfort. Thank you Andrea and Novum. ‍ read more

Lynda the Swindla. I waited to write this review after My family and I finally got our money back from the ponzie scheme packages she sells.Lynda sold several members of my family packages over $1k each ($3k total)that she stopped honoring in late 2025. She simply wouldn't schedule people who paid for packages anymore. In January she sent an email out stating she had financial problems and would not honor the many packages she sold and that she would refund everyone's money by April 15. That date came and went. Still no refund and Lynda stopped returning calls. After chasing her down for weeks and hearing every story in the book why my family hadn't been refunded, I found another review that confirmed my experience with Lynda. Lynda wrote me a check that bounced. I have a copy of the bounced check. Lynda has been reported to the authorities for fraud. I'm surprised she is still in business. She sells packages today that pay her old debts. Her best therapists left when their checks started bouncing. I've warned as many friends I can about Lynda. Do not under any circumstances buy a package! Don't take my word for it, google iBalance spa (old business name) and Novum massage and read the Lynda Gonzales reviews. I can't believe she's not in jail. again. read more

Lynda Gonzales, the owner of Novum Massage, sold me $3000 in massages which were to last me 2+ years and stole $2150 from me after 7 month. She: 1) falsified texts from me claiming I had verbally assaulted her; 2) impersonated her sister and claimed to be on her deathbed to not have to refund me; 3) acknowledged she had double booked me and falsified texts from me using my true email and a false email; 4) has consistently weaponized incompetence claiming she does not know what Zelle and PayPal are; 4) falsified documents that she furnished to my credit card company claiming the packages were for 3 months instead of 5 years. But who uses 60 massages in 3 months? She is a compulsive liar and thief harming hurt people who come to her business for healing. Run from this business. It doesn't matter how good her masseuses are. Lynda the Swyndla is a snake. read more

I had a fabulous massage with Ethelyn today. She focused on the areas of concern for me and I went home feeling much better. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Janet read more

Thought I would share. Owner took payment on my credit card prior to me even arriving for services. Although she quickly apologized and reversed the charge, while deciding if I even wanted to proceed with the massage, she tries to reassure me by telling me she'll put a note in the system so that my card won't be used prematurely in the future? What? That's business 101. It should never happen. Took her word for it that my profile with CC info was purged. Feel sorry for the therapist who missed out. She left immediately. I hope the owner compensates her because she got screwed too. read more

My 75-minute massage went short. When I brought this up at checkout, I was told by the front desk that I would get a call from the owner; I never did. On top of that, my therapist was sick. Although she told me that it started a few days ago, and she wore a mask, it made for a less than relaxing experience. Being in a closed room with a therapist hacking up a lung, all I could think about was my vulnerable infant daughter at home. I understand the therapist's need to work, but I really would rather not be in an enclosed space with sick hands touching me. I probably should have left before the massage started but I felt completely put on the spot. A phone call ahead of time gauging my comfort level would have been more appropriate. I bought a package of four so unfortunately I'll have to go back three more times. This business appeared to have potential but I'm disappointed in the way it is run. read more

Follow up on my review from June 15. Lynda, you lied in your response to me review. You know full well that you charged me for my massage, not my membership prior to even arriving that day. It is customary for the client to present their credit card AFTER receiving the massage. Membership is a completely separate issue and I would expect that charge to be recurring. While we are on the subject...on June 15 of last year I stood in front of you as you supposedly removed my credit card information from your payment system. Guess what? You charged me today (10 months later) for my recurring membership. Shady. Don't give this woman your credit card information. read more

I love Novum. It is always clean and welcoming. Rachel the receptionist is awesome. Owner Lynda Gonzales has paired me great therapists, including Nana. Nana has a unique modality that pairs intuitive energy reading with what feels like a mixture of reiki, cranial sacral, tapping polarity balancing and biofield energy healing. It's as if her hands are ferreting out the energy blocks and pain gremlins to restore balance and relief. Her sessions also released some old emotional blocks that were affecting my body. She is delightful and I'm grateful for the work she has done and look forward to more sessions. read more

I have Planter Fasciitis on both feet, a leg injury, that all impacted lower back pain. I meet with Lynda and she put me on the path of recovery. Now Patricia has been providing pain-free massages, along with Veronica at the NW location and Izamar at the East location. ALL Professionally done. I highly recommend trying iBalance for those aches and pains your body has. Try It, You Will Like It! Great Package Deals. read more

iBalance is great! The NW location is very close to home and I love the convenience, as well as the ease of scheduling. They've recently expanded the space here and it's very fresh & clean & modern inside. There are several therapists to pick from depending on your preferences and needs. I've seen both Dana and Caren and have had wonderful experiences with both of them. Regular massage is part of my overall wellness & chronic pain management routine, so I also appreciate the occassional chance to buy package deals here (when available) and use one each time I visit - helps to make the services more affordable. I would definitely recommend iBalance to friends and look forward to my next visit! read more

The owner Linda Gonzales blocked my number after charging for a service I never received. I called to cancel/ reschedule my appointment because I was sick and instead of talking to me she blocked my phone number and charged my card anyways. The Novum Massage website does not detail their cancellation policy and I was not informed when I made the appointment over the phone. I highly recommend you seek services elsewhere as she has unethical and inexcusable business practices! read more

Ibalance Spa Northwest has been a wonderful place for self-care. The app makes it easy to schedule or change appointments. I've seen several massage therapists and have never been disappointed. Rachel R is my go-to girl though, she is very intuitive and feels what my muscles are telling her and goes to work. I also recently went in for a 90 minute signature facial with Chereece. It was a wonderful experience! Chereece is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information regarding my skin care. It also included some light massage on my neck and chest and an anti-aging mask for hands! It was very thorough and Chareece is wonderful company throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great massage or facial. On my last visit I noticed the spa is also offering fat loss laser treatments as well as laser treatments for chronic pain. I will definitely be looking into these services as well. read more

Yesterday, I got a massage from Lauren. I, myself, am a licensed massage therapist of 14 years. I received the best session that I've ever had! I was visiting the Tucson area and left directly after the session for a 2 hour drive back to the Valley. The drive itself was relaxing, and I was comfortable the whole way. Her technique and attention to detail is not something that can be taught. It's only learned by those who are truly passionate about helping/healing people. The flow of her session was smooth yet therapeutically pleasing. I myself do not practice much in the form of energy modalities, but she exudes energy throughout the massage. I will be seeing Lauren again when in the Tucson area! read more

Just recently had my second massage at Ibalance with Vince and it was again really wonderful. The place is very welcoming and clean. Vince remembered me from my first massage and was always attuned to where my pain was and what areas needed attention. I felt wonderful after both sessions. He is the type of therapist whom you don't realize is there while he is working on you as you just kind of sink into the experience.. I'll be back! read more

My therapist Rachel was amazing! The reason I gave this 2 stars is that I could not find the place on the east side!! The owner told me it was near the mcDonalds and it's actually in a hair salon with no signage for iBalance Spa!! After driving around for 15 minutes, I was so stressed, I really needed the massage!! Anyway big thanks to Rachel for an excellent massage!! And to the owner, please put a sign up so your customers know where you are!! read more

Caren is an amazing massage therapist. From the first time you walk in she inquires about your wellbeing, wants to know what areas to target and where you feel pain and need relief. She targets these areas with extreme care and professionalism. I have never had a better massage and have left her so calm and relaxed. I recommend her to anyone I know, and even my husband and my mom have both seen her and can only say amazing things about her work! Thank you iBalance for creating such a relaxing atmosphere and for the care you show your customers! Outstanding spa! Looking forward to trying out their new services soon! read more

THis company will NOT honor GIft Certificates even if issues like COVID, Hospitalized illnesses, a broken foot and traveling with a disabled daughter occur. My son (who lives in TUcson) was amazing and purchased me a set of three 90 minute massages that I could use when I come to visit him. I do NOT live in AZ. I live in NM. I had had a rotten year 2021-2022. When I called in January (first week) when I was feeling better, and all illness and hospitaization were done, I called to make all 3 appointments. I was denied by the "gatekeeper" (Secretary), and she refused to let me speak with the Manager; the person that had signed the GC's. My son and his Fiancee had visited this place and said it was nice, but if ATTITUDE means anything, you will be far better off at MASSAGE ENVY. It's a ZERO rating from me AND my son is out of $280.00 plus tax. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!! read more

I highly recommend Izzy. I have been getting massages from her for years and have followed her all over town with Massage Envy and now at Ibalance, which is a much more professional, higher grade experience. Nice quiet massage rooms. Izzy gives massages tailored to my specific issues and I consider them a regular part of my health care. I book my massages for the whole year to make sure I have a guaranteed appointment. She usually books up but I always like to recommend her. read more

The northwest location is fantastic especially since the expansion! The environment is VERY CLEAN and PEACEFUL. My massage therapist who I have been seeing for over a year is Tim. I highly recommend him. He is very caring and listens to what you are wanting to have worked on. After a hiatus of over 2 years due to the pandemic, I was ready to start getting massages again. I stepped into iBalance Spa (NW Location) and was immediately greeted by a beautiful décor and a wonderful scent in the air. I spoke to the owner, Linda Gonzales and I told her I really liked deep massages. She recommended Patricia Fitzsimmons, Veronica Yslas or Rachel Rincon. So not being one to argue, I started making weekly appointments alternately with all three. I have to say I've had a lot of massages over the years, but ALL THREE of these massage therapists give the best massages I've ever received! They always ask about areas to target, they always loosen you up a bit before commencing the deep massage and all three are very pleasant to be around. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the background music is appropriate and adds to the experience. I can't comment on any of the other massage therapists since I haven't received massages from them or services other than massages, but the three I spoke of are phenomenal! If you like massages, go treat yourself. read more
