The lobby offers mediation journals, healers candles and sage and palo santo. The massage itself was super deep, healing and so relaxing. Stephanie definitely knows her craft and she is able to recommended other services like reiki, cavitation or wood therapy depending on the needs of the client. The massage k received was definitely on the spiritual healing side. Stephanie will ask a series of questions as she works through your body to see where there is stagnant energy stored in your body and will work through it. I will definitely be coming back for more deep and body sculpting massages as well as cavitation session to help melt stubborn fat.
