My husband made a Wellness day reservation here for my birthday and I am so thankful he did!!! I was booked a 90 minute therapeutic lavendar monsoon massage with Laura. Upon entering I was welcomed and offered water. They have local goods including Maya tea and essential oils they use for sale as well. The massage itself was fantastic- the hot stones and essential oils were so relaxing. I was able to note that I am not chatty during my sessions and she was perfectly respectful of that. The pressure she applied was perfect and I was a pure puddle of relaxed goo at the end. They offer subscription programs that can be shared with friends. They also offer grief focused massages and can happily accommodate for pregnancy. All in all a great experience! read more

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this adorable, locally owned little day spa. I have now had 3 massages with Kristy and they have all been fabulous. The rooms are welcoming and very relaxing and I have had wonderful treatments with Kristy. She is very attentive to the areas of concern and always checks in about her pressure during the treatment. The owner has been at the front desk every time I have been there and she is warm and welcoming as well. I find their price points to be very reasonable for the treatments received as well. I used to get my massages at one of the high end resorts in town and I am so much happier getting them at Spa Daze. read more

Brandi was wonderful!!! She went over all my concerns and pressure preferences prior to starting the massage and literally worked out every tense/tight & stubborn muscle ache on my body...mostly neck, shoulders, calves and feet. Love that they offer "2 extras" with every massage, makes it feel more customized and special. I chose the cupping and aroma therapy. The hot stones and towels were beyond helpful and comforting and the extra attention to my legs & feet was amazing. I never even realized how tight my shoulders/clavicles were until she worked her magic. Thank you Brandi! You have a gift! I am sending family and friends her way. Great place and one that we'll frequent for as long as they'll have us. Super nice inside and has lots of character. I was impressed. The place is clean and you can tell they take pride in their environment. My therapist did exactly what was needed for the issues I went in for. Informed me that it's okay to let them know if pressure was too much or not enough and made me feel it was okay to do so. Great massage from start to finish. Five stars all around for Spa Daze! I've really enjoyed coming here to get massages, as the entire experience- from check-in to checkout, is ALWAYS a pleasant one. The waiting area is so relaxing, and there's even a small gift shop area to shop essential oils, and local products by La Yerberia (pro-tip: get the mint balm.... It's EVERYTHING...) Pam is by far, one of the best masseuses in town. She always has a mini consultation with you before starting, just to get a feel as to where your problem areas are and such. She also makes sure you are comfortable and if the pressure is too much/too little. She definitely knows the muscular system and knows how to help relieve tension. Easiest 5/5 stars I have given. Jessi Kyte was everything I was looking for in a massage therapist. She was professional and spiritual. She took the time to talk with me and asked about where my pain was and what could have caused it. She asked about my work, hobbies, and any difficult times I have had that could cause stress and strain. That alone was therapeutic. She used all that information to help work away the pain in my lower back and sciatic nerve. I am scheduled to see her again in two weeks for a follow up. The environment was tranquil and inviting. Savannah is an excellent masseuse - kind, gentle, caring, and listens well to what your needs are. She can do a pretty deep massage if needed. The only downside when I've been in the reception area paying afterwards is when the front desk people want to chit chat too much...and I need to stay in the relaxation zone. I stumbled onto this spa when we lived in the area. It is AMAZING in every sense of the word. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are warm and friendly, the MTs are all skilled and attentive. I had a connection with one of the MTs in particular, Savannah. I've found her manner to be gentle and exceptionally intuitive. She asks about problem areas prior to massage and then she listens to my body as she works and often finds and resolves source of pain. I always feel refreshed. It is a huge bonus that they carry small gift items, incense and local Burnt Orange products. Now that I moved across town, it is well worth the 35 minute drive. So good in fact that I am putting this into my retirement regular schedule. My wife and I have been to Spa Daze several times and have always left relaxed and feeling rejuvenated. My recent massage by Bethany was absolutely outstanding. One can feel that she knows and senses what she is doing and that she is really into what she is doing! Such high quality therapists are rare to come across...it was my lucky day! It took just this one 90 minute session to release all the unpleasant stiffness and pains. Afterwards I felt very calm and like I was relieved off a heavy weight. I will be back soon, because I want to take good care of myself, especially since I lift weights, do HIIT and practice Bikram Yoga regularly. The massage brings all back into such pleasant balance! I thought always the Yoga would do that and I won't need a massage, since I always feel as if I just gave myself a massage after a Hot Yoga session, but I could just not get rid of my tight almost cramping muscles and back pain from Yoga. I have worked with Jessi Kyte each time, and the experience has been phenomenal. Although any good massage therapist will ask about your needs and preferences, Jessi really takes the time to *learn* about problem areas before and during the session.
