AH-MAZ-ING - A wonderful experience every time! Incredibly affordable, very accommodating, and a relaxing experience. My husband and I live close by and we are NEVER disappointed when we go in - I would recommend calling for an appointment. You'll be glad you did! read more

Excellent. I have scheduled an appointment or walked in several times. The employees are very accommodating and attentive. I prefer deep tissue and a 90 minute massage relieves my back pain as I have severe arthritis in my lower back. read more

Thank you so much to Jack for the 90-minute massage. I've never experienced such a professional massage, and his hand massage technique was spot on. I caught a cold and had neck and lumbar pain, so he gave me free hot stones. My back felt a little sore the next day, but the stretching of my muscles and fascia on the third day was beyond imagination. I'll definitely make another appointment with him. read more

Scary. The entire experience. Just pay for a professional. Heavy breathing of an over weight Chinese man on top of you as his basketball shorts or penis keep hitting your arm or leg. It wasn't comfortable or worth the savings. read more

Have gone numerous times. Always request Michael as he has always been very professional and his massages in the back and feet leave you walking out totally refreshed. It's the rude customers who enter while others are getting their massages talking loud and ruining the calming atmosphere one is paying for. Unbelievable for them not respect the other customers paying for their treatments! read more

I go to this location every month. I have always had a great experience. I wish they had private rooms, however. But the massage is always excellent and the place is clean. read more

Wow , Am new to Tuscon AZ moved here from California and let me tell you when she started to rub my feet . Am in Awww she hit the right spot and all the inflammation in my feet went down . I will be back for sure read more

I have been going here on and off over the 10 years I have lived in this area. I went again yesterday and it was the most incredible experience!! I suffer from dystonia, which causes issues with a lack of dorsiflexion in both of my feet. The difference in how I feel and the amount of improved function after a 60 minute session - 30 minutes body and 30 minutes feet, is night and day! It is almost as much a difference as the miraculous changes that have occurred for me with my regular low-force chiropractic work that I receive from Carmen at Light Touch Family Chiropractic. I love how reflexology seems to get the energy in my chakras moving again as well. The only issue I have with this business is that most of the practitioners know very little English, which can be a problem if they are working an area of the body and applying too much pressure or visa versa, but it is not enough of a concern to drop a star in their rating. $50.00 plus tip for full body massage is a great deal too. I highly recommend everyone trying this healing modality and supporting this wonderful business! read more

Great foot massage! They were very nice and professional. I loved the extra face and head massage. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend them! read more

I've been here twice and each time was HEAVENLY. For $35, you can get a 20 minute body massage on the table and a 40 minute foot massage. It's $40 if you want 30 minutes of each. Facilities are clean. Spa music plays in the background. There is also a bathroom in the back. The massages are not gentle. It's almost like a combination of shiatsu and Thai massage. They will press on your pressure points and it will hurt. They will also pull on your limbs. After they're done, it feels oh-so-good though. You could ask them to go lighter but unless you have medical objections, try to tough it out. The foot massages are performed in these gigantic Lazy Boys. Your eyes will be covered while your feet soak in a large wooden bucket. Your head and face will be massaged also. TIPS: 1. Make an appointment. There are usually only 2-3 therapists working. 2. They take credit cards. 3. There isn't much privacy. The massage tables are in a separate room but you might find yourself in there with someone else. I left my sweats and a loose T-shirt on, and it wasn't a problem. 4. Have the table massage first. Footies last. 5. Tipping: As Maggie C. mentioned, the masseurs disappear right away. They're usually cleaning up. I just asked if I could pop into the back and it seemed okay. read more

This place was indeed heavenly - at least for me. My best friend took me here as a surprise for my 25th birthday. We both got body massages and of course foot massages (with some reflexology to boot). The place was clean and smelled great and there was really nice music playing. They even put a towel over our face while they massaged our feet / legs. I'm not sure exactly how much she paid, but I know it was really affordable. She even commented about planning to go back again. I would too if I wasn't in L.A. :( The best part? I got to speak Chinese with the owner. It made my whole night. :) read more

TRIED to go here but had the weirdest experience. After an incredibly long work week I decided to go get a massage. I didn't call and make an appointment because I've been once before and walked right in - and that was on a weekend. (This visit was a weekday around 2pm.) Anyway, walked in to find an empty shop except for three employees (sitting in the back area). One approached me and I asked for the 60 minute massage, which is the most popular because it's only $35. We had some communication issues so I pointed to the massage on their menu. He nodded, smiled and motioned for me to follow him. He took me to the back area (with the flat tables) and said he'd be back. I took off my shoes and put all my personal items in the little basket they give you and I waited. After about two minutes a different man came into the room and very harshly told me that they were "busy" and I had to leave "right now". Then he left the room. That was it. I left and I'm never going back. It was the most sketch experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They were rude and unprofessional. It's only $35 but you're gonna take your chances on the level of service you may (or may not) receive. May the odds be ever in your favor. read more

Great deep tissue massage. They even massage a bit more such as your head and forehead. Completely calms you.

The most disappointing thing about this "unheavenly" experience, was not only wasting $65 dollars for an incompetent rub, but the complete lack of communication. My experience here was not good in any way. My masseur's nails were so long and sharp that he kept scratching me throughout the full body massage. At some point he left the room and came back with a towel soaked in tepid water and began to wipe down my back the way you wipe down a car, including slapping my skin with the edges of the towel as it became a cold wet towel. There was NO FOOT SOAK and worse, no privacy. I paid for a 90 minute full body massage where you disrobe and then are covered with a sheet. The sheet was the size of a large napkin and I had to request a towel. But worse, they put you in a private room with a GLASS DOOR. So if you're going to take off your clothes, you'll have a full audience. I had to request for them to put a towel or sheet over the door to have privacy from the other customers. I should have walked out right then. Unbelievable. So altogether, I got scratched, massaged much too roughly (even though I repeatedly asked him to go softer). Even better, in the middle of the massage a totally strange man came in to ask me questions since my masseur was totally unable to communicate in English. The masseur had only done 45 minutes and wanted to end the massage. I had to argue with a strange man while I was naked under a towel to get my full 90 minutes. Later I called to tell them what happened and that I NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOT SOAK. Their response? *Sorry*. No offer of a corrective experience, let alone a refund of my money. Just sketchy overpriced bad service. Are these foot massage places even regulated?... or nah. I won't be coming back. Look elsewhere for competent massage, relaxation and privacy, or bring your own towel and nail clippers. Buyer Beware: If you're allergic to cigarettes, I saw a number of cigarette packs on the table in the back room where the bathroom is. So much for a healthy environment. Chances are your masseur will stink of cigarette smoke. read more

I received my second massage with Heavenly Feet the other day. I did the $35 foot and back massage! Great for the price! Both times I left very satisfied. What to expect: to be seated in a recliner in room with other people. They start by putting your feet in hot water, while massaging your head and neck. Then they cover your eyes with a eye cover or towel (I can't remember exactly) and rub your feet and legs. Each time they rubbed every inch of my feet. Next, you are taken to a massage bed, fully clothed where they put an immense amount of pressure on your muscles, which I enjoy. They really get deep in each muscle. If you don't like pressure, communicate that. Don't expect it to be like other massages. Pros: great pressure, effective, relaxing, and well worth the price. Cons: it can be a little distracting when the phone rings, or when new customers come in to receive services. read more

Great staff walk ins appointments available often great prices, friendly and clean. Recommend making an appointment.

well, I went once and it was great! Made an apt. the following week and when I arrived, the person I had scheduled with had taken another client for a treatment... so I waited for over 30 mins, but she was not available. Someone else offered to provide reflexology for me, but asked me to lie face down on the recliner! LOL! What type of position is that for relaxation. It was so odd and disorganized. read more

I am visiting my best friend over the New Year. We have known each other since we were 5year old; 40 years.i managed to navigate a flight from Philadelphia to Vegas to Tucson without incident . . . But when I wanted a "heavenly" experience, I was turned down flatly. It was the first time I the seven years that I have been diagnosed with transverse myelitis that I have been discriminated against. If you can jog into the place, I am sure they will treat you well. Please,NO LIMPING ALLOWED. read more

Just OK The place wasn't very clean and the employees were not customer oriented or even friendly Misunderstood what I wanted, got 30 minutes instead of 60 Just as well as I didn't really want to give them any more money Much better places elsewhere . I can recommend Green Touch reflexology on Tanque Verde read more

Called ahead to make appointments and they gave away our spots before we arrived 10 mins later. Very disappointing customer service.

Amazing body massage. I was recommended to this place and it lived up to a fantastic hour of pure pleasure. The only obstacle is that no one really spoke English. I had Mike give the message and he was simply great. I'm not sure if this is real reflexology as I had it done when I was in Asia and it was very concentrated on every inch of your foot. Maybe, this was more like a good massage. Whatever it was it was a great experience. read more

I visited for the first time and it was amazing! I opted for the 60-minute back and foot massage which also included a neck and head massage! The back massage was a little intense and I still feel a little sore the next day, but it felt very nice. I am normally quite tense in the neck and back area and was recently in a car accident, so that may have been a factor. Next time, I might opt for just the foot massage which was great!!! No complaints here. The staff was very nice and seemed to keep things quite clean. They even had an area for my purse so that it was not on the floor!! read more

This is foot massage, not reflexology. I have had reflexology in the state, in China, and South America and this is not reflexology. It was a pretty nice foot and upper back massage. However, communication is a huge issue. I was first put in the wrong place because the worker didn't or couldn't read my voucher. I asked for a extra salt scrub which didn't register at all. I wore one of my new nice T-Shirts so it would be comfortable for them to rub. But without asking she forcibly stretched out the neck of my t-shirt in order to put her hands under and massage my shoulders. I really didn't want the neck stretched out. At the end, I gave her a tip. It was not acknowledged in any way. Not sure if I'll go back for a massage or not. read more

Great place for a full body massage and so reasonable $35.00 for an hour amazing! Made an appt the same day ... perfect!

Relaxing Reflexology massage which is quite consistently good for the price of $35 for 1 hr of back and feet(includes legs). Also clean and quiet except for when the phone rings. My favorite go to spot for a quick pick me up although the $35 an hour can add up faster than you think. read more

I think Heavenly Feet is Tucson's best kept secret. I have gone there many times and have never been disappointed. Where in the world can one experience 30 minutes of a great foot and back massage for $35? It is clean and quiet except for the phone ringing but there's not much they can do about that! I feel so great after I leave there - every time! read more

These guys do not mess around. The price is $25 for a half hour but you get an hours worth of massage. They do not waste any time working out the knots and sore muscles. you will leave feeling punch drunk in a good way. And for $25, you can't beat it. read more

This place is great. It's both relaxing and affordable. You can get a 30 minute foot (reflexology) massage for 25 dollars, and for just 10$ more bump it up to 60 minutes. I haven't tried their hand or full body massages yet, but those also look very affordable. I suggest making an appointment, especially if you're going with a friend. But the two times I've been, we just popped over and it was fine (with a little wait). I'm confused about the tips here since the masseurs disappear right when they finish your feet and there is no tip line on the credit card receipt....maybe they don't expect a tip? But they definitely would be getting tips if they made that a little easier to do! read more

Have been in Tucson twice for work, and this is one of my favorite places to unwind in between. Excellent massages and reflexology, excellent service and care. Love this place!! read more

This place was great and reasonably priced! I got an hour back and foot massage for $35. The back massage was very relaxing and the chairs were super comfy! Would recommend for sure. read more

Took my younger sis here when she was visiting from SC this summer. She's a mom of 3 and runs around constantly, plus has old auto-accident injuries. We got a chair massage and a foot massage/reflexology treatment. They didn't have anyone in the massage room so had us lie down. It was incredible. Best 15 minutes ever. My sis said if she could, she'd shrink down her guy and take him home in her suitcase! Clean, relaxing, no "hard sell" for upgrades. Highly recommend. Plan to take my husband next! read more

WORST BODY MASSAGE EVER !!!! Fully clothed AND a big fat towel !!! More like a press and release thru all that material !!! Took place in an open room with both me and my daughter in the same room . Throughout my daughters massage the lady kept leaving to answer phones and talk to customers !!! And at the end she wanted to know why I didn't tip her !!! read more

Only $35 for an hour full body massage. Such a great deal, nice professional, clean and friendly!

Loved the place! I have been to multiple massage places and this one left me walking out with happy back, shoulders, and feet! Very reasonable prices and I most definitely will return! read more

I had pulled my back and needed some relief. They had time the moment I walked in and was seated in the most comfortable chair. He gently gave me a face and head massage and then to my feet. The foot assage that was unbelievable. It was more than I had expected from the foot massage. I had asked for more and they gave me some extra time for my back massage which helped alleviate the pain I was in. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a great massage without paying an arm and leg for it. read more

I have been once and I will definitely be going back! I had the 1 hour deal for $35. They massage your feet and back. It was well worth the money and I will be a reoccurring customer. read more

Excellent price, excellent service, tip them well! The only issue is that it's a very open space. They should really install some sort of partition between the front end and the rest of the space to isolate conversations from people being treated. read more

I have been to this location once and found the atmosphere very pleasant! I had an hour long treatment which was very good! For about half an hour my masseur worked on my scalp, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Then he showed me to a very comfortable massage chair and put my feet in hot water which was very soothing. After that he massaged my feet and did reflexology for the last half hour. This was my first time getting reflexology since I usually like a super deep tissue massage, but I decided to try it. Just to relax I would do it again, but for muscle relief I still prefer my hour long deep tissue massage!! read more

They took our appointment right away. The place was clean and calm (except for the phone ringing constantly). The older gentleman did the foot massage and back. He was great with the back massage but he could've put more pressure on the feet. I have had other reflexology massages so I would rate this 4 out of 5. read more
