(my regular therapist has been blessed and is off for a while) Finding this place through Yelp was So Easy. They replied within an hour of my inquiry. I was booked for an appointment very quickly. When I first went in to the office I was greeted by the two mascots, Jack and Morgan. Two Very Sweet dogs who were very vocal with their greeting and very happy to have me greet them with scratches and pets. After filling out the questionnaire, Jack was happy to sit with me for a while and get some special scritches and pats of his own while I waited. He was a comforting presence. Ms. Jerri walked in and then directed me to a room where she asked specific questions about my problem areas and left for me to get ready on the massage table. She was Very Thorough with my back, using a muscle scraping technique along the sides of my spine with what felt like her forearm and the side of her hand. There were moments I was tempted to ask her to stop, but she seemed to know and stopped before I said anything. Her work on my legs and feet was nice and very relaxing. I'm pretty sure she used some kind of wash on my feet with a wet, warm towel to clean them afterward. It was an interesting experience. Not at all unpleasant. She also did something I've never had done before. She lightly massaged my face and tapped at my brow and below my eyes on my cheek bones. It was nice because it helped open up my sinuses after being facedown on the table for a while. After the massage, I reassembled my attire, paid and left. The receptionist asked how it was and I smiled and nodded. I am not saying Ms Jerri is Not a good therapist. I Am Saying, It was the first time I was in her care. As I mentioned before I'm used to different techniques and pressures. My only real issue with this massage was that she did not focus on the specific areas I was having the most issues with, which were outlined in the questionnaire. As with any new experience, especially physical treatments, there is a learning period. Sometimes it takes a few sessions to get the treatments established for the client, and I understand that. Would I go back? Yes, if I am unable to see my regular therapist, absolutely.

I don't know much about reflexology but it felt exactly like the quickie massage you'd get during a pedicure - nothing targeted or special. Also she wore gloves, which is fine, hygiene, except that the gloves were plastic and too big on her hands so the massage felt weird with big squishy gloves mixed with oil. Not spending my money here again. Sad it didn't work out because the location is convenient and the price is reasonable but if the service isn't good, then it's not worth it in my opinion.

I said thats what I wanted they made me pay upfront, usually I tip on my card as well so I was curious how they planned on my tip. The massage was not deep tissue, in fact a small child could have pushed harder. She did not put any pressure on my muscles at all. In fact she just ran her hands up and down my skin for almost an hour. At this point I was already extremely disappointed, I just eanted to leave. When she was finished sgr asked me to get dressed then stood in the doorway and waited for me to dress. This was awkward enough when I dressed and got up to leave she stood in the doorway and demanded a tip. I gave her two dollars which was more then generous in my appinion and was told it wasnt good enough of a tip. Wow I told them it wasnt good enough of a message and they looked at me like they didnt understand. I was robbed of another ten bucks before they dirty looked me right out the door. I dont really don't know how this place is still in buisness. I will never go near this place again. I feel like I was robbed in a back ally in some foreign country by local thugs in high heels. The intense simultaneous focus on my shoulders and back with intense leg and hip work overwhelmed my body, leading to extreme relaxation. Shooey. Wendy and Xixi created a heavenly environment, the light music and their whispers as they work together made me feel like a baby, their body work made me feel like a newborn. My wife did not like her massage because she said it seemed as if the therapist was in a rush and just repeated many of the same steps. However, I was pleased with my massage because when I first came in I had a terrible pain in the neck and my back was hurting but afterwards, my neck pain was gone and my back pain was much better. The language barrier was likely a factor with my wife massage because we were not asked any questions pertaining to our preference.

One thing they could improve on is for the masseuse to ask you about any parts on your body that may be sensitive or need extra attention, but other than that, it was enjoyable.
