She is quick, thorough, professional, and her spa is always clean and organized. Melissa is conveniently located in a collective of salons and spa on First Ave. and Limberlost called "Sola Salons". Melissa's schedule is perfect for people who work, and she has appointments available to accommodate anyone's schedule. I have been to lots of other spas that do a great job, but often for a 30 min. appointment ends up being one hour ...the time spent checking in, waiting, and the waxing not to mention costs after tip $50-$60. I just had an appointment today...no joke I was in and out in 15 minutes and paid $40 w/ tip! Who wants a bikini wax to last any longer than that?! Holla!

Good ole Groupon brought me here to enjoy a 90-min massage for a great price. Chelsea offers five different types of massage: swedish, lymphatic, deep-tissue, neuromuscular and aromatherapy (Aromatherapy is $10 extra). I received a deep tissue/swedish massage and can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever received. You know it's a great massage when you drift into that state of semi-consciousness somewhere around the 30 minute mark. Customer service was top notch and I will most definitely be back to visit again. Overall, not only was this a great massage experience, but I love to support new small businesses. It is obvious that Chelsea is passionate about her little spa and her profession as a massage therapist. *Note: due to the popularity of this Groupon deal, Chelsea is booking into late March now. However, if you want a quality massage experience she is definitely worth the wait. *Right next to Sunflower Markets, perfect for a nice little walk around for yummy goodies after your massage.

This goes beyond sensitivity training. This girl clearly didn't seem to understand what a funeral is. Who doesn't know what a funeral is!?! It was not happiness and giggles, and I didn't enjoy it. Highly suggest you stop supporting this business if you live in Tucson. Everyone who works there is miserable. Management are bullies, and FRANK IS THE MEANEST MOST DISGUSTINGLY RUDE MEAN SPIRITED person ever. It's so disheartening that this business has grown based off of the blood sweat and tears of their employees, yet they tell their employees that they would be NOTHING without Gadabout. Disgusting way to run a business, and karma will take the whole thing down one way or another. Moral of the story, Gadabout is run by a bunch of bullies and if you care about how the workers are treated I would suggest not giving them your money.

There were four of us and we were a little disappointed that we couldn't enjoy visiting during that portion of the package due to the small room! In addition they need a better variety of nail colors and need to be prepared for customers who have gel nail polish that needs to be removed Would def suggest champagne or mimosas to add to the package while you wait in the relaxation room! My husband and I scheduled facials over 30 days before our check-in date of our stay. We flew in on a Sunday and on Monday I got a phone call from the Spa informing us that they couldn't take us at our scheduled time but they would be happy to bump us up earlier midday. Keep in mind we booked the last appointment of the day because we want the entire day while we're on vacation to enjoy our day to close with spa treatments. The phone call was very professional. I did express my disappointment with having to move us around less than 48 hours before our scheduled times. I shared with the spa while I was grateful for the phone call. I was still disappointed with the abrupt update to rearrange us midday. I almost cancelled us. I tried finding another late day appointment and they shared with us so that wasn't an option even though keep in mind we made our appointments well over 30 days before our arrival. It wasn't until close to the end of our conversation that the caller from the spa said that there was a family emergency and we needed a shift. So my humble opinion if there was truly a family emergency why didn't the phone call lead with that? Why did that not get shared with close to the end of our call my point is it sounded like a staffing issue and if that's the case, I'm OK with the staffing issue just be honest with me. I kept repeating myself saying that I was disappointed, although grateful I felt like there was a gap information and it wasn't entirely truthful. Long story short, we were able to get our services even though we had registered for two facials, The Spa informed us that they could not accommodate a second facial and they could do a massage again we didn't sign up for that over a month before our arrival. My husband gets regular massages at home. I wanted him to experience a facial. Knowing how flexible and accommodating he is, he was happy to take the massage. He's very kind. My facial and his massage were probably the best experiences we've had from those technicians. Brooke was awesome. Regretfully, I can't remember his massage therapist's name, but he said she was awesome and he really enjoyed his experience. When we did check in for our services, staffing looked slim. The girl who walked me through the females locker room, didn't say much outside of where to put your used robe or slippers. She did talk about the lockers and how to get those situated. Overall, I'm glad we had our services and I appreciate the experiences from our direct massage therapist and aesthetician. There are plenty of opportunities for the Spa to flex and adjust how they communicate with their patrons. Grateful though it was a rocky welcome after we checked in for our stay.
